Horrible customer service!!! I spent over $6000 at the store right before COVID-19 and was offered complimentary sleeve alternations on the 10+ dress shirts that I bought, since their dress shirts only come in one sleeve length. The store manager told me to bring the shirts home and wash them first and bring them back anytime. I brought them back after COVID-19 lockdown and the store had a new manager who lied to me and said the policy had changed and they dont honor free sleeve alterations anymore and tried to charge me $35 per sleeve. A service that is still listed on the Hugo Boss website as complimentary and is standard at most high-end shirt makers, such as Thomas Pink, etc.As a former employee, I am really embarrassed at how poorly the service has gone down hill at Hugo Boss. I worked at the King of Prussia store during high school and college and was top grossing sales associate nationally. We used to take pride in our work and were focused on customer experience. The store manager at this store didnt try to help me at all, and as a result - I will never shop at this store again.

Pathetic service for a luxury store. Employees were impolite and clearly lacked training. Obviously they have never worked in a upscale store before.I have been a happy Hugo Boss client for 20 years, shopped in stores all over the US but after my experience in this store I will start shopping online.

Boss shipped a pair of gloves to a non-existent address, then would not refund my money until UPS found them and shipped them back. So next I ordered two pair for delivery at this store. Bad mistake.The store received them. I tried them on. One was a poor fit, the other a so-so fit. But they could not give me a receipt and could not return the one I didnt want because their system did not show it as delivered. I agreed to come back the next day to return.I called the manager to inform him I would return the second pair of gloves the following day. He agreed. I showed up and he was not there. The clerk said the other guy had already returned the first pair and was only going to give me a refund on one out of the two. I told him the manager had agreed to meet me, and he said, Yeah. On his day off. I said yes. He insisted the gloves had been returned. I said no, I had no notification by email nor on my credit card account. Finally he texted the manager who confirmed what I said, and they found the second pair of gloves.Then they asked me for my receipt. Of course there was not one, because they never gave it to me. So they had me look it up on my e-mail. I did. Then they could not find a record of the credit card I used. Finally, they returned the money owed.I will never shop at this or any other Hugo Boss store again. Horrible!

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this Boss store as almost 50 percent of the other customers.I purchased a suit two weeks before an interview and had it fitted in store. It was mailed overnight shipping, the day AFTER my interview that I needed the suit for, with the date it was needed mentioned multiple times.Oh, and the best part, I open the suit bag to this photo (no information - Tailor). I guess that would make sense as they sent me the wrong suit. I could fit into this suit if I was 50 lbs heavier.Will be debating charges with credit card company and never purchasing from boss again.

I like Hugo Boss clothes but never gonna shop there anymore! I got a gift for my husband online but it wasnt the right size so I took it to the store to exchange it but unfortunately they didnt have the same style so I decided to return. They offered me to return it to the company and get a refund. It has been four months that I havet got the refund back.

The refund process is extremely long!!! I made a purchase online. After I received the product, it is totally different from what I expected. I called the customer service they are really unprofessional. Later I decided to return to the store. One week later, I called customer service to check the status of the order. They told me they dont the status! Whether it is shipped back, one the way, or received? They do not know! They told me at least 14 business days, I can just know the status!!! I did not expect this high reputation brand has such low efficient and unprofessional service!!!

Everyone writing about the same issue but nobody cares I have paid for 2 sports jackets and been waiting for 2 weeks. When I paid for the items they told me I’m gonna get the jackets in 3 days but is been 2 weeks now. Do not trust these guys cause all they do is lies and store manager Edward does not know how to handle a customers and how to talk to customers. he doesn’t need to be in retail business he needs to go back to what he was doing before. Poor poor poor customer service.

Very poor customer service in NorthPark Dallas store. Bad experience. Tried to return/exchange a defective Hugo Boss product purchased elsewhere. Was treated disrespectfully and dismissively, was offered unreasonable options. Mr. Ramiro Garcia, the so called General Manager, needs customer service training.
