Shopping for a homecoming dress for my niece, completely unaware of prices at this store. The dress she found was almost $4,000!!! Needless to say, she didnt get the dress.
Julie was able to help us with just the right amount of attention. We walked away with more than we were looking for because of her great ideas. Very pleased.
The customer service is absolutely below zero or in other words does not exist. The manager Jesse looked at my return for a shoe and said let me go check 4 boxes didn’t know what that meant!! but he came back and said oh we cannot exchange the shoe even though it was damaged. I wasn’t looking for money back just another shoe I can wear. I do most of my shopping there but will never come back to any Neiman Marcus.
This review is meant for a specific employee by the name of RUTH FIERRO, who works in the mens fragrance department of this Neiman Marcus, in the Fashion show mall. This amazing star of a woman shined bright today and we walked out of Neiman Marcus very happy to have met her. She literally spent almost an hour with us, thoroughly explaining to us each fragrance we were interested in, and even recommending a few of her own favorites. Other fragrance department employees in other stores do the same thing, as its their job, but the personality and positive attitude of this woman is like no other! You can tell shes a genuinely happy person whos willing to help customers, whether they make a purchase or not. Shes very knowledgeable about fragrances and you can tell she loves her job! Sadly these qualities are hard to find in employees these days. We even gave her our personal cell phone number and she put us on her list of people to contact when our favorite fragrance goes on sale in November! Neiman Marcus should have this woman train all of its other employees, as she is the true meaning of friendly and knowledgeable customer service, and just a good happy person in general. Thank you Ms. FIERRO! Keep up the great work! Neiman Marcus is VERY LUCKY to have an employee like you!
Great clothing selection, but the place was like a tomb and not one sales person asked us if we would like any help, but one did follow us like we were going to rip them off. Maybe next time I should try if it got my daughter and I some customer service.
Decent experience this time. I only had 1 rep treat me like poor trash. I guess I didnt do a good job to try and look the part this this time around.Although I have a decent amount spending power having both Neiman Marcus & Bergdorf and Goodman credit cards... SMH.. you never know whom it is youre speaking to. (Old adage)... never judge a book by its cover.
My boyfriend and I went into the store yesterday. I was looking for a YSL bag. We walked around the whole handbag section and seen at least 3 employees standing around. We were not acknowledged nor offered help by any one of them. Too bad you lost a sale. I refuse to spend my money in places where I am not welcome. 🤷🏾
I ordered a bag to pick up in this store and what I picked up was a different style than what I had ordered. They explained that the bag I ordered was given the wrong item #. They also explained that the bag I ordered didnt actually exist, and the pics on the website were wrong. No problem I returned the bag. I also left a negative review for the bag on NMs website explaining that its not going to be the bag in the pictures. Then NM deleted my review. The service in the LV store was fine but I think that deleting bad reviews is a shady business practice, so Im posting this on Google. Be careful ordering online for in-store pickup with Neiman Marcus they might be advertising purses that dont exist.
They really dont want ppl to come here it is evident with all the entrances they have closed off to public and the lack of staff they have on shift. They want your money just not your presence. Smh

This store allowed someone to charge $2600 after it was declined 3 times by 3 other cards. My wallet was compromised. I called them to make them aware of this and to ask that in the future maybe validating photo ID after 3 cards get declined is the right move. Well she told me that this doesnt raise red flags for them, they dont care and Ill need to settle it with my bank. Obviously I handled this with my bank but the reaction I got from Neiman Marcus tells me they promote fraud and dont care because they want to reach their numbers. This is whats wrong with humanity. Rotten.

Its actually a mall so it works. I visited other stores and found what I was looking for in ambercrombie n Fitch. Overall its a dope mall, definitely would recommend while visiting las Vegas

Fashion Show Mall is the most fabulous Mall ever. It has almost every store located in one place. The food choices are excellent. The Italian Restaurant in the front of the mall facing the strip is delicious. I LOVE this mall. Sales personnel very helpful.
This is a really good all in one branded departmental store. They carry branded wear and accessories. Come especially during Christmas or any shopping seasons, as they sometimes have very attractive discounts across many brands. This may even include some of your top brands. If youre buying enough from them, they even have personal shoppers to help you through your experience, which is fantastic. I personally didnt manage to find anything from the guys section as it was only half a floor while the ladies had 1 full floor to themselves. As always. But I must say though, its probably the biggest and best Neiman Marcus that youre able to find around.
This is the best Neiman Marcus(Fashion show mall) that I visited. I found a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Joanne is assign in the Creed fragrances and she will give you first class service. Bought the double old fashioned Baccarat crystalware as my holiday gift to me. The Rotary pattern I long ago wanted is no longer manufactured. So Harmony has a similar feel in the hand. Pricing at Neiman Marcus is comparable to online big name purveyors. The added advantage was I had them in hand without the waiting or stress of worrying they would not survive transport intact.
The variety of clothes is so much more evolved than in Seattle.... Fantastic selection. We hit it on a great discount day, too, so thats a bonus! Offset casino losses!
My favorite
I walk all around the mens department twice and not one person who worked there even acknowledged me. I went back a second and third time and had the same experience. On the fourth time, I did buy a pair of shoes, but all of the guys working in that department seemed like they couldnt be bothered.Lets compare this Neiman Marcus to the Saks in the same mall. It is a 180 degrees difference. I was approached immediately. Good call. I now have a mens department sales representative who knows my name and assists me in finding exactly what I am looking for (plus some other great items).
We were looking for a specific sporting good, shoes, at this Neiman Marcus. Out of stock, the store offered to look up the shoe online and order a pair for us. We politely declined the offer, and decided to go to other stores to look for the shoes. The displays in the store advertised more price points similar to the stores online prices. Some of the store covers the same products as the online presence.
Finally made it to Fashion mall. Lovely store has a household dept. Great for gifts. They closed that in Beverly Hills. Nice to see a home dept. Found a great anniversary gift for daughter and hubby. Sales woman helped select. Great idea
Pretty good store
This place has it all and you get in within mostly within your budget. The variety amazes me every time. The staff is pretty amazing, professional and effecient. Its places like these that make shopping fun for all. You can go their with your friends and family and enjoy the experience. The hours of operation are pretty long and you get to enjoy the wonderful place within the mall as well once you are done here. I have been here at least once every month. It is a bit crowded on week ends and you may find parking a bit challenging but once you are through that a wonderful shopping experience awaits you. A good thing to do before visiting would be to check online if there are any deals or discounts going on as that could help you to plan and get your timing right for a visit here. You can spend over an hour easy and not get bored just because there is so much to choose from. I have seen people just spend hours window shopping here. They keep the premises clean and bright so that always keeps upscale feeling going. This place draws in the young and the old alike as there is something in here for every one !!

The store has all your high end needs. Clothes, accessories, makeup, perfumes! They even have a valet that leads into the store from the parking garage. It would be nice if there was an elevator next to the escalator but I was able to just put my baby safely on the escalator while on her stroller. The store leads out into the mall but its also close to the strip outside dining options. Ill be parking there when I visit again.

We came in looking for a grad dress and Shay helped us! She was wonderful to deal with. The store has lots of selection and found all staff very approachable and friendly.
I visited Neiman Marcus today and was not welcomed at all, the staffs here either were so busy on their phones or talking to one another. In general, decoration and set up are great but bad customer service. Please train your staffs better.

Terrible customer service. Seems similar to many business in the area - no accountability or common sense. Purchased some towels during holiday season 2018 and upon receiving towels washed them as they had plastic smell. Followed the instructions as specified and upon removing from washer the towels were defective - threads and fraying. Should not happen if towels were better constructed. Not only did 1 towel do it but all 4 of them were defective. Called customer service to return the towels and person on phone accepted the return and proceeded to provide return authorization. We sent towels back. Today we receive the towels back again with some customer service person telling us they won’t accept the towels. Terrible customer service and obviously another retailer that does not care.
