I was at Peterbilt in Dallas looking for a radio for my truck. When I couldn’t find what I wanted I was referred to Dalworth. Great service people and very good prices. They Also fixed my old CB radio and had everything for it.

Seem to give a nice price. Went in because my screen stopped working, a prior mechanic had checked the fuses and said that all were okay. Dalworth on the Boulevard said something about the electronic board being fried and were willing to replace the screen, so I went ahead and let them do it. The price seemed reasonable and they offer a 3 month warranty on their work. They even knocked down the price a little bit without me even asking or negotiating. Just had it done yesterday and so far, so good.

Excellent service and theyre not trying to rob you, I picked my truck up at closing and he even gave me a 50 dollar discount how about that!

Very good service. I wanted to put a sub in my Jeep Wrangler and they didn’t have the speaker I originally thought I wanted. However, together we found a speaker that worked and the installed it for me right then.

Junior at dalwoth took good care of me like always! They are JL audio dealers they have everthing for truck drivers C.B work and all.

I had just bought a new antenna and went there to get it calibrated. They said my whip was too short for my car. So. instead of just trading whips with me he was going to charge me 25 but i am not stupid i told him to take my whip and then he took 10 off. BUT, he should have just traded me whips. He charged $15 for the calibration and $5 for a couple of screws and $15 for trading the whip.The last time I came up here the tech left his swr and cable in my car. The next day i found it, I took it back up there and returned it and this guy was happy that i brought it back. But seeing how he turns around and nickel and dimes me kind of makes me wish I would have just kept it. This is not the way to do business. These guys must be really hard up.

Hands down the best customer service around. I brought my vehicle to them after a horrible experience with Bonnie and Clyde and they literally fixed everything that Bonnie and Clyde screwed up. Dalworth is all about quality and not quantity. If you want it done right the first time dont waste your time with Bonnie and Clyde and come to this welcoming shop.

This place is awesome! Fair prices and quality work. I have a 2015 international and they ran a new coax , and power cable new antena and if you know internationals thats not easy.. they did a great job any more work I have done will be here.

Had a custom alarm put in that signals you if it is tripped. It was not compatible with my car and keep going off every 30 mins. I took it back 4 times. The last two I waited 4 hours per visit. They are very friendly and so would I to a person spending their money. They install radios and sound systems and all other electronics.
