I was looking to get my headliner insulated in my truck and got various quotes but Stereo Zone by far had the most affordable price with quality material being used and a great job done. Their lounge is very comfortable for customers and even a fridge full of water with a bathroom available to use if you are waiting. I was initially quoted a few hrs for the job, but was pleasantly surprised when Luis managed to finish it much sooner. Luis was very transparent with how the process was going to happen and walked me to my truck so show me everything with the other installer. I will be going back for the rest of my insulation needs!

Great spot to get a deal on anything that has to do with sound system. They get you in and out, negotiate with you and wont give you something that they dont think is good. Theyll explain to you what makes one thing better than another and genuinely want you to leave happy. Would recommend to anyone that knows about sound systems and anyone who doesnt know anything.

The people are nice and the process was quick. I went here to get my radio installed and he told me it would be about an hour but it was only 30 minutes if that. But then 2 days after the install the radio caved in and i got it fixed and they explained to me why it caved in. Don’t hesitate to check this place out!

After asking my wife some questions about what she was looking to gain, Pancho steered us in the direction of just adding an under seat woofer. It was just what the car needed! My wife is sooo happy! These brothers will go an extra mile to putting your sounds system in your ride, I had a AM FM stereo and A alarm system put into my SUV and even though may cellphone needed updating They help me update it so I could important through the Bluetooth so that I could hear my music though my cellphone Bluetooth, and they had taken my old stereo out also my old car alarm that was out dated, so I highly recommend these brothers they make you feel right at home as your waiting for your vehicle to get done.

I took my car here to get the windows tinted. It was fast but $199 add $45 for the strip across the front windshield. Total w/tax $265 is steep for a small car.

The best experience I have ever had. I had an alarm issue with my car. I called Stereo Zone & they came out to my house to help me out. I purchased the car & the alarm was already on it. The remote malfunctioned & I could not disarm the alarm. Eric came out & disconnected the alarm for me. After getting it started I took the car to Stereo Zone & they installed a new Viper remote start for me. What great service! I highly recommend these guys for everything!

Love this place ! Got an aftermarket back up camera added to my Mercedes and they took the time to install it properly to ensure I didn’t have to come back for any issues! Even when the cord wasn’t long enough to put the camera outside they were still able to install it so that I can see! Thanks guys you’re the best ! Got my car in early in the morning when they just opened up. I had a brake light problem and they diagnosed the problem and got me in and out within 15 mins. I would go to them for any electrical problems, tinting and car audio. Ask for Chorizo.

I’ve always brought all my cars here even semi’s for tint jobs. The work here is always on point especially that they use quality tint not the cheap tint that turns purple after a while. I’ve had tint jobs from here with years that been on, yes it’s does fade eventually especially from the Texas heat like all tint does but one thing is, it’s never turned purple.

The guys at Stereo Zone are dedicated to taking care of customers, even if you are just a walk in customer. We traveled 2 hrs for a dr appt and stopped by to get an estimate on an alarm install on my husbands truck, have in mind we were not planning on doing it today because we know those can be time consuming and usually have to be scheduled ahead of time. After they gave us step by step details on how the process would go, pricing and everything else, they offered to go ahead and do it for us right then and there, saying they wanted to avoid us having to make a second trip. They kept us informed of how the truck was coming along and even found another issue and offered to fix it right then and there. The process did take a little longer than they expected and to avoid us missing our appt they didn’t hesitate and offered us a loaner vehicle to get us to our appointment on time. This people are scams, they tell you things to let you come to their shop then they tell you something different, dont deal with them, you will lose your time, they let my drive for 1 hour to reach them then they told me that sorry you missed hear us although that I called them 2 times to confirm!!!!‐------------------------------------------------------Thats not true, I was warning mask when I come to your store, stop laying, no one is not warning mask this days!!!!

I think this place is a good place to shop, they are pricey. The customer service is ok. Be prepared to be there for hours.

I love this place I really do, great people. My feedback is that my center console was NOT put back correctly I don’t have the time to go complain and wait in person and I will end up taking the time and doing it myself.

Update: Received a phone call from the owner who took very good care of me by answering every question that I had and apologized for what I experienced. That was a loss for me that I had to take . Customer reviews was more than likely typed by him as he asked if he can write a review through my phone. Dont recommend.

Great all around shop. I got my Camry tinted here. Cesar took his time to make my car look good. More importantly, he was quick to text back and gave me updates on how my car was doing. Definitely would recommend.

Recently I purchased a basic alarm system to replace the factory alarm on my 10 years old car. Rick and his team did a very professional job helping me select the alarm and installing it. They did not pressure or hassle me in any way. I bought exactly what I went in for. A month later I went in to ask a question, I was greeted with prompt service and a friendly hello. They took good care of me !!! Im sure they will do the same for you.

This one guy in there is very rude

Upon arriving, I was greeted and had a very short wait time until where I was able to speak directly with the technician and have him inspect my vehicle. The technician was honest about prices up front and did not attempt to perform services without giving me proper notice of what had to be done and exactly how. Considering I have not had experience wiring a stereo before, the technician clearly articulated what was needed in order to have my stereo system working properly. That to me deserves five stars despite not actually getting my stereo fixed due to finances. And considering this is a local business I would be happy to bring my money back to support them.
