Layanne at this store has been so helpful. While I am not able to visit the store, Layanne has brought the store to me, from describing scents, to suggesting pairing of scents. She makes you feel that your olfactory journey is important to her too. Fantastic customer service!!!!

Ever since I came across this store in Northpark Mall, I am obsessed to buy a perfume at least once a month. The staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help you and make you feel welcome. I absolutely love working with Ramiz/Rameez(?) as she helps me find the best scent of the season, my recent purchase (yesterday) was Kyoto and I just love it - thank you again for recommending the perfume and for sharing the stories behind every single perfume we are curious about. She is extremely professional and one of the most knowledgeable perfumers I have come across in the city. Thank you for everything and we will keep introducing more and more friends and family as we continue to visit and purchase from your store.

Hint of the week: If youre buying your personal fragrance at Walgreens or Macys, then youre not trying hard enough. Treat yourself to something from Diptique, at least once a year.

Jacob was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable! He made my mom and I feel very comfortable, and we had an overall great shopping experience.

Lovely 💛 the sweet person I met with at the store let me smell some of the scents I’ve been wanting to get my nose on - and gave me an eau duelle sample to take home. Highly recommend! They know their stuff and I will definitely pull the trigger on getting a full bottle of do son and philosykos soon :)

Go to Nordstrom instead.Went in to buy a candle, and I asked the employee for a specific scent and size. It was a gift, so she sealed the bag, not giving me a chance to look at the candle and make sure it was correct. I assumed she gave me the scent I asked for, but I was surprised when my mom opened the bag and found it was the wrong scent. Since we both disliked it, I went back to exchange it for the original one I asked for but was told that I couldn’t exchange the candle because my mom had taken the cellophane off (candle was untouched otherwise). This policy is ridiculous especially because the employee gave me the wrong product. I love these candles and I rarely buy them due to the price, so it’s incredibly disappointing that I’m stuck with a scent I don’t like.

Um. $65 for a candle? + Tax? And you also charge $22 for a candle lid?*throws money*Why am I so obsessed with good smelling things? Why is Diptyque so expensive? Why did one of my bffs tell me about this bougie candle store? Wasnt it enough that I dropped $$ on Voluspa candles?! :( (lol)Anyway, I finally splurged after tiptoeing into this store several times in different cities. The gentleman that helped me out was super sweet and great about asking what kind of scents I preferred and recommending xyz candles.If you enjoy berry/citrus/clean scents (and arent really a fan of uber florals), try these:+ Baies (my fav of the 3)+ Oyedo+ MentheverteTIP: If you get one of these for the first time, let it burn for a good long while on the first burn. You want the entire top to be a melty pool of wax, otherwise the candle will begin to tunnel (the sides wont melt in future burns).Then they had the audacity to offer free samples with a candle purchase. :x I had the options to choose between Do Son and Lombre dans leau. Supposedly DS is a crowd fav, but it figures that the latter is essentially a copycat of baies.Def will come back. But maybe after Ive saved for a few months... (haha jk jk its not THAT bad lol).Yay for pretty smells. /end bougie review.

I found this store a couple weeks ago and am now in Love! They have some of the most unique and culture-specific scents that are powerful, yet sutle at the same time. Each fragrance also has a special meaning and story behind it along with beautiful artwork on the bottle.To top it all off, I had excellent one-on-one customer care from Christine who laid an awesome foundation for my 1st visit. Her knowledge, friendliness and fun personality inspired my love for fragrances even more. One thousand thank yous and I look forward to next time :)

Diptyque is a little gem in this giant mall! I really enjoyed stopping in and working with Jacob to find a great way besides a candle to add a beautiful scent to my home. (I didnt realize they make diffusers, room sprays, powered room scenters, and even car fresheners!!)The hardest thing about shopping here is finding which scent to try. Jacob was really helpful with examples of how each kind of scent lasts and spreads in a space. His help was invaluable, thanks so much! (I know Ill be calling him again soon to order more!😀)Just wonderful.

Chad, the mgr at Diptyque is phenomenal! He’s customer service oriented and every recommendation he’s made , I have loved .He spends the time getting to know his customers and what kind of fragrances they like . I wish more upscale shops had the professionalism and attentiveness that makes customers want to keep coming back and being loyal to a brand . Diptyque, you picked a winner with Chad !

One of my favorite places for candles and gifts (if you really like the person 😀😀) Staff is kind, helpful, but never pushy.

I’ve never written a review for a store before but my husband came across this place last week and the sales associate was so very helpful. I’m familiar with the brand (Fleur de peau is my favorite) but have never visited the Dallas location... I’m now a forever customer. The sales associate (Layanne) on the receipt was so warm and knowledgeable. I felt no pressure to buy and my husband who usually pushes me not to buy was the one who ended up making the purchases. She even wrapped the gifts for us. The gift wrapping is exceptional and we left with some samples! It’s a little pricey but worth every penny.

I love this place..... Staff is wonderful and takes care of you right when you walk in the door. Im telling all my friends about Diptyque

Best customer service for an upscale store! I went in looking for candles for my bridesmaids and they were genuinely excited for my upcoming wedding and even offered to help me create a signature sent for our wedding! I have a Nordstrom card and could get point buying diptyque candles there, but my fiancé and I would much rather give this store our business because they are so friendly and caring to their customers.
