This company is so unique because we used Prashe for EVERYTHING including the flower arrangements for our wedding ceremony and wedding reception. She collaborated well with our venues for floorplan arrangements. She spent a lot of time even after hours providing mock designs for our wedding. I am so amazed with everything from this company. I went to a few companies before I hired these guys for my wedding events and I am so glad I did. Customer service was excellent and quality was phenomenal. I not only got a great deal for both of my wedding events but the turnout was even better then photos. I feel like I had a fairytale wedding, and a lot can be attributed to the absolutely stunning design Prashe created. We could not have asked for a more beautiful mandap and reception decor. It was gorgeous and people are still talking about how beautiful everything was (and the wedding was in June!). One of the things I found most helpful about Prashe is that she took the time to sit with us (multiple times) to get an idea of what we liked. The more she talked with us, the more she was able to pinpoint what it was we wanted. For someone like me who isnt very visual and not great when it comes to colors, Prashe was a saving grace. Additionally, I felt like she was always receptive to feedback and was open to working with our budget. Theyre decorations and flowers are very beautiful but their customer service is the worst. I emailed them to schedule an appointment and get some information and I was very nice with them and the reply was what time is good for you? That was it!! I went there and the lady that I met wse more than rude, she didnt even introduce herself. I drove all the way from kaufman but I had to leave because I couldnt handle the way she was talking to me. She kept looking at the catalog for a wedding for about 5 minutes and the next 5 minutes she was on her computer looking up things that she didnt show me. I left the showroom in a very bad mood even though I was very excited to work with them for my special day but she made very upset and mad. I prefer they find someone else because their work is so beautiful and they dont deserve someone like her in the job.

I waited a long time to get married, so I really needed a wedding decorator that wasnt just grandiose and gaudy but someone who could listen to what Ive imagined my wedding day to look like and then execute. Being a Dallas native I researched every possible vender. Some venders did not return my phone call in a timely manner, some did not communicate at all, some had no clue about Indian/Pakistani wedding traditions (which now days is really hard to be ignorant with all the social media, etc.) and some kept offering their ideas instead of listening to mine. Prashe herself sat with me for more than two hours and LISTENED. We talked about my vision, a budget to play with, and even family. You see, she was the vendor for my sister back in 2009, she was just getting started back then and she did an amazing job. She remembered my sister as well, and she remembered specifics about her wedding. For someone who is highly sought after and with a busy schedule, I was surprised she remembered 6 years later. Prashe and her staff made me feel like family and for that reason, my gut told me to go with Prashe. BEST DECISION EVER! They communicated well. We had multiple meetings. I was given clarification on costs and design. When something was out of budget, she had suggestions and creative ideas to work with. Looking back, I still get tears from the final fairytale like wedding I had and Prashe played a massive role in this. We were even featured on DWeddings. Friends and family still tell me how gorgeous the wedding was. One friend calls it A midnight Summers dream wedding. I will take a reference to one of Shakespeares plays any day! Prashi and her team are wonderful to work with, and they have a wide variety of rentals to choose from. Most recently, we worked together on a Kentucky Derby style fundraiser for Arlington Hall and Lee Park. Prashi and Sabrinah had amazing ideas and helped us complete our vision for the events decor.
