This store is by far the best hair store that I have visited in DFW. We were immediately greeted when we entered store. Joseph really takes his time to listen and understand his customers need. I have never had this experience at any other store. The prices are right as well. You will not be disappointed with the excellent customer service provided!!!! Love that girl that works there! She loves her iob... you can tell! I called to tell her I was almost there and she was more than happy to stay at work till I came to buy product which was right at closing. She even helped me choose my hair even though she was probably tired. Shes great and the reason I went back second time!

I hate the location! But overall I did like the store, it’s just the right size...I hate those other super center beauty supplies lol I went in about 2 weeks ago with the intentions of getting a long 613 lace and ended up trying something different, a 18 inch deep wave lace. And I actually really really like and honestly got a lot of compliments on it. It sheds a little but nothing more than normal. It’s soft and very low maintenance which is perfect for my schedule. I’ll definitely be back to get another one just longer tomorrow....if y’all still open by 8

Didn’t make a purchase because it wasn’t what we expected (Not the Instagram hype). Vibe was off . We weren’t greeted with hellos we got stares instead. Guy with beard acted weird about us touching the hair, if your selling hair to black ppl please expect them to touch the hair. We drove from Fort Worth to (30min) South Dallas and would have wasted our time if the DALLAS HAIR GALLERIA (4min away and worth the visit) & South Dallas cafe was not so close . Dallas hair galleria deserves all of its hype.Mokaloka wigs felt cheap and were overpriced.Not many black employees there and we went at 1 . THEY REALLY SHOULD GET NEGATIVE STARS DUE TO THE NEGATIVE VIBENeeds better customer service.

I got the 613 frontal and bundles, the frontal so bald from shedding soooo much and bundles are already matted together. They are very brittle and dry , I expected more this hair because I paid almost $400 dollars to only get to wear it fir a couple of hours don’t think it’s fair

I spent 300 on 2 24inch and 2 22inch body wave 15grade hair. I am livid ! I day it was installed it was a little tangly but still soft within 4 days the hair was so matted! I wrapped my hair every night ! I decided to wash and condition the hair to see if it would bring it back to life and when it was wet it was so soft I let my hair air dry and of course once it dried it was back nappy! I tried to straighten it and that was absolutely terrible! This was definitely a rip off i would not shop here !
