I came and test drove my Jeep but needed to speak with my husband first. We eventually came to a deal over the phone and finished the process smoothly! My Jeep was even delivered to me! This dealer seemed attentive, however they were operating in bad faith. I filled out a credit application, and started the dialogue. Then all of a sudden Jim West says There is a guy that is putting a deposit down on the truck. He was here Monday. Then after I call him out on it, he changes the story to oh weve been working with him on the truck since Saturday.. So they were using bad faith on two customers. Dealers like this one give the industry that typical used car salesmans stigma.

Your better off buying a vehicle from somewhere else that is stock and doing the aftermarket stuff yourself. The trucks they make look all nice are all junk.

I don’t know if they are off the street employees or what but they don’t know their own prices or vehicles. If you work with anyone but tony your gonna be confused or lied to. If I was tony I would do some talent management, that being said they do business and make profit as fast as humanly possible. The Ford dealer that works with them recommended you only deal with the owner and these are the guys looking at their trucks... I wouldn’t do business here but some times they have nice trucks, just use your dealer to buy then cause you definitely don’t want to work with the yahoo’s standing around.

We bought a truck here a little over two months ago. We flew down from Wisconsin and the whole process went with ease. The lift kit in our truck and the others we saw are complete quality and were installed correctly. The truck was clean upon our arrival and was given a quick clean before we left with it.Tony gave us a walk through with the truck over the phone and pointed out minor blemishes that you are unable to see in pictures before we booked the plane ticket and never strayed us wrong. He ensured we landed safe and got to the dealership safely.We drove it back to Wisconsin and have had zero issues with the truck.Five stars all around. No pressure sales. Friendly faces. We will definitely be returning when we are ready to get our next vehicle next year.

Hands down the best selection of high end diesel trucks of any dealership in Texas, as well as some beautiful bad a$$ cars & SUV’s all in one spot. I’ve been watching this dealership for 8 months for the right one to come along, only problem has been they’ve had like 15 “right ones” for me haha. But above all else these guys have THE BEST customer service of any place I’ve ever dealt with in my adult life. I flip flopped on em with 3 different trucks & even after I chose one & got it home, I called Fernando on freaking Sunday & asked him “is there any way possible I could swap this truck out for the other one I wanted?”, totally expecting him to say it couldn’t be done at this point. Blew my mind,not only did he take my call on a Sunday, he then said “absolutely buddy, we want you to have the truck that’s right for you no matter what, I’ll hold your paperwork till you decide...”. Considering the other truck was $14k cheaper than the one I bought I was truly shocked at how eager he was to make sure I was happy & got exactly the truck I wanted, rather than even making any mention that the sale was already signed & finalized which he would have been absolutely right to do so. I’ll be buying all of my vehicles from these guys from now on, no question!

The staff here really goes above and beyond.Ive had the pleasure of purchasing 2 vehicles through East Diesel and also selling 2 cars to them.Its true - their inventory sells fast (because they price their vehicles the best in the nation). However they also find you a vehicle fast if you know what you are looking for as well.I cant say enough good about this dealership. I highly recommend taking the time to stop by and talk with them.

Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Buyer beware!!!! They are more interested in personal business than selling a vehicle! They pull your credit then refuse to answer your phone calls or respond to your financing response. I wanted to purchase the truck and they pulled my credit after driving 6 hours to never respond to me as to when I could buy the vehicle then sold it to someone else week and half later. Horrible dealer stay away! They’ll pull your credit to never respond to your credit pull so you can buy the car you want: waste of time. Not pressed to sell: rip off!

We are not from Texas.  We are from Oregon.  Pandemic hit just as our 2004 duramax decided to quit for the last time with 312,000 miles on it.  We found out quick that trucks were hard to come by with all the production interruptions so we widened our search because there was NOTHING in our price range in our area.  We started with Portland, then Oregon, then U.S.  Thanks to Cargurus we found our truck at East Dallas Diesel.  We bought it for a fair price with very nice people.  They detail at their shop and it was immaculately displayed. We drove there with a borrowed car and trailer to pick it up.  They found us a reasonable hotel until our Oregon financing was completed and even offered to take us to dinner.  The truck we bought is 2012 duramax dually and we couldnt be happier.  Fuel, blue def and regular oil changes are the only things it has needed and we have put 15,000+ miles on it in the 4 months weve had it.They made this deal an absolute dream for an out-of-town buyer.   If I ever need another truck, we will skip the rest of the search and start there because I know they will take good care of us.  Tony and his dad are both phenomenal to work with.  This endorsement is not paid for or coerced in any way!

Terrible experience. Guy who sold me the truck no longer works there. Been trying to get my tag for over a month. Took them 3 weeks to just ship it. Truck came in with broken windshield and needed a bad alignment.

If I could give this place negative stars I would.. This type of service is unacceptable. Their sales man does not know ANYTHING about the vehicles that are being sold. Anything I asked was “I don’t know”. I really loved this vehicle and pretty much knew all the features so I took it for a test drive and decided to look past the poor service and went ahead and filled out an application. It took a week for him to get back to me and tell me I got approved just to say he will have to “ask” the bank what they will need from me. It’s been MONTHS and even tho I was approved they never got back too me.I really do not understand how someone can not know ANYTHING about what the vehicles they are “trying” to sell...If you are thinking of checking out a vehicle from here PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE .Autonation was an AMAZING experience, very trust worthy, helpful and smooth process :)

I bought my truck from Texas while never leaving South Carolina. I dealt directly with the owner and had a friend do a thorough inspection before purchasing which showed 4 flaws (minor enough I have not yet fixed) that the pictures did not despite a ton of pictures. The price was right and the owner shipped it to my front door within a week. I am still pleased 2 months later. I will be looking up their inventory before I purchase my next truck as well.

They had great inventory but not what I wanted. So Tony went out of his way to find what us exactly what we were looking for, and scored us a great deal on our Lexus RX350. It was well below retail, and it has not disappointed in 2.5 years. I’ve spent less than $600 in total on our car since! The experience was smooth through and through and he found us our vehicle in less than 2 weeks. When it’s time for “a toy” I will definitely be buying from them. This was the easiest car buying experience ever. Francisco was extremely responsive, professional and very pleasant to work with. He was very honest with his responses and provided very competitive pricing. He was perfectly willing to have a full 3rd party car inspection on site and arranged to have the vehicle delivered to Austin upon passing the inspection.

Ehhhh was checking on their H3. Guess since it wasnt going to be a 20-30k sale and I was asking if they could finance it. Well VI acted like couldnt be bothered and said fill out credit thing online.... smhOk.. I will correct myself. Owner called me back. Totally different experience! Working towards a goal... Now it goes to bean counters at fibance and lord only knows.But the difference is night and day

Inspect the vehicle youre interested in very well I purchased a truck from them with a bent control arm bent so bad when you hit dips at highway speeds the tire rubs the fender I test drove it and everything seemed fine but noticed the issue the next day and upon further investigation I noticed things you dont notice at a glance like body lines not matching up the fog lights werent sitting straight in the bumper they knew this truck had been in a collision before they sold it to me and werent honest they showed me a clean carfax and I made the mistake of trusting it

I found this place by accident on another site. I bought a car in 2016 after a theft on my Honda Civic. They gave me a great price and a great car.I will be buying another from them very soon.

After I purchased a used SUV from this dealership with no warranty, I voice concerns about some minor problems I found after I got the vehicle home. They stepped up and took care of all of the problems at no cost to me. They also provided a rental car while they had my SUV. They absolutely had no obligation to do so, but did so because of their good character.

I bought a Camry from east Dallas diesel and they were great. Fransisco helped me through the buying process for my first car . They made the whole process painless.

Bought my 2009 Hummer H2 there. They were very friendly and honest. They had the best price that I could find anywhere in the USA. I highly recommend!

Avoid this dealership, cars are initially presented well with nice pictures and tasteful exterior details. They specialize in selling vehicles that are appealing to the untrained eye but riddled with mechanical issues that will lead to $1000s of dollars in repairs. So yes the car will be sold to you “as-is” only to be enjoyed for about one day then the issues will begin. If you decide to purchase from them just be aware that you might as well add $5,000-$10,000 to the purchase price as this is about how much you will spend to make the vehicle a reliable form of transportation. Also if you enjoy dealing with sketchy car salesmen then be sure to ask for Francisco. After your purchase they won’t even bother to detail the vehicle on the inside it will be dirty just like they bought it from the auto auction. Happy car hunting avoid this place and deal with honest dealers.

It was hard to spot from road - i drove past and had to turn around to find. Parking is limited, but what car dealer does have excess parking. The people were friendly and helpfull, but i do not think i will buy the vehicle i went to look at.

Please donot waste your time at this Dealership, their salesman just sits and donot respond to any offers made. They will respond you on your offer once the truck is SOLD. When asked about why they did not respond before, they say they could NEVER have accepted your offer. SHAME on you TONY.

On August 03, 2018 me in my cousin caught a flight from Saint Louis to Dallas Texas to look at 2007 Bentley continental GT, to make the story short, the owner name is SanFrancisco, he never told me that the check engine light was on and that the front windshield was cracked, To sum things up, he knew that the check engine light was on. but he claim he drove it over the weekend before I came to look at the cat and that it ran find. Wow, 2 lies, I spent a total of $1500 round trip for me and my uncle to catch a flight back home , which i only paid for us a one way airplane ticket at first, i were under impression that the vehicle ran good and were in good condition to drive it back home to St Louis. I ask the owner Can he take the Bentley 2007 to a Bentley dealership in Dallas he told me it would be pretty expensive and he cant do that, He didnt make me feel welcome or comfortable at all, I took car to the nearest diagnostic test and 23 codes came up on the vehicle, such as , misfiring code, fuel pump, anything dealing with the engine, So to make a long story short I change my mind and ask for my $500 deposit back, please stay away from people like this, Im glad I didnt give him my $36000.

I went to this location to purchase another another Range Rover in which they were selling. This appear to be the typical car lot but the sales person that was helping me was apparently not a salesman because he had no answers to my questions...this was very frustrating! The owner pulled up in a monster truck, I was introduced to him and the guy told I was VERY interested in the white Ranger Rover....the look on the owners face said it all. He ask me what did I want to know, Im thinking...just make the sale dude, Im here...i stated what I wanted...i have an above 700 credit score..but instead he says, believe me it runs good and paused...paused.....just looking at me...so I asked well I would like to test drive it..thinking myself, why am I asking to test drive this, when u should be offering it! He asked can u come bac BC car was blocking it..he never asked my name, ph number, email address, or attempted to make me feel welcomed in his business! So I did what any other person in their right mind would do, I LEFT AND TOOK MY BUSINESS WHERE I FELT APPRECIATED! ((I WOULD NEVER GO BACK!))
