So, we just left with our new car from here. Everything about everything was amazing. Frankly I love the car and the people and I would love to give this a 5 star review but we just put $10 in gas in it and as we pulled out of the gas station the service engine soon light came on. Im really not too happy about this. Unfortunately the store is closed right now so I left a message but well see how this plays out. Would be glad to change this to 5 stars but well see what happens.Follow up: the service engine light was due to the gas cap being loose. No problems here. Also, Robert was all for taking care of any issue regardless of what it was and even suggested I go somewhere and have the code scanned. I would not recommend this dealership. I drove 3 hours to purchase a vehicle from them. During the test drive I didnt experience any issues with the vehicle. By the time I got home I had a squealing belt and twice already the vehicle will not move when the accelerator is pressed. The drivers side air doesnt warm as expected and when I wrote my salesman his reply was basically you should have bought the warranty. I couldnt in good faith recommend this dealership. I have no proof but it is my belief the dealership knew of these issues.

Came back expecting the same kindness but They were unwilling to drop the price even 1,000 to make the sale in my price range. Tristan and the guys at drivemax did a really great job of working through my deal and making it happen. They probably worked a little harder than most dealers would. Gave me a decent price from my trade and accommodated some request to make the deal happen.

I spent my entire day talking with a Drivemax representative, about selling my truck. I decided to trade my truck in on a truck on their lot. After having my instant cash offer of 19,399 in hand I made an hour drive to the lot to make the trade. After we get there the salesmen were rude and unhelpful. They then go on to tell me that they would only offer us 16,000 for my truck because I hadnt put my VIN in. I told them that our bank would not loan more than what we had already agreed on because the truck was not worth more. They said they could get the loan, but wouldnt honor their instant cash offer of the 19,399$. I would not reccomend this dealer to anyone. We took our business to Hardy Chevrolet across the street and bought a much nicer truck that gave us what we wanted to get out of our truck. BUYER BEWARE !!!!! 9-3-2017Dealt with Tristan and Robert on a car for a friends daughter. Agreed on a price and then had the car inspected at our cost. When the car was cleared we went to give them a check and they DENIED our price.These people are less than honorable and dont care about the buyer or what they promise.
