Im the owner of a 1964 cheve impala, I bought my car in for rear end damage July 2019, my insurance paid for it, and I had them replace my motor that I was paying for gave them half the money and my car still not completed and that was 16 months ago and I still dont have my car. I been given excuse after excuse as to why my car not repaired. Ive read all the good comments about this place of business but my experience. Hasnt been the one people are talking about. I didnt have problems with these people everything was done exactly as expected they were little slow to finish but the quality 👌 was there.

They painted my car and within 2 months paint is flaking. Called them and they said after 30 days its not their problem. Also. Mr Mike Henderson and Jug Head are two big fake reviewers considering YouTube has nothing to do with the horrible business practices of this place.

Brought in a Ford F150. I wanted some touch up body work. They told me 2 weeks. 8 weeks later the truck STILL isnt finished. I told them to forget about it. No customer service.

Beware this shop does shady work. After requesting some simple work to be done the after product had pits in the paint, debris, scratches, scuffs, overspray, some clear coat was flaking. They didnt mask off open areas on the vehicle which got overspray on. Tons of body filler used, paint had waves in the paint. The vehicle was missing other little other trim parts. I have also heard from other people they forge documents. Please beware.

Honest people to work with. Been doing business together for years after 100+ vehicles that they have repaired for my company. My clients are content with their work 100%. Cant complain as a auto parts manager I deal with paint shops all the time.After all the good things I heard, Ive decided to give them a shot on my M5 after a total paint fail in the past with duncanville collision, and dallas paint & body. Im shook! the car looks brand new I am very impressed.

As a previous customer, I just want to share my personal experience. All these negative comments that were made this month are not true these guys offer amazing work and have repaired different vehicles of mine even one being a bently. All the negative commentary is being provoked by an egotistical racist youtuber who didnt want to pay these guys fairly for the work that was done on his vehicle. You get what you pay for everyone knows that... but I assure you these guys know what they are doing. They give you informative tips in how to maintain your vehicle, and also provide great customer service. My car club attendees will continue to do business with Texas Elite not just for their workmanship, but for their honesty.

2017 - Review. These guys are super cool but more importantly the work is awesome. The staff is very friendly, and not in a business sense to try to take your money but very down to earth. Had my brothers 98 Chevy Pickup painted here and came out nice. Actually about to take my Chevy pickup to get painted soon. Angel is very cool and not about any bs. 4 out of 5 stars because nobodys perfect but I highly recommend.

This place is a non legitimate business DO NOT go there or trust these guys. Complete waist of time & money.

Took 3 months for a 3 week job and its 4 been months that I have been waiting for fog lights and brake rotors with pads every time its a different excuse and refuses to refund the $$ for the parts. I also came out with a different horn when asked they stated nothing changed.
