Ever since finding this place, this is the only body shop I go to. The owner, JC, is honest, straightforward and very friendly. I have brought my car here twice, and both times the work was done well, and in a timely fashion, especially compared to other big name shops that want to keep your vehicle for weeks. JC is very good at communicating on your behalf with your insurance company to make sure that everything that needs fixing gets covered. Ive even come in more than once for an opinion on something purely mechanical, that he wound up fixing cheaper than a dealership would. I cant recommend JC highly enough!

JC and his team were hands down the most professional body/repair shop with which I’ve ever worked. They always kept me up to date on the status and timing of my repairs. They also worked with my insurance company to make sure the repairs were approved. And I didn’t have to go anywhere. They picked up my vehicle and dropped it back off at my home when the repairs were complete. Finally, the car looked and drove perfect when they were done fixing it. You would never know that it had been in an accident! I enjoyed my experience so much that I’ve used their services multiple times!

Used last week for body work on passenger side. Car looked great. JC worked with us to keep cost down and within the promised time span. Replace the 2 doors and a fender and repaired the other fender and rear bumper. Paint matches perfectly.

Went in to get a door & fender replaced on my 2014 Ram which I was told would take 5 days. Dropped off on a Monday & sure enough it was ready by Friday. JC & his guys did an excellent job on my truck & although there was a couple of details that were forgotten, in the end they were still able to get everything situated. Thank you guys for a great job I’ll definitely be recommending.

They are not honest on pricing. I was visiting Dallas from California last December. My 2010 Mercedes GL450 would not start at the restaurant parking lot on Saturday afternoon. I found nearest repair shop Dallas European and AAA towed my car to there. I just changed the battery right before this trip, so I called my mechanic and he said it is alternator problem. On Monday morning, Dallas European verbally quoted $1200 . I was very surprised by the price because my mechanic said the part will cost about $250 and labor about $200. Dallas European said it is original Mercedes part of $800 plus labor. I asked for OEM part since the car is old I dont want to invest on it. But it is still $820. I called nearest part shop and the part was only $220. I feel I am ripped off because I was traveling and my car was already towed there stuck. I think fair price up to $500, but no more than that. They asked for cash and I had to paid $800 with cash discount.

Theyre not the fanciest looking shop in town by a long shot. But Ive used them for decades and it found them to be professional, very confident, and price-competitively.I preferred them to a number of friends- the kind I want to stay friends with.Thats the highest compliment I can pay

Wonderful experience and was very happy with the outcome! I took my truck in to get some detail work done and custom pieces painted including a spray-on bed liner. JC and his team worked extremely well with my car and the collision repair that I had him do. They took extreme care of my aftermarket bumper and even though some modifications were needed to make it fit. They werent satisfied until it was perfect either! They will be the shop I go to for future repairs as well!

They repaired my vehicle in a timely manner,ending was repaired according to specs. They also totaled my Fiances vehicle, which had extensive damage, and Id looks just like new. Professional service, integrity, and great workmanship. Quality service and reasonable rates. I would highly recommend this collision center to my friends and family.

I have Dallas European to replace the Hood/Paint and Radiator for my Camry. The Engineer did great job fast and i got the car back in the same day. They also checked the brakes and provided some extra services which I appreciated really.

JC is the best in this industry when it comes down to repairing, painting, restoring cars. I had an accident in two of my vehicles, of course at different times. Lol. JC restored them both back to factory finish. You cant tell that I had an accident in either. I will trust Dallas European Collision with all my future endeavors with my automobiles and I advise anyone else to do the same.

I was referred to Mr. by one of my friends and that was the best experience ever. Mr. JC was very professional and delivered way more than he promised. This place is a hidden gem ... Definitely not the average Indie .. they do good quality work at a affordable price even on european cars !! Always they do what they say , on time. I saved so much on my BMW maintenance . J.C (the owner) is so knowledgeable and updated with the newest tech. He surprised me several times by being able to take care of my wife’s hybrid issues at half price the Toyo “stealership” would do . They even dropped me home each time I left my car for repairs .
