Brad and Mandy are the best. I have no desire to go anywhere else. Since Ive moved to Dallas GA they have done awesome work on my vehicle. Brad has even come to my home to fix my husbands car. Is you desire great service this is the place to go. The communications is wonderful.

Though I haven’t been there since buying a newer car, I still suggest brad @ mainstream to my friends and family. They have always taken good care of my vehicles and even friends and family of mine. They are kinda slow sometimes BUT he’s always busy and literally they put in so much hard work.

Charge me $500 just a change of water pump and water pump cost $60 Labor was $440 I do not recommend this mechanic at all

The staff at Mainstream has been one of the best family owned business that I have experienced. I have lived in the Dallas area for over 10 plus years and two years ago, I entered Mainstreams shop and it has been the only place since that I will take my cars. I even had a guy who works at a garage who would repair my vehicles on the side; however, I quickly found that his prices could not match the prices given to me from Mainstream. Mainstream now takes care of all of the vehicles in the family. The staff at Mainstreams take their time to do it right! They are professional and its clear that the staff has integrity with each job that they complete. Management is top-notch and they listen to their customers. Once, I stood in the lobby and heard a level of courtesy given to another customer that made me feel that I have selected a great business location to leave my car and know that I would not be taken for a money ride. I have never had any issues with service and the staff always goes the extra mile to take care of my vehicles. If they were to move their shop tomorrow, I would follow.

Mainstream Automotive is a Great place to take your vehicle. Brad and his crew are great guys who will treat you right. My bill was expensive but my SUV needed a lot of work. They close at 3 on Fridays but Brad was so awesome he stayed after to get my SUV done. Thanks Brad!!!!

Dropped off one of our cars that we had been having issues with. We have had another place work on it in Hiram and they did not fix the problem after several attempts so I decided to try Mainstream. Dropped it off and they were able to fix the issue, will definitely be using them from now on and I have already recommended them to several other people.

Usually I dont leave reviews but I know how important it is for people to find a good reliable mechanic and this is the place to go. They did a great job replacing the rear main seal and the oil pan on my Tahoe. They were quick and very professional. Thank you!

These guys are your real honest technicians, my mothers transmission was slipping and I live in Delaware and she lives in Dallas GA. I had to find her a shop that would take care of her and not rip her off I searched Google until I came across this place based on its great reviews. I even called them myself and spoke with Mandy about the situation and she assured me my mother was in good hands! They fixed her car when they said they would and for the price they quoted. And kept her and me informed the whole time. This is a great place to take your vehicle too. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Cant say enough positive things about Mainstream. Have taken a couple of our vehicles over the past few years to be serviced/repaired. And each experience has been top notch! Great, honest and affordable. Wish I would of found them sooner. They go above and beyond!

I took my sons car to Mainstream after another mechanic gave me the runaround on their work. Brad and his team are honest, fair and provide quality work. If anyone is looking for a solid, honest place to have your vehicle worked on take it to Mainstream Automotive.

Can’t go wrong bringing your vehicle here. I’ve only been twice, the first time I just had them confirm an issue I thought I was having with our SUV....no charge. The second time our other car was leaking coolant...water pump went bad. They gave me a quote and set the expectation it would be about a week since I didn’t have an appointment. Dropped it off on a Friday and it was done the following Wednesday (less then a week) even though they are super busy. Honest and reliable.

Our experience was quite negative. They had my van for over 2 weeks to replace a motor at a cost of $2300. When we finally got my vehicle back, the alignment was so off, it was barely drivable. The next day on my way to work the van broke down again. It was doing the same thing as before the motor replacement. The guy at MainStream had it towed to his shop. We did not hear anything from them for over 2 weeks. When my husband called to inquire about it, he was told that the transmission was now bad. They stated they were trying to figure out how to fix it at the lowest cost and needed a transmission guy to look at it. The owner later told me that there was also missing motor mounts and ‘other issues’ they had repaired with the engine replacement….however they had been the last one to work on my van LAST year. Bottom line, they put a faulty motor in my van, knocked out the alignment, broke something in the transmission, and I am out $2300 at Christmas….and my van is now parked at my home unsafe to drive.

Bad experience with this place. Called to see if I could bring my truck in because it was shuttering. After my truck sat in their parking lot for 36 hours, I stopped by and asked when it would be done. They had not even looked at it by then. Should have taken it back right then, but I left it because he said he was about to take it back right then. The guy called me a few minutes later to say it needed new spark plugs and coils. They replaced them. Next day shuttering is back. Dont think Ill go back there. Basically, they were too busy to look at my truck, but not polite enough to let me know that. Sorry to have to ruin their perfect ratings.

Nice folks kept my truck for 10 days no communication with me I had to do all the calling.Said my vibration was ok just drive it.Somwhere else where it was fixed.It is what it is.They didnt charge me so that was good...I guess.

Called these guys yesterday afternoon, dropped the car off an hour later, and had it back in 24 hours. They replaced the coolant tank where the cap had broken off. They were fast, communicated every step of the way, gave us a fair price and the price I was told is what I saw on the invoice. I didnt feel like I was getting the runaround or the mansplain like I get from other places. Didnt try to upsell any unneeded stuff. I get the impression these people are fair, honest, and reliable.And may I add, Ive never seen a cleaner, nicer waiting area in another shop.Glad we found our new go-to shop for all our vehicles.

I have had Brad and his team work on 5 vehicles and can trust that he will do a great job and keep my old cars running and dependable. They are very good at communicating and their pricing is very reasonable. I can count on them to keep my vehicles dependable. One of the vehicles was a 86 toyota truck that he brought back to life and I used as my primary commuter for over 2 years. This truck is now off to college with the original owners son and is on a cross country tour this summer - nice to be young and free :) haha
