Very awesome and fast service, they did really great on fixing the damage on my car.Julia and Kayla gave a good estimate and reliable time frame on how long it would take to fix said damage. It only took a few days!! My car looks brand new. Would totally recommend everyone to go here. They also washed and cleaned the inside of the car.

I went to Collision Rescue because after an extensive I search I found they had the best rating at the BBB. They definitely DID NOT disappoint. Kayla came out and immediately appraised the damage. The price she quoted was almost half the price of some other shops I inquired at.. The quality of their work is excellent and it was completed in the promised time frame. They washed my car and it looked better they it did went it came from the dealer. There is no way I would ever go any place else.

I was in a pretty bad car accident 2 days ago and my car was towed to Collision Rescue.This was my very first car accident and I was a complete mess but Danny and his staff took great care of me and made sure I was ok.He even dropped be home since I didn’t have a ride. If you’re looking for a great family owned business that actually cares about their customers and not just about making money, I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent overall experience. I shopped around at a few locations and Collision Rescue had the best overall cost to reviews ratio. Thats the meat and potatoes of this review. In my position, I could get away from grade A customer service to save a few bucks.But then these guys hit me with the amazing customer service on top of this. Really impressive. Kayla and Oscar was a pleasure to work with. Both of them super punctual, which I appreciate. Car was done in a timely manner, and I was updated consistently till we got to that process.So this was the best as far as cost, but their customer service was phenomenal. Cant say enough good things! Keep up the good work, guys!

Im pretty new to driving and got in my first ever wreck, the owner, Danny was super nice to me and talked to me and explained everything to me so I wasnt left out of the loop. They honestly turned one of my worst days in a while into a learning experience and theyre my definite go to guys (and gals) if this ever happens again. Not saying a wreck wouldnt be a bad thing, just saying I know exactly who to go to when and if It happens!

Very impressed with the quality of work. They go above and beyond here. Not only did they clean my headlights when repairing my fender, but my car was vacuumed and the console area had been cleaned. Very happy customer.

Trusted this place to take care of our car. BIG MISTAKE. They took a little over a month on our 2018 Hyundai sonata which we then had to return after they installed very low quality rear window glass which had distortion when looking out from it. Paint job was POOR lots of orange peel and overspray of the clear coat, the worst part is that they did not even correct that problem to make it right and satisfy their customer. It was almost like they just had the car sitting at the shop for weeks then when we finally showed corcerns why the car was still not worked on, they rushed the whole repair process. Terrible place. Do your business elsewhere.

Was rear ended about 2 years ago and they repaired and color matched my candy apple red car beautifully.Earlier this year was struck in the rear passenger door and again they color matched a cream colored Dodge Charger beautifully!They did a great job, explained every step and delivered as promised.They even fixed minor dings for a reasonable fee! Zero stars if applicable. The front of my car was crushed, didn’t fix nor replaced the engine. All they did was cover the inner parts as if nothing happened. Mainly focused on the outside when the interior motors were the real problem. Wanted me to pay $300+ on a part I didn’t need. Terrible service.

I was in a wreck on a Sunday, and I was recommended this place that I could have my car towed there, and that they would contact me, first thing, on Monday. The wrecker was billed directly to my insurance and didnt come out of my pocket. That is exactly what happened and they had my car fixed in 2 weeks. It was a great job that was done. They even communicated with my insurance on the payment AND with Enterprise to schedule the pick up of my rental. They made things seamless in that aspect. The ONLY two things that I can say that are cons are: They left my car on EMPTY, like 0 miles of gas left. I crossed my fingers that I would make it to the gas station. I cannot honestly remember how much gas I had at the time of the accident, but a few miles of gas would have been nice, to ensure I made it out of the neighborhood. Secondly, my front bumper was replaced and my left turn signal was not operating correctly. It was my Passenger side that was impacted, however they replaced the bumper and I had to take it back to the shop to make sure that the wiring was correct or if it was just that the light was out. They were very nice about it, however, it was a bit of an inconvenience when youre trying to get over your wreck injuries and live 20 miles away and have to brave rush hour traffic on 75. Honestly speaking, I could have made sure that these basic features were working properly before I drove off, however it slipped my mind. Other than these minor details, they were great and gave your car back washed.

Great customer service!!! Ive taken 3 of my cars there with the 1st initially being a wreck, but with the service these guys provided I was astounded. So willing I took in 2 of my other vehicles to get work done also to customize my cars and I have to say it was a great process all 3 times.

I was in an accident and my car was messed up bad in the front on the passengers side. They did a great job on my car. You couldnt tell by looking at it that the car was hit. I have been telling friends and neighbors about them. I recommend them to anyone whos been in an accident and needs work done on their car. The nice thing is they dont charge the full deductible.

Not only did they help me save my deductible, my repair was done using all OEM parts which the insurance figured cheap aftermarket parts. Danny and his crews have worked on my self-inflicted body damage a couple of times - always excellent quality work, great turn around timing, and very respectful of your budget.

Anntena replacement was excellent and efficient! They even let me use an office to work while I waited. Calah runs a top notch front office and Danny delivered as promised.

All I wanted was a simple estimate to compare to the insurance company. The gentleman answering the phone was Daniel and identified himself as the owner. Within two minutes I felt the bull pouring from his mouth, so arrogant and rude. Dont bother wasting your time here,

HORRIBLE. If this was a review on their customer service, it would be a 5--but when it comes to getting body work done on my vehicle, the quality of work done on it is, above all else, important to me. I hydroplaned out of my lane, hitting HOV dividers and barely making impact with the concrete barrier. The back quarter panel on the driver side and bumper took the most damage.Before listing off all the things Ive noticed (so far--I just came across ANOTHER defect, which is why Im writing this review), let me just say...for such shoddy craftsmanship, youd think it wouldnt have taken them the ENTIRE THIRTY DAYS to make sure it was completely perfect. I was given an estimate of 17 days. At 17 days, I was told it would be a couple more days because they needed to order a part? Then when that was done, they discovered the muffler also needed to be replaced and had to wait for the Geico Rep to approve it. (Side note: I always take the optional insurance on rentals--just in case so I dont have to file a claim on my own insurance if anything happens...their dragged out 30 day BS cost me over $400--basically, almost an extra $200.) So the employee I had been in contact with brought my car to me at my workplace--like I said, this isnt a rating based on their customer service. As soon as I got off work (about 30 minutes later), I drive home, only to realize: 1.) the sunroof doesnt work--which is funny since it wasnt damaged in the accident 2.) theres an obnoxious rattling/vibrating inside the driver door 3.) they didnt reattach the fuel door release, so I have to pop my trunk every time I get gas to pull the emergency fuel door release...Then I get home and I asked my roommate what the strong smell coming from my car was--fresh paint is what he said. Theres still glue on my bumper that they didnt buff out. And for all I know, they didnt need to wait on parts--they just didnt have my car painted...because theres no way, if allowed to dry properly, the smell of fresh paint should have been that strong. Under closer inspection, I realized the bumper and trunk are no where near aligned--AT ALL. There are huge gaps that I could see without even having to get close to my car.That was last week. So today it rained, and I just noticed that my right tail light is fogged up with condensation all on the inside. If I could upload a picture of it, I would because I took one to show them when I have them fix all their screw-ups. And trust me, Ive already called Geico to try to go elsewhere--because this is the body shop chosen to have the repairs done at initially, I cant take it anywhere else without paying out of pocket. So Im stuck with this joke of a body shop. So I have to trust the mistakes needing to be fixed that were caused BY Collision Rescue to be done by Collision Rescue--great.Had I not been in between jobs at the time, I would have paid whatever the tow truck would have charged me to have my vehicle taken to an authorized Geico collision center. I keep finding more things wrong with my car, which Ive never had happen when dealing with, for instance, Caliber Collision. Aside from having to take my car back to them to get all this crap fixed, I would NEVER take another vehicle there again. And Ill probably end up having to go back for life for the future mistakes theyll more than likely end up making when they go in to fix the last things they jacked up.HUGE REGRET.
