I love this Exchange location. Its larger than any other location Ive been to, featuring a wide array of items for sale. Half the store is video game / pop culture items, the other half is records and CDs. Everything from classic vinyls to Legos and Nintendo games. If youre looking for something new to listen to or from your childhood, they will likely have it here!

Everyone is always so nice and helpful there. Never a bad experience.

I called Saturday to ask if they bought hotwheels and lego collection. Was told that as long as i had the boxes and instructions for the legos they did and was told they do buy hotwheels including mainlines. Spent 13 hours sunday breaking down my legos and boximg them up and boxing up the hotwheels. Had the wife call monday to see if the gave the same answer and of course they said they dont buy legos unless they were new in box. So that was a waste of my time. But they said they still buy the hotwheels. So i loaded up my car and sat there for almost 3 hours while they rifle through my cars. Finally the person called my name. He tells me they didnt buy hotwheels unless there was a theme.so he offered me 25.00 for 28 Christmas cars that sold for atleast 15.00 each. I asked him why i was told they did buy them and why he took the time to go thru them if they didnt buy them and he blamed the floor people for not knowing. So i told him no way and to pack it back up and ill take it home. He grew very unhappy. As i was carrying a box out he drops a tote of cars and broke 4 blisters. I guess im just sopposed to eat that to along with all the time i put into breaking down the legos and toting the hotwheels. Like i told the clerk its a good thing for cell phone recordings. Ill bill ya for the items he broke.

The Exchange should be considered essential by everyone. It has that feel of going to a thrift store and discovering an amazing deal for something you never thought you’d find in person, plus you have to come back constantly because the selection changes so fast you need to snag the good stuff before someone else does. I’ve been coming to this store and the Fairlawn location since I was a barely even a teenager in the late 90’s. I’d save some of my lunch money every day until I had at least 5 bucks, come here and end up getting 2 or 3 cds or movies, like weird obscure stuff that I’d end up a fan of forever. I know I wouldn’t be the pretentious hipster that I am if it weren’t for the things I bought here.

Ive bought a ton of media and collectibles from here over the years and they never disappoint. Top notch service and convenient trade in services Ill be going back here forever.

I was very impressed with the new location (within the same plaza it was formerly located at).So much bigger, brighter, cleaner, and organized. A huge selection of merchandise that shoppers from any age group are able to find something desirable.Music, Movies, Gaming...in all different formats.Staff was attentive and very informative with all the customers. I love that I can call in and ask if they have a certain item Im looking for. Then, if they do, they hold it, I think for three days. I usually rush in to get it and go.The staff are wonderful. They are always ready to help. Ive been going to the Exchange for many years and theres many long time employees still working there.You can buy, sell and trade. And, they are fair on their exchanges. And the prices are good on all their items.

I been coming here for years. First time here in a couple years. I was able to find a use ps4. So glad I went and got one.

The new store is very nice . There is more room and more of a variety and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend going here.

This is a fun store, larger than some of the other ones which leads to a wider array of cool stuff. You can find anything from old games and consoles to old music and vintage hi-fi. They can order between locations for pick up in store and it texts you to notify. I recommend this for any physical media, or media enthusiast.

THE GOOD: Wide selection.THE BAD: Prices are ok to stupid expensive. Youre better off shopping online and saving yourself the hassle of dealing with the staff. Unprofessional is the nicest way I can describe them.

They always have what youre looking for! As a huge fan of movies, I can rely on them having EVERY film for a low price. Old or new, they have it there. They dont stop with movies, they also have games for every console! The Exchange is a much better place to trade in old games compared to Game Stop. You will get more for you trade here. They also sell consoles, speakers, vinyl, and collectibles! The Exchange is an absolute LEGEND for just about everything.

Rob is the man! He came from a killer store down on Cleveland Ave in Canton and was able to use his connects in the company to not only find me “SNES Zombies Ate My Neighbors” but called them up, got me pics texted to him almost immediately so I know it was in good shape to avoid a pointless drive down to Canton. That’s Customer service man!

This is by far the biggest exchange ive ever been in. Love the abundance of records. If you love music, movies or any sort of pop culture this is the go to place for you. I always walk out of that place with a new item in hand and my wallet a little bit lighter.Also it smells like a new house in there, which weirdly makes it feel more welcoming. Could use a splash of color on the interior though

Honestly the customer service and help here is top notch. Walked in and immediately received help with a busy store. The staff is knowledgeable in everything pertaining and did not try to get me to purchase the most expensive item. Checkout was simple and non problematic and the new store is big and very well organized. Will handle any future gaming relations here without a doubt.

They give good value to old games especially. Good selection too. Everything is good.

The Exchange has a great staff and a fantastic selection of music, movies, video games, toys, etc. I can even grab Sega Genesis games there. Been an Exchange customer for over a decade.

Was so happy to find out that OOB Funko Pops are only $3! There was also a Funko Pop that was marked $50 but was only worth $25 on PopPriceGuide.com and they matched the price for me!! Such a great experience.

This store is a regular mecca for anyone who still appreciates movies and music in DVD and CD formats. They have a huge inventory that dwarfs anything the big box retailers offer these days. The prices are great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Im a fan for life.

Big fan of the exchange, nice place to look for retro games. They usually dont have anything too rare. But its always worth a look. They can check the stock of any location from their computer, that can be very helpful. Prices can be slightly high but still mostly fair. Overall I say they are definitely worth the visit if you are into old video games. They have movies and music too but I cant speak much for the quality of that selection.

Great improvement in location - more room to move and very well lit. Solid selection of used music, DVDs, Blu Rays, 30+ years of video games and related merch. Some great deals to be had though also some overpriced items - do your research.

Outstanding customer service. Selection varies. Best to visit often to see new items. Prices are somewhat reasonable. Not extremely expensive... not super cheap. Definitely cheaper than Game Stop.

So today I walked into the store looking around for an Xbox 360 i spent 400$$$ here and I go home and they gave me all the opposite cords so now I can’t even play my game ! I live 45 mins away !

Ive been coming here since I was a little kid and Im 24 now, its always like walking straight into heaven for me. Their PS2 section is my go-to and I always get asked a number of times if I need any help because their customer service is on point 👌 recently theyve expanded into a bigger building right next door and I couldnt be happier

Bought the same defective copy of Mortal Kombat Armageddon for the original xbox 3 times in a row now from this location. After the second time I was told it wouldnt be put back out for sale, so if I saw another copy it wouldnt be the same defective copy for sale. Well, today I bought the same broken game for a third time... Guy accepting return said they will just send it back in to be resurfaced for a 4th time (bad practice unto itself) and sent back to be put back out for sale even with me having wasted my time and gas 3 times now trying to find a copy of this game from this location.Why they continue to put returned and defective games out for sale is baffling and anti-consumer.

The best game store franchise in Ohio. Have everything from posters, to CDs, to VHSs, DVDs, Blu-ray, Vinyl, video games, and Collectables. Staff is really kind too.

This place is awesome. I’ve been shopping here for years and years. They have some seriously unique stuff. Tons of action figures and hard to find games often show up on the shelves. Also, it’s just plain fun to walk down and find movies you’ve never seen before.
