Traded in my old PS4 for a new Switch Lite. Employee was nice informing me on warranty info and not haggling me to join the power up rewards or anything. Easy in out in less than 5 minutes the way it should be.

They are the dumbest people on this earth. I wanted a digital copy of MLB THE SHOW and they sent me the disc. Then I go to the hood store to exchange it and no one is there but they left a great note saying they will be back by 4:25 I’m sorry for not coming when you wanted me to. I even checked the hours and it said they were open till 8. WHAT A BUNCH OF IDI0t$

Staff always very friendly and helpful here. Only complaint is the products online price isnt same as in store. When I was going to select item for pickup, site said wasnt available in any close Gamestop in a 100 mile radius, while I was in store! Im sure more of a corporate problem. I really like shopping at this location more than others around this area.

The associate was very friendly and most of the prices were very reasonable. I have a budding Pokémon trainer and he was all about the plush they had in stock which was all he wanted.

Great service, the store smelled funny

Team has an inability to provide all information needed for a successful trade in one interaction. Sent away to retrieve some cables after one associate looked at my switch, told if I provide the cable I’m good for a full trade in. Return 15 minutes later to be told it isn’t a full trade it’s “defective” and I must take the stickers off now as well. Associates didn’t want to work because it was close to close.

If you dont have something in stock take it off the floor then had to wait in line for 25 mins just for you to tell me that your out of stock

Had to exchange The Force Unleashed we purchased not once but twice. First copy had actual bite marks on it. The second copy caused the Xbox to be stuck on a black screen. Ended up getting The Force Unleashed 2 because they wanted us to drive to another location 20+ minutes away to get a different copy of the first game. There is absolutely no reason Game Stop should be selling unplayable games to their customers.

As far as game stop locations go, this one was a but above average. It took forever for the clerk to find my games in the drawers but she was new and in training. The store was less cluttered with clearance garbage than some others Ive been to recently.

Cashier was super helpful and friendly. The store was very neat and clean.

Im always impressed with how friendly & helpful the staff are here. The younger generation seems to not have people skills these days but this place is the exception. Not one time have I ever gotten bad service, it doesnt matter what location Ive been to. Keep up the good work Gamestop!

Had to change this review. The employee I complained about doesnt seem to be working there anymore. The two people I run into often, the manager and guy with the beard are always very friendly, helpful and super nerdy.The store is now pretty fun to visit. Keep up the great work guys :D.

Called in earlier today with some questions. The first person who answered (a woman - dont know her name) put me on hold and never came back. I called again after 10 mins and got a guy on the phone (I think his name was Brad but not 100% positive) who was very polite and answered all my questions. The reason for 4 stars isnt entirely because of the 1st call experience but in part because Game Stop is becoming increasingly irrelevant. Games are delivered digitally now more than anything.

You can pre-order new games you can buy old systems you can buy a new systems and you could trade games and get cash or store credit for a good place to go to for family and kids that like to play video games

The female manager that works there has no idea what the company policy even is. Told me several times I cannot get gift cards with store credit when literally every single gamestop other than this one will allow me. Disrespectful employees who try and sell you 20 extra things and come across as rude and just want sales, not actually help you get what you want and be on your way. I have to sit there and say no to reserving 5-6 games before the cashier will even take my money.

Date Dec 16th 2015, about 12:30pmMy advice is to go elsewhere if youre not a very patient videogame guru. Very disrespectful staff to the point of being incompetent and unapproachable.The story:Went to buy Xbox package for my disabled cousin. Clerk pressed us to pay more and buy sony but Im not rich so spending twice as much on the PS3 wasnt feasible.Instead of abiding by my wishes, he continued to espouse the benefits of the PS3 and denouncing the xbox DIRECTLY to my cousin. This of course caused problems with my cousin and I which of course took time to resolve.Our lack of knowledge of the games seemed to annoy him as he was extremely condescending when asked about game types. Eventually we were actually afraid to ask him for advice.Finally, at least 4 times I requested an A/V jack cord and not the HDMI cord (used to connect the console to the TV). He ignored me when I asked him to double check it was correct before we left.Ultimately I had to spend 3hours dealing with this guy because he A) pushed a more expensive and attractive item B) gave us slow and insulting answers to questions and C) wouldnt double check the items we wanted were offered.I usually like Gamestop stores but I will never go back to this one. Its tough working for minimum wage but the clerk and store manager need to ensure a basic level of customer respect and service is given. It is apparent that this is not a priority to this clerk or store manager.

We were told last night that there would be a midnight release. So you know we get up there and wait till 7 after midnight. . . No release of a game like my brother was told. I have to wake up at 3am for work so I was a more than a little upset
