If I could give this place negative stars,I would. The staff members are ridiculously rude. Their service is trash. The way they make their customers wait and literally can never help. I came here asking to change my number/new line their response was “you need to call customer service. There’s some things that even need we can’t do”. I called customer service and they said to come into a store and it was as simple as getting a new sim. I come again to do a payment,their wait time is ridiculous. They have 3 people working and 2 customers yet can’t allow more to come inside nor give them service.

Came in for a replacement for my daughters watch and a customer service rep had sent to the store since it was under my warranty and he didn’t want to give me my replacement watch. I went ahead and contacted T-Mobile customer service let them know the situation and they called the store to see what was the reason and he was rude to her as well best believe this store will be hearing from me I’ll be in touch with the hire manager ! These employees need to be trained before they move up to a higher position! Oh and to top it off the employee that was helping me asked for my ID to check for the account I showed it to him and he has the audacity to ask me if that was really me like no my name is Jeff ! Haha

Bad costumer, no atención to costumer, services Kathleen, wendi, carol. I was there trying to make a change of number and they us do everything by phone with a t mobile costumer service. I went there to them for help and I end doing all. They never say please or thanks.. They were talking instead of helping the costumer.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

If this could be 0 stars it would! AVOID this store at all costs, otherwise you will be met by Junior Osuna’s nasty customer service, no empathy for customers and can’t even check in and let customer he will be with them in a second, just flat out ignoring anyone behind the customer he’s helping out, not to mention the other “reps” just standing around watching the line expand, I’m not sure how T-Mobile’s hiring process works but it needs to change soon before they loose all their customers with this horrible example of customer service.

Worst store ever!! Employees and Manager need more training. Manager is the worst sale man there . I was trying to change my iPhone 11 to a different color and he didn’t know anything. I had to do everything over the phone with a representative.I recommend if you have any questions or concerns. Contact T-Mobile representative over there phone. That the best service I had.

Customer service is simply terrible, I was left waiting an hour after my turn. Not to mention that the manager was playing profane music at an extremely loud volume. Afterwards we were told about a buy 1 get 1 free only to learn 2 months later that we have to pay whatever is over 1000 dollars, meaning the associate withhold the truth. They also added different features never agreed upon. Dont waste your time at this location.

I have honestly been coming to this T-Mobile for about 2 years i believe . I have been through every manager that has been here. Daniel was extremely nice but i felt like he didn’t know what he was doing, Daisy was so nice and Jocelyn was by far the worst one. I would come to pay my bill and i all i would hear was negative things about her from other customers. She actually did one of my phones that i got for my dad in February and she messed up and put it in the wrong number and no insurance. Luckily Leslie, the new manager was able to take care of it. All i hear is great things about her and i Can tell her staff adores her. It’s all new staffing i don’t see any familiar faces except a couple but i just don’t know their names.that says a lot, i think change is good. I promised leslie and Cindy a good review because they were honestly really great. They saved me the trouble of spending money on a brand new phone that i had just got. They took the time to take care of my needs and that speaks a lot to me. Thank you for hiring these great ladies.

7/2/20 The store closes at 9:00pm. I arrived at 8:38pm and they had already closed the store. Besides this minor inconvenience, staff here are very unprofessional and lack customer service knowledge/practice. I was only coming in to have someone switch my phone number btwUpdate: 7/23/2020Hi Leslie, thank you for following up 21 days later. On July 2nd when I posted the review regarding my experience, this location had the schedule posted on the door as well as on google stating it closed at 9PM. I also called before heading over to confirm store hours as I was aware business hours in general were varying due to COVID-19. There were employees inside they just decided to close a little earlier. Btw all I really needed help with, which I did myself that night, was to insert the chip in the new iPhone I had. Your comment stating the updated schedule now, definitely did not apply or had anything to do with my review then. Like I mentioned, besides that minor inconvenience, other times I’ve been to this location before the pandemic, I’ve had very poor customer service experience. The one star review was a review in general of my experiences at this specific location.

The worst place in the world Low customer service they do not help you for anything if something happens to the phone they write everything on the computer and then tell you to call the T-Mobile Corporation. They are easily to sell you a phone and make all these lies up just take your money if you have insurance on a phone and something happened to the phone which is a manufacturing problem it takes about 2 to 3 weeks for you to receive your phone they will not give you a phone from the store people get out of T-Mobile theyre a bunch of rip-off and they just want your money they dont care what happened to your phone as long as you pay their money theyre fine.

Worst customer service ever!!!! I only came here because my nearest T-Mobile store I usually go to didnt have the phone I wanted in stock The guy that attended me here was so rude! I bought an iPhone 7 plus full price! and was treated like a criminal he gave me so much attitude, and kept asking me if I had the money as if I was about to steal the phone!! However, The worst part was when I got home And found out my phone wasnt working!! I took it to my nearest T-Mobile store and they told me the guy didnt activate the phone and didnt even know how! he had to call him up and explain to him how to do his damn job step by step! My wife and I stopped in this store while we were in the old neighborhood. We were just gonna look at the new iPhones to see if she liked them and plan when we would upgrade her phone...Things didnt go as planned. Denise came over to assist us and talked too us about all the the apps and the camera. (My wife loves Instagram and photography) Long story short we picked out an iPhone 8 Plus and the latest iWatch connected. All for about 15$ more than we were paying now. Denise was absolutely the best at answering all my geek questions and even showed us some stuff on her own phone. This was not a high pressure sale just a conversation that ended up with us being sold on a new phone and watch....oh and we got some cool swag for Halloween too.

Very poor customer service. I purchased the Samsung S5 as soon as it came out in April. The phone I purchased was defective. I went back to the T-Mobile store in question, to exchange phone. During my first trip to the store, I was told they would not be able to exchange the phone because the Manager wasnt present. I returned the next day, and spoke with Ralph, the Manager. Ralph, agreed the phone was defective and approved the exchange; however, no S5 (white) phones were available at the time. I was asked to return two days later, which I did and still no phone was available. At this point, an employee photo copied my receipt in order to contact me when the phone became available. Two weeks have passed and I still have not been contacted in regards to the phone. When I call the store to ask if they have the phone in stock, Im first asked if Im upgrading? When I explain, the situation, Im told the phone remains out of stock. I called, pretending to be upgrading and surprisingly, the phone was in stock, if I were to be upgrading. VERY POOR SERVICE!

When into this store on 9-16-15 and got extremely bad service by one of the employees when i tried to explain to him about my bill and after i told him i would come back with the paperwork i needed he just walked away and didnt say have a nice day or anything. never coming into this store again ive been happy with tmobile for about 5 years until this incident. avoid this place if you can

I went here twice and both times were a awful. Customer service is horrible, theyre rude and uninformed of their own products. I wanted to buy a note 3 and a G2 I waited over an hour people camed and went I ask the girl who took my name on her list she didnt even know what was going on. Overall Im never going back they just blew over $1000 purchase way to go.

I went with my son to try to buy a phone and with the attitude of divos they feel more than the owners. I sent my son first because I was working the question and the first thing they told him his credit. And what did he want? But as I was about to arrive I wait watching and went outside to settle an employee came out to tell him that his earphones were lost and that they were connected to tracking and pointing to him. Here if they do their job very well, not like in Maywood, they pass themselves off as owners and that no one catches their attention, they are untouchable and they do what they want. Before opening in Maywood, I did everything here and I never had problems of any kind. But I live in Maywood and I wanted to be more comfortable and it was not like that. Bad service, bad attention, thats why I came back here and what a surprise, more than ten people online and I thought for at least two hours, but it is better than having a hard time again. mobile maywood and surprise fence a young woman goes to the line and asks what is the reason for her visit and to the clients who wanted to make a payment she charged us 10 minutes that if efficiency not like in t mobile maywood three people attending two clients including me and cadi an hour to make a payment, but that if they do not release the cell phone.
