Damaged vehicle while putting on lift for oil change and getting breaks checked. Then manager was rude. Witnessed by the mechanic next to the individual who did the damage. Called the corporate number and even had GM on record admitting the damage but saying it isnt that damaged. Told me to just go elsewhere. Then we find out that she leaked the oil all down the engine and didnt tighten the filter after she unscrewed it. Possibly more damage now. Had to get a rental as now car is in shop. Dont go here. I would list the 3 names of the individuals, but I think it is better to just avoid the business completely. Go elsewhere. Horrible customer service and obviously they dont know what they are doing and dont care about other peoples property.

I came for a alinement did not receive it instead they charged me 477.00 for shocks my noise is still there then drove it and said o its your back brakes when I cane because I had a noise when I braked. Never again and never go there!!!

I called a few days before I got my service when I got there they gave me wrong information on the phone. Wasted my time and drove all the way there for no reason. Manger was rude. Didn’t have barely any staff wait was like 10 minutes for someone to even come.

Everyone was friendly but I know a scam when I see one they were trying to charge me crazy prices I don’t know much about cars but it seem like everything on my car was wrong or making a problem I had appointment at 12 and didn’t leave until 3 and that closing time so I had to leave my car overnight and 300 dollars later my car wasn’t fixed but I went to another shop and they said I just needed my coils replaced and that was just 80$ so please watch yourself and learn more about your car because they will try to get you especially if your a young female/male or an older person.

Customer service was really poor and dismissive. Showed up for an afternoon appointment and they said they couldnt get me in and that Id have to come back the next day. They couldve called to let me know so I didnt leave work early to get to the appointment that they booked me at. They know how to take a reservation, they just dont know how to HOLD a reservation.

Had the left front tire blowout , yes they were open Christmas eve. Sam and Jim worked quickly to get me back on the road. Thank you!!! Its nice to deal with people that care.

I asked them how much it would cost to change (and rotate) two tires. The gentleman said $30. When it was said and done total was $58.76. Be precautios the man up in the front desk is misleading and dishonest.

Very nice and professional customer service. Workmanship is good, and work was done in a timely manner. I cannot say anything bad about the person to person interaction. With that being said, the actual components used by the company are cheaply manufactured and the warranty is an absolute joke. I continue to do business here based off of price and really good people running the immediate location.

Place is nice but they drastically over charged. Set an appointment to get my cats fixed was told the high side would cost 375 because I already had the parts. I said great Ill pay that. So we set a appointment for today at 10 to drop the car off for 4 hours of work. Got a call at 4pm stating that it would no longer cost 375 and because I need 2 o2 sensers and my bill was now almost 750 bucks. Mind you those o2 sensers at advance Auto auto zone orilleys and nappa all sell them for the same price. 80 for the uppers and 70 for the lowers. After I was told 375 on the high side. Then get told o well its a 50 50 chance they wont be good. When asked why they didnt tell me this out the gate they had no answer. so I went and picked my car up 6 hours after I dropped it off just for nothing to get fixed. What really makes me mad is they didnt even look at my truck for 5and a half hours before calling me.When I got the call I was expecting to pick my truck up and have it fixed and was told o we havent done anything to it yet. Why did it take over 5hours to call and tell me? and as professionals they should have told me about the sensers right away. I will never return and I will make sure I tell everyone I know and all my customer who come to my place of work and will advise them not to ever step foot in there. Thanks for nothing midas. Waste of my life. And before I forget even my diagnostic machine for my car says only one of the 4 02s are bad not 2. So not only over charging. But trying to replace things that dont need replacing. All around a awful experience.

I paid a small shop price at a big shop for rear brake pads and rotors.(2016 Ford Fusion) They gave me a ride to and from home. All the employees were very professional and knowledgeable. Ill definitely have them do any other work I need done.

Needed suspension work and exhaust work and they were very understanding and professional. Price was a little more than I thought but after they explained the quality of the parts used I was extremely satisfied and I now have a new shop that I bring all of my vehicles in to for work, they even do oil changes which I didn’t know they did.

I had my car towed to Midas after hours... They called me and gave me an estimate the next morning, and I was able to pick it up that day! Exactly the price they promised. I will keep taking my car here as long as they keep up this great service!

Very poor service. Gave me wrong price for oil change. Went for appt taking half day from work. Guy with beard was at counter. Wanted to overcharge me now. Says we will not honor the price. Went to Midas at Greenfield and they did at agreed price with a smile. Do not go by the reviews here. The last few months service quality and rude attitude is common. Be aware of this young beard guy. He makes funny jokes about women all the time.

I love that Midas always goes above and beyond for their customers, from the friendly greetings and warm atmosphere to the top notch service and honest hard work from good people. I went in today to have my rear tires put on and the technician was able to let me know my alternator needs to be replaced and even offered to do the work right away!! I cant thank Jeffrey, Ted, Brian and the other awesome technicians who helped get me and my little family back on the road today!!! You are all the best and Im so thankful I found a shop and mechanical engineers that I can trust!!!! I will certainly refer anyone with car troubles to the wonderful people at Midas!

Tried to set up a simple oil change with the front desk person - scheduled it at 2 pm, I come in and the guy tells me I scheduled it for 4 pm. Ive been here several times before and they usually take my appointments at the time I set them, within 20 or so minutes. But perhaps have someone working the counter who isnt hard of hearing and can admit their mistakes?

I didn’t give them one star because their mechanics are good, but the guy at the desk (who I think is Jeffrey) absolutely sucks at his job, I was supposed to get a call back about a part for my car on Monday and I never got a call. I call them Tuesday only to be told I’ll get a call back the next day, the next day comes and I get no call. So I call them at the end of that day, and yet again I get asked if they can call me back tomorrow. It is now the end of that day that I was supposed to get that call back, and I have gotten no call back. Needless to say I am done with this place, and I would recommend going elsewhere for your car care needs.

Love midas but not this franchise location told own a northwest location? I had my brakes done a year and a half ago. When i bought back extra charges in affect hidden ! So bought a new 🚗 needed front brakes quoted 440. But jim said he would call with a quote it was 580. Above dealer price with below market parts. But time was of the essence .when p u .Was told 640.! Met the owner and his new Jim ! They blew a past and future client because dis honest shame taking the Midas name down they flip me off upon existing .

This place is great. I went to a different Midas and they told me I needed work done to my car and this Midas says I am good. I will always come back to this one in Cudahy.

Ive been here twice. Once to get my tires /wheels checked on my VW and once to get new tires mounted on the Honda. Both visits were great. Cars came back clean both times. Other shops have left gunk on the wheel / shifter /handles. Thank you for the good quality work.

I requested a quote online for a new exsust system for my car. I was sent a $0 for the work. I replied and stated that is not a quote please give me a range from high to low. I was sent an email that stated $0 - $0. Needless to say I did not get the work done there.

I’ve gone to Midas in the past and my family has, but we never will again and Im going to make sure people know of the experience. Called on the weekend (3 weeks ago) to get an oil change on the weekday. Left my car in overnight to get it done in the morning while I was at work. Got a call at work saying they didnt know why my car was there, so after I called and told them about the booked appointment I made they did a quick rush job once I got off the phone and got there after work. There were various things still wrong after that werent done and the response I continually got was they do only a visual check over even though their website makes it seem like various things are included for an actual check over. So my brakes slightly started to squeal the day of my appointment. Figured if something was wrong theyd tell me. You can visually see that they were getting low (didnt know till I researched) on top of the noise, and I still wasn’t told that I needed to replace them. Noise went away for a week so I didnt think much of it. Noise came back 2 weeks ago, but instead a grinding noise. Funny, if they told me I needed my brakes fixed I wouldve gotten them done there. Im not a mechanic but its not rocket science to know that squealing noise isnt normal to the point I actually booked an appointment for a dealership this weekend due to 2 weekends Id be gone out of town. .SURPRISE SURPRISE!! MY BRAKE PAD FELL OUT OF MY CAR TODAY AS I WAS DRIVING IT BECAUSE THEY ONLY DO VISUAL CHECK OVERS. Was supposed to be on the highway at the time that happened but luckily I had to make an out of way stop before getting on. Now instead of just pads I have to replace the rotors from the extreme damage caused from the grinding and I lost a day of work because it wasnt safe for me to drive my car, so more money I have to spend due to their negligence. NEVER WILL MY FAMILY AND I GO BACK AND RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO CHECK ELSE ELSE THERES ALWAYS MORE EXCUSES!!!!!!!!

I came into this particular location with concerns regarding my front end suspension. I was told that there would be a $39.99 charge for the inspection by the technician. The technician took my truck out on a road test. He came back in, perform some further inspection inside the shop. Then called me in. I was told that I needed the upper control arms on both sides as well as the lower ball joints on both sides. I was also told that I needed to replace my shock absorber on the drivers side. I was quoted a price of $2,719.45 (estimate number # 1054520) to everything completed. (That price did not include the alignment that would be required after the work is done) of course I was shocked. But I believe that I needed the work performed. I would return that Monday in order to have the work started. Before returning to the Cudahy Midas location,I decide to go to 2 other shops. One is Midas on Port Washington road,(whos inspection was free by the way) and the other is, Firestone. Both gave me a written estimate, without prior knowledge of my experience with the Cudahy Location. I was told by both shops that I did need the shock absorber for the drivers side, and I needed the inner tie rods. I did not need upper control arms or lower ball joints. I ended up going with the Midas shop on Port Washington Road in Glendale Wisconsin. Which the job cost me $560. Wow what a difference! (I have written proof of the above statement.) I would recommend before you patronized this particular location, that you shop around. I could have purchased unnecessary parts and paid for outrageous labor cost. And again I have proof, I will try to take pictures of all three estimates and receipt for the work done and attached with this review. Hopefully Im able to do that. By the way, since having the work done at the Port Washington Midas location, my truck drives A-1. So glad I did not use this particular location.

The servicenter people are great, but it took an hour and 15 min for an oil change. And to top it off the wording on the coupons dont match the oil you get! So pretty much you get tricked into buying more than you were expecting.

Had my tires put on and balance they over tighten my center caps while driving lost all my center caps And said; they wont replace it cause I left with 4 of them.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the second time Ive come in to get a simple oil changed and they denied me. Absolutely ridiculous and RUDE. Never returning. Never knew I had to make an appointment to get a SIMPLE and QUICK oil change done.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Had my brakes done in May 2014, in October 2014 I was at Tires Plus getting new tires when the mechanic there discovered ALL FIVE of my right rear tire studs were stretched out, and when they went to put the lug nuts back on, one of the studs BROKE OFF! Apparently when Midas put my rear tire back on after the brake job in May, the lug nuts were over-torqued. During the next 5 months that the damage was done, THANK GOD that the studs didnt break off while driving!!! It costs me FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS to get the hub assembly replaced, along with 5 new lug nuts, BEFORE the car was even drivable again.I called and spoke to the Cudahy Midas manager, they refused to take responsibility, so I contacted Midas Corp and filed a claim....of course that was just as useless, they tried to intervene, yet in the end they couldnt do anything...surprise! Some BS about it being past 90 days, um I wasnt claiming the brakes were faulty, just the labor who damaged my vehicle! AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

Asked if i could have work done; kept telling me to wait and that i didnt need an appointment. Tried for 3 days and when i went back on the 3rd day like i was told to i got told to come back the next day again because they were too busy. I said if that was the car then why didnt you let me book an appointment a few days ago like Id asked in the first place. I called Monroe down the street and had my problem fixed a few days later! Terrible customer service!
