Came in for a check engine light and was told that it should be covered by warranty from manufacturer, and that they could do it for a price, but itd most likely be free from manufacturer. Good men being honest. Will come back with whatever business I need done, honest people who are looking after you, and not to screw you over. 10/10 service, fast, honest. Hard to find nowadays.

I took my car here for tire install and was informed about a wheel bearing needing to be replaced. I had them fix it and that fixed my 4 wheel drive issue. Was beyond happy with their service.

Called this place several times 10/4/21 between 6pm and 6:30pm. The guy hung up. So I arrive at the location around 6:20pm to ask about tire prices and was told that he (black guy)couldn’t look anything up because they close in 10 minutes. Why hAve the doors open then? Music playing loud in the back. Very rude service. That type of treatment is expected on the north side of milwaukee but not in this area. Take that attitude to the north side buddy!

I have been pleased with the service with Monro at this location. Ben is a really nice guy who is honest and answers all my questions. I will continue to take my car there.( I have not always been pleased with the service at other Monro locations but I have at this one on Packard Ave in Cudahy.)

I’ve called three times now To simply get a tire mounted and balanced and apparently the employees at this establishment do not know their prices because every time I’ve been told to call back in 10 minutes call back in 20 minutes because the manager went to the parts store. How are you going to run an establishment when your employees don’t even know your prices

Monroe Auto has been with me now through two of my cars. They helped me in maintaing my first car which was definitely older and needed lots of work, And now theyre helping me maintain and increase the lifespan of my current new car. The manager Ben is outstanding. He gives you all the options you have, along with prices right up front. He and his workers provide some of the best service this side of Milwaukee. I cant recommend them enough and well be returning to them in the foreseeable future for just about anything.

My first time here was for an oil change a couple years ago. He was so nice and handled a rude customer with such kindness and grace that I decided I was going to come back here for all other car issues. Then when I paid and it was half the price of other places, I knew I had found my guy. Well, I was back again today for other issues, (my fourth time here other than oil changes) and I am ashamed to say I havent written a review before. This place is great, the honesty is so overwhelmingly appreciated and his pricing is beyond fair. I highly highly recommend everyone to this place for your car issues! Got a screw in my tire and the tire was going flat fast. It was almost 5:30 and most places were closed. I was having a mini panic attack; as I didnt want to wake up to a total flat tire. Found Monro on google and called them up. They said I could come in right away! (Thank god) Once I got there, I was in and out in 15 minutes and my tired was fixed! They were so nice, so fast, and so helpful!!! They turned my stressful, scary situation into a positive. Turned my whole night around. Thank you!!!!!

I came in and made an appointment for a headlight that was out. They took a look at it, swapped the fuse with one that wasnt burnt out and didnt even charge. Theyre honestly really nice and didnt mind not charging me at all. A few months ago at a different location I had an issue with a rack and pinion and they did the whole job only charging for the one part to be fixed at full price and everything else was replaced for free and charged labor on the whole job. I think thats enough said!

The manager Ben is an awesome gentleman! I called on Saturday about a concern with my car. Got me in on Monday and took my car in right away. He correctly diagnosed the problem within seconds of hearing it and got me on my way.

This particular location is especially well ran. Ben is fantastic! Straightforward hassle free experience every time. I highly recommend the Packard Avenue location.

I went here for awhile because it is very affordable. Lowest price I could find for oil changes. I decided to not come here anymore because the last time I brought my car in, I think they didnt rotate my tires even though it is included in the oil change. I am missing a rim on a tire, so that is how I know. It was in the same place after the oil change. Also, I brought my car in for an alignment and it was off a week later. I found out my sway bar, cv joint, and control arm would have to be replaced. These things could have broke after the fact, but I think this might of been a reason why they should not have given my car an alignment. I cant prove when any of this stuff actually broke, so I cant prove that they gave me an alignment when they shouldnt have. This is a good place to have tires patched though

Called very early on a Saturday morning before the Packer game and he got me in an hour later and fixed my tire. Removed the screw and took care of it no problem. Was very happy with how long it took for being a very busy Saturday morning. Really appreciate the guy handling and obviously busy morning. Would definitely recommend this place for anybody in a quick pinch

My Sister Car Broke down right by Cudahy, McDonalds! She took it to Monro! Ben and Eddie,did a great job fixing her car on a Friday night! They charged me for exchanging coolant and didnt even put any in after taking it out. I found out a day later once my car started flashing warning lights on the dash. Also one of the works left myvcar in drive and turned off my car. How did he forget to put it in park?

Store manager was nice but the place seemed to be in chaos.... Appt was for 2 and I didnt leave till a half hour after closing time. The wheel balancer caught on fire and they took their time taking the tires for cars on lifts to another location and back... so my car which was on the lift in the first bay was lifted incorrectly with the points the whole time. Now my car looked damaged on the bottom. The clerk also selected tires for me based on what he felt my car needed. Not what I wanted. Never again.

Made an appointment online on Monday for a wheel alignment. I showed up for my appointment on time and it would of been 2 hours before my vehicle had the alignment done. They were more worried about the walk-in that wanted a oil change and a wheel alignment as well. So, I rescheduled for Wednesday.I showed up 15 minutes before the appointment only to be told that there is no one to do the alignment . So I wasted a trip out there and nobody could of called to say Hey sorry, we are unable to complete the work on your vehicle today. Why do you have people phone numbers again and the option to schedule a appointment again when it does not mean anything?And top of that, the parking lot has snow and ice on it. I didnt see a spec of salt anywhere. That there just tells me that this place will hire anybody that can breathe.Lost a customer here, Ill be utilizing the Mom and Pop shops that are more personable.

I’ve recently moved into the area and brought my Honda here twice now and each time I’ve been serviced, Ben always gets me in fast and the work is done fast! He always gives me the best deals and explains everything to me in detail. Being a woman, I’ve always felt taken advantage of at times because of my gender, when taking my car in and I never feel that way here. I’m so happy finally to have found a place that I feel I am treated with respect, a place that I know my car is being serviced properly, promptly and I’m not being scammed into over paying for lack of knowledge. I will be referring all my friends and family here going forward.

I had a flat tire and needed it fixed as soon as possible. I was looking every where on a Saturday morning trying to find someone to fix it because I knew it was just a patch job, but everyone was going to have me wait at least 3-5 hours. I called this place and spoke to Ben and he had me bring my car in and had it fixed and ready to go in 30 minutes! Went up there to get a tire balanced and a gentleman named Ben, took care of me. This guys was awesome and very professional and went above of what was asked! I recommend seeing him!

A +service and A + business!The whole thing started by finding out we had a flat about 6: 30 in the evening. By the time I had the tire off I called Monro Muffler about 20 minutes prior to them closing.After explaining the tough spot I was in, the man on the other line said no worries bring it in and well take a look at it. So thats what I did.By the time Monro Muffler had finished repairing my tire and giving it a good look over, it was well past their closing time. And even though it was well past their closing time the mechanic was still just as courteous as when I first spoke to him over the phone.I have been in one other similar situation to this one, and at that establishment *cough* (Walmart) I was asked to come back the next day because theyre mechanics were more concerned about going home.Monro Muffler cares about customer satisfaction and I will definitely go there for future car repairs!Not to mention my wheel needed more work than originally thought and they did not up charge me for it!They are a very honest and fair shop! One more A+ / 5 star rating for good measure!Thanks again Monro!

Yesterday was my second visit to this location and I am so impressed by their professionalism and personal care that I will use this place going forward for my auto care services. And very important to me as a driver is that their work is dependable.

I have a long work commute and discovered my tire was leaking air. I needed my tire fixed that night or I’d have a flat the next morning -and no way to get to work. I was relieved to find Monro was open later than most other auto shops. Despite it being close to close, and having other cars to work on, after a short wait my tire was patched (turns out it had a nail it in). Overall Excellent customer service! And I’m grateful for their later hours.

Was looking at purchasing a car. They have the most reasonable price for an inspection. Should I need any work on the car, they will discount the inspection cost. They went above and beyond, showing me detailed work that had been done on the car, ultimately helping me make the decision. These guys were professional and thorough. Highly recommend!

Wow! I was a little skeptical at first going here but they sure blew my expectations out of the water. Monro Auto service and tire had the best customer service, were extremely fast, and did everything that was needed. I went to Monro for a new tire and was able to make an appointment only an hour in advance at 5pm. I think I was out of there with a new tire in 20 minutes. I could not be happier with the service I received!

Went to the shop with my daughter, she had tire constantly loosing air. Mechanic noticed wheel was bent. He worked on it 15 minutes pounding wheel back into shape. Fixed the slow air leak. Didnt even charge us. Great service! Nice people!!!

I have been experiencing squeaky brakes sporadically. The assistant manager, Derrick, was very helpful and provided polite service. Willie seems to be knowledgeable and explained the problem throughly. They estimated the wait time to be an hour. It was completed within that time frame. Easy scheduling and convenient hours in the evenings. Would definitely recommend this place.

Ive been here multiple times with 3 different vehicles, and always get excellent service. Ben and his team do a fantastic job, more than just what I ask. They try to figure out the problem, not just change one part, and always try to help me find the simplest and least expensive solution.

Came in the other day because my car felt like it was dying down didn’t know what was wrong I thought it would be something with my motor and would need to buy a whole new car turns out my exhaust was backed up and my car wasnt getting the power it should of been, so all I needed was a new exhaust! The manager did it himself because I had work soon and his mechanic was busy on another car. GREAT PEOPLE! Affordable prices. Definitely coming back to this shop! 10/10

I just made an appointment with them for later this week for new tires, and the gentleman was so helpful. He was the only one at the desk to answer the phone, and he was very apologetic at having to put me on hold to answer another call, which didnt bother me at all. Ive called a few other places to get new tires, and this place was by far the most pleasant and had the best prices.I moved to Milwaukee from Ohio, so I was thinking I would need snow tires. No one seemed to have snow tires for my vehicle, so the other places offered me four all-season tires for upwards of $600. Munro offered me the same four all-season tires for less than $400. The gentleman seemed so honest and sincere over the phone and assured me (in a non-salesman-like fashion) that the all-season tires will be okay for the winter. I will post another update after my appointment. So far, so good.

Called Monro earlier this afternoon about getting my tire looked at due to a nail being in it! After calling a few other places & being told Id have to wait till Monday. I spoke with Ben & was told to bring it in at 5. Luckily my tire was fixable & done in less than 30 mins. Thank you Ben for fast & great customer service! I highly recommend Monro to others.

I recently called this location on how much itll cost to place 4 tires on my Nissan..Eariler before the phone call, I was quoted at one location in the area 4 Mid Grade Firestone Tires( 106.00 per tire ) Will Run Me almost 475.00 after tax...I received 3 quotes from this location460.00 for the lowest grade tires..650.00 for mid grade tires..and 740.00 for high end tires..even though the lowest of the grade tires may cost around 60.00..I dont see paying 90% of the bill in assembly and labor..to equal out to the 460.00 they just quoted me..

Excellent customer service! We contacted them about a tire they repaired for us having gone flat again the next day. They sent someone to our home almost immediately to resolve the issue and were very apologetic about what happened. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they owned up to the responsibility and how kind they were to us during the entire process. Even with the issue we had I would definitely return to this shop!

Monro Auto in Cudahy has the best friendly service in the area. I was able to call them with the proble my vehicle had and they were able to get me in and back on the road with in 1 hour. They have to best prices around and really seem to want to help you, instead of just interested in making $$ off me. I was not pressured into getting more work done than what I wanted done or what I could afford to get done.This will be where I take my vehicle(s) from now on and made plans to visit again very soon. Check them out or give them a call before you call the other surrounding auto shops, you won’t be sorry.

Came in today to have my exhaust looked at after falling off on the highway today I called Monro and was able to bring it right away. The guy got it inspected for me and quoted me a really fair price. Got it done within a hour and back on the road before my kids got out of school. I really liked the service and will be back with any future issues.
