This place is wonderful. Don has been more than helpful showing me around and he also informed me when our unit was not completely latched one day. So I know they keep good eyes on things and have a good camera system. Safe and secure which gives you a great piece of mind. Can’t ask for anything else when storing your valuables. Highly recommend.

The unit was always secure and dry. There was easy accessibility even during the times when the snow was deep. It was a facility where we had no worries. In the future we may be buying a camping trailer and plan to store it at this facility.

I have rented from them twice and if I need them again I would definitely go to them again!!! Tori and Don have gone way above helping me and their kindness is insurmountable! Whenever I needed help Don was note than happy to help me! Always happy and I will miss them! I have a small animal rescue and Tori has donated so much to me ! Her kindness and empathy for my animals was so appreciated and unexpected!!! I will miss our conversations and I consider you both as friends. Thank you for all you did for me and my animals. I recommend this facility it is clean and safe. You tell them a light is out and Don is out right away with his ladder before I’d leave! I needed a place to store my things and I found this little gem in Crystal Lake! The staff was so helpful not to mention I was blown away with the cost of the units at this location. I did check around and the prices of these units are unbelievably low. What a great bang for your buck!!! The units are very spacious and away from the elements of weather!! That was also important to me. So I found everything I here to help me out when I needed it!! Special shout out to Torre!! She helped me with everything, polite and professional.

I had all sorts of problems finding a large size storage unit for a reasonable price as my deadline to secure a unit was coming to a close. That was until I called CubeSmart in Crystal Lake. I spoke to Tori who went the extra mile to help me. She assured me that she had the size unit I was looking for and was willing to hold it for me. The price was better then any of the others I had checked and the unit itself was really well built, and the security looked good. What really impressed me though was Tori. Her professionalism and willingness to help accommodate my situation was above and beyond anything I had experienced with all the other companies I had contacted.If you want to deal with someone who cares and a reasonable storage company, I recommend CubeSmart in Crystal Lake.

Rented a space out here for about 6 months. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I did get my rent raised once while here and received a letter warning me of the increase. When I was going to be leaving it was a simple phone call.They didnt try to convince me to stay or give me a hard time. When I emptied my unit they gave it a quick inspection and thanked me for my business.

This is an excellent storage facility. The prices are very affordable and worth paying with the customer service, cleanliness, security and access that you get at Cubesmart! Have stored here for over a year and just upgraded to a bigger unit. Tori made the transition smooth and easy. She is very friendly and provides excellent customer service. The facility and units are very clean and well-kept. Definitely sticking with them long-term.

Rental prices constantly increase. No carts for renters.

Ive never used to storage facility before this is my first time but I will say customer service is top-notch. Both managers are superb with customer service. I had my lock brake and they help me fix it free of charge. The nice gentleman working there has even helped me lift things and my storage unit which is not part of their job. They are always attentive and kind. I couldnt say enough kind things about the people who work here and the storage unit was clean. I was in a tight situation and they even let me squeeze in my unit 2 weeks early!

Clean and secure was our priority and this Cubesmart fit the bill. Tori even called us when our RV cover started to come off after a windy winter weekend. She told me she could see it from her kitchen window! Now that is someone watching out for you and yours. Highly recommended.

I had a storage unit here for almost 2 1/2 years. I couldnt be happier. Tori is one of the nicest people to deal with. Ive had to get my gate code multiple times because Im an idiot, have had to ask her to cut my lock, missed payments due to debit card being frauded etc. Every issue the folks here make you feel welcome and are always helpful! Good prices, clean location, secure, and 24/7 cameras. If I ever need a storage unit again I would not hesistate to call Cubesmart!

Didnt know what to expect walking into the office. This was the first storage facility that we tried and went in on it after the woman helping did a wonderful job explaining how everything worked and even got the first month fo free!

Tori, very friendly, helped make a condensing project much easier for me and listened to customer needs.

Friendly service, very competitive pricing, and I was able to get a month for free! Unit is not temp controlled per se, but felt around 70 degrees on a day when it was 88 outside, so the building itself provides plenty of insulation.
