Not happy with the result of ordering Anderson windows thru this business. Ordered windows nearly a year ago for the house build, windows/doors came back incorrectly and now we are waiting on back order for the correct colors. Salesman, not responsive to customer query and stated, he would need to check with our builder. Never got back to us on a status. Thats a lot of money tied up for a year and no products, no calls and no satisfaction. Dont need excuses, need results.

Expensive, dont wear masks and they dont honor Ace rewards card! Not friendly or helpful.

Really good service. And very helpful. Went to wholesale and supply 1st and the just said no one in town could have what in needed because it was for a double wide. I needed the guts for the shower fauset. The man actually walked away from me. That is my 1st and last time there. But thanks to ACE I got what I needed.

Geesh.........I am a pretty peaceful guy..........a recent transplant from New England who couldnt be happier with all the folks of TN. My contractor sent me down there to pick out a cheap door for a relatively unimportant project. He had informed me to check out their doors in this separate section. .........thats where the good deals are. I walked in the quiet store and asked a woman working there. Sorry to bother you but could you tell me where the windows are? She told me and I chose a door and had it marked for later pickup by my contractor. Come to find out I wasnt even in the good deal section and my choice was not correct. I am starting to fume just writing this so I going to make the following brief. She could of said sir..we have two sections ..so forth and so on. The fellow that did help me at the wrong section dragged around like he just lost his best friend while a man of more importance judging from his dress ,just watched me stand at the counter while talking to someone else. I have a feelin this is a place for the good ol boys. I will try again when the need arises, and give them the benefit of the doubt but my review stands. Its not election day yet so its still a free country to speak your mind.
