Honestly Staples is completely underrated. I came here for a gaming chair, and left with a beautiful mesh office chair way nicer than any gaming chair I previously looked at online, even got this chair for $100 off on a special. My dude Tim helped me out with all of my questions and let me know about the 3 year protection plan they offer for $19 and it covers rips and stains.... overall I feel extremely satisfied with how knowledgeable the staff was and the quality of this amazing chair, Staples has good quality stuff for a fair price with knowledgeable staff. 10/10.Special thanks Tim for helping me out bro.

Went to the store yesterday purchased an organizer spent over $20 on it it’s on my receipt called the store to let them know that I did not have it in my possession, the person told me that they couldn’t help me because there wasn’t a note left on the organizer that I purchased. I also filled out a survey that was supposed to go to corporate but apparently instead goes directly to the store, somebody called me and said well you know you’re just out of luck because we don’t have it here and there wasn’t a note left so basically I’m out the 20 some dollars I spent on it. Let me also add that I spent almost 400$ at this store. Do not go here don’t waste your time or money. I am in contact with corporate already so let’s hope they do better then the store people.

I go to this location every couple of weeks for work and usually the service is amazing. I came in today just to drop off a package and the lady at the printing counter snapped at me over where it should go. I did put it in the wrong bin, but that is no excuse for the attitude.

We had to print and then fax some documents. We (my husband and I) had absolutely no clue what we were doing. At the counter was a women named Kathie and she was VERY helpful and kind. She had to take her lunch brake and the supervisor promptly came and helped us finish. They were very kind and professional. I highly recommend using this store to everyone. Overall we were happy, also impressed with how good they are with their customers.

After being on hold for almost 15 min and then finding out that the person who fixes computers wouldnt be in for another 2 hours and the lady that answered the phone didnt care that I took my business elsewhere...I went elsewhere! I was going to check out their computers while I was in there ....I took my business elsewhere!!

We accidentally sent a UPS envelope to the wrong address. We realized our error prior to it being sent back to Staples, but trying to get it rerouted to the correct address through UPS was a horrible ordeal. Angelina at the Crossville Staples store was amazing in helping us get it done. She made several calls, called us back each time to report her progress, then persisted with UPS until it was done - all with no benefit to her or the Crossville store, but simply because it was the right thing to do. Thanks, Angelina!! Youve restored my faith in the meaning of customer service.

Schedule some extra time when shopping or having a print job done. If you shop for five minutes, or your job is five minutes it will take 20 minutes for them to ring you up.

Staples Crossville has at least two mask Nazis in their store. I went there to ship two packages and the service lady required me to put on my mask. When I saw her waiting on a woman without a mask afterwards I asked her why she required me to wear a mask. She said it is posted on the door. I told her that the Governor said no one can be required to wear a mask. Then a lady in line started chiming in so I chimed back at her. Then a guy (Jerry I think) said he was the manager and that I had to leave the store. I only wanted to know why they required me to wear a mask. Very poor public relations from Staples. I spent $44.00 to ship two packages and I was asked to leave the store because I asked why they were arbitrarily enforcing an illegal mask policy. Staples Crossville has permanently lost my business due to two poor employees. Staples Crossville is Woke.

Staples needs to fix their partnership with UPS- I needed to return 2 packages from Amazon. Amazon gave me a QR code to show to my UPS drop off location for THEM to print off and send... Staples has some kind of policy where they cannot print the QR codes for the label?! So now I must contact Amazon or each seller to see if they will send me labels since Staples cannot scan and print them for me. What a great printing/UPS drop off place. 😊😊😊😊

Went in for copies, but they will not make them for you unless you get a ticket and give them your phone number. Last thing I need is more robo calls. So they made me use self-service machine. First set of copies were blank because I dont know what I am doing, so I had to pay double. Could not be more angry. Just say NO to Staples!

Had to receive a fax (I know, what is this, 1985?), so I called and verified that they could do that. They agreed so I had the fax sent. When I arrived I had to wait about 20 minutes to be helped (and only got help then because I found a manager), despite several associates wandering around with nothing to do. Come to find out, their fax machine doesnt even work, why couldnt they have told me that when I called and saved me a trip, not to mention having to have it faxed to another number and drive somewhere else!

My parents wanted me to help them buy a computer. The desktop selection wasn’t extensive but OK. The salesperson pushed their service plan pretty heavily. But he was really especially nice to my elderly parents.

I believe in supporting local stores however they do not run my household or pay my bills. Why should I pay $30 dollars more for a particular bookshelf there when I can buy it on Amazon. Thats the freedom of the marketplace and I really do not feel bad. As far as advice? Youve got to be kidding. Opinions are like noses everyone has one. Become a savvy online researcher and obtain hundreds of opinions. Staples is good for an emergency purchase during the day and if they are closed deal with it or find a Super Wally Mart .

Tried using the print service today, like I do normally. But today nothing works apparently. The girl behind the counter doesnt even ask if you need help. Then over another mans issue , a manager comes over.. with attitude and cant help myself and 3 others, with anything. Even a guy with documents on a USB couldnt print anything. Never get an email back with a code to utilize self kiosk which you are forced to use. Numerous attempts. My phone call to customer service, suggested I call the president of something or another. Why?Myself and others just wanted to pay money to utilize their services. No explanation, no help, no nothing. Drove 20 miles to get there too. Just wow.

Went today to buy a high dollar item. Saw one employee on the floor, waited for him to help customer. No acknowledgement. Another employee walked right past us and DIDNT ACKNOWLEDGE us, then 1st employee who saw us WAITING for some SERVICE, helped another customer who had just walked in the store. A I INVISIBLE!!!! NO WONDER YOUR COMPANY IS ABOUT TO GO UNDER!!!!

As a local business owner, we use Staples a lot! Always great service and the associates ask if I need help finding something(which is a pleasure bc it’s not that way other places) Pam Brickle is so friendly, helpful and efficient, it is definitely a good experience to go into staples and do business with someone that values their workplace the way she does.

This place is a joke, the old man at the copy/ups desk sent me to the copy machine to copy everything myself. He also told me I could print labels for my returns that ups is picking up.....WRONG! It printed the email but not labels. Then I stood at counter while he and a girl were back by the computer doing something. She stepped behind computer so that she wouldnt have to help. I will drive to Harriman next time.

I purchased a shredder at staples on 19 Sept and it quit working by 23 October. Staples would not give me any money back because their electronics are only warranteed for less than 30 days. But their manual says they will warrant the original purchaser for a year. I now have to write or call them, and for ceratin they are counting on me being too busy to do that,. DO NOT BUY staples shredder that is less than $40. It is junk. I left mine in the store..... the clerk was surprised, and I said why, it does not work.
