Joe Cox, the owner, promptly responded to my request for repair assistance on my desktop computer. He came to my home within a few hours of my call, listened to my issue with the computer, and was immediately able to diagnose the problem. He voluntarily provided me with several options as well as advising me on the most cost effective solution. His professionalism, courtesy, and technical knowledge were most impressive. COMPUTER HELP WITH CARINGPC Medic rescued me when we returned home from a two week vacation and found my computer “locked up”. I called them right after the Christmas holidays and got an immediate appointment. After talking the PC to their shop, in a short time later they called and explained the problem, how they would fix it and when it could be picked up. When I picked it up they explained and operated the PC to make sure I was satisfied. Once home, they had me call in confirm my printers still worked.
