Collin’s the man, I drove 6hrs away to trade in my Raptor on a GT350R, by far the smoothest buying process I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. In and out within an hour. No shady dealership business and straight to the point. Wish more dealers would take note. Will be back for sure!

Kevin was great the whole way through. He called me and stayed in good communication throughout. He never proceeded to do anything without my consent, and when I told him no to work until I did further research, he never questioned it. They were patient with me and willing to allow me the time to investigate my options more, as well as, allowed me to seek insurance adjustments where plausible. Kevin got with his manager and he went even a step further in lending some amazing assistance. I really have appreciated the service this place had to offer. Public Service & Military friendly. Turner Hassler is an exceptional salesman!! I found the used truck I wanted and because I didn’t want cloth seats, he set me up to have leather put in. No hassles, just drop the truck off and pick up the rental. He also put the weather tech mats in for me before I picked the truck back up. The result is amazing! Thank you Turner!

Went in around closing and knew what I wanted and what I could afford met with an Austin Dent and he made it happen. Let me drive it home and took it back for an excellent detail job. It was absolutely the best experience at a dealership I’ve had in years. Such a comfortable experience for me and my family. Made time for ME10/07 I was traveling from NC to Murfreesboro to see my Daughter. 2012 Expedition, my drivers window was stuck down. Pulled into svc. bay at 430pm. George was my svc. writer. The parts dept. didnt have my parts, but George out sourced them from other parts stores and got me on the road by 730 pm. Its working fine. Good job yall, and thanks for making time for ME.

They stole many things out of my car, when it was there to get fixed, including a $200 skateboard, my crystal steering wheel cover, and even my charms off my rear view mirror. Kind of ridiculous. weather they stole it or someone broke in that leaves them responsible as my car was on THEIR property. When my mom and i confronted them about it, they acted completely clueless and rude.

Would have given a zero if possible. They installed a turbo everything was fine until we got home the service engine light came on. took it back to the shop to see if what was wrong they said it could be it was installed backwards or would need to be replaced. The new turbo needs replacing but Napa has to approve Warranty for the the new turbo this turbo isless then 48 hrs old. instead of having good customer service and just getting a new turbo for now, and figure out the warranty issue on their own time. We had to wait close to two weeks, finally got a 2nd new turbo.they received the part Monday 8/17 the turbo is still not on the truck as of 8/19 have not done any work on the truck what so ever. extremely horrible customer service, and even more atrocious communication, It should not be this hard to replace the turbo on a ford excursion diesel. my recommendation take your truck to a professional diesel mechanic with better customer service, because you wont get either at East Tennessee Ford.

We went to East TN Ford based on a recommendation from some friends of ours who have done business there before a few times. Our experience was as painless as possible. I traded in my current truck and purchased a new one. The trade in offer was fair/what we asked for. Our salesman was Collin Abston whom I highly recommend! Please do not buy a car here or take it to get worked on. First, off the service manager, Wayne, got in my face, nose to nose. Second, they dont got qualified techs to service your car. My wife has had an electrical issue since 8k miles on her car. They refuse to fix it. They said they cant find nothing. We took a video of it doing it cutting off the dash lights they said so we cant fix it offavideo. I understand that but its proof it is messing up on her.

Went there to have my truck fixed. Got it back with my back up camera not working, A/C control box flopping around grease stains on my center console and dash info screen not working. Immediately went back to have all that fixed.2 days later the brand new dash cluster they installed went out and the truck dies. Had to tow it back they did not fix the problem, messed the truck up more.Worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Should have saved time, money and went to Shaddens like a sane person should.DO NOT RECOMMEND, STAY AWAY

I brought my car in for a faulty blind spot sensor. I had a 8:30 appointment and dropped it off. When I didnt hear form the dealer by 2 PM I called to find out the status of the repairs. I was told they couldnt find out what was causing the problem but they were working on it. I called back the next morning to find out no repairs had been made so I just picked it up. I would give no stars if I could. Worst service department I have ever dealt with in 40 years.

I will start by saying I am not an easy customer to please by no means! I came with my eyes set on one vehicle. Turner went above and beyond to help me out, got the vehicle brought to me from another county quickly. Once it arrived I HATED it. Turner didn’t get upset at all. He instead walked around numerous times with me, went on MANY test drives and never complained one bit. He even dealt with all my children I had with me. He is OUTSTANDING! We just purchased a 2010 Fusion for my husbands 17 year old granddaughter. Our sales rep was so helpful! My husband has a bad back & I just had double mastectomy. Traveling to Knoxville to car hunt would be hard on us. Explained to Turner Hassler what we were looking for. Trying to buy for a 17 year old girl can be DIFFICULT! Bought a used 2019 Expedition Max and the dealership did not inspect it before selling it. Had to take it back 2 days later due to the Cam Phaser. Was told once parts were ordered that it would take 2 days to fix it. As of now I still havent gotten it back and we are going on a week now. Issue could have been fixed before the purchase if it would have went through an inspection like theyre all supposed too. Very distrustful. Worst car buying experience that Ive ever had and Ive bought several vehicles new & used over my life.

I told the guy what I was looking for price range wise and then he shows me vehicles 10 and 15,000 above my price range. Kyle has been great thus far tho. I will stick with using him in the future.

Scheduled an appointment four days in advance to go over tire sensors emergency brake and change out a tire do to somebody hitting my truck. I drop my truck off at 7:30 in the morning on Friday I get a phone call at 2:35 in the afternoon saying they had not had time to look at my truck and I need to take it elsewhere absolute horrible service had to beg them to change my tire so the sidewall wouldn’t blow on my trip back home to Florida. The point of an appointment just to get your stuff taken care of in a timely fashion not to wait all day to call you and let you know that they won’t have time that’s something that should’ve been dealt with in a day or two in advance giving a current workload they knew they had this morning.

This was the most fun I had buying a car. The staff starting with the manager, Andrew and the sales consultants were very friendly. We dealt with Trent Anderson and Scot Davenport. The shared the sale of my vehicle. This was a plus. We didn’t have to wait till our sales consultant (Trent) to return, Scott picked right up where Trent and Andrew left off. Scott ordered our vehicle and delivered it. Then went through the entire computer system, hooking up our phones, downloading Ford Pass, this was a very involved process. He was very knowledgeable and maintained a sense of humor through it all. All in all this was a very good experience and I would recommend buying a car from there. Julie and Ray Kratt

Went for service checked in 20 minutes before appointment time. Vehicle was taken in about 45 minutes after appointment time and overall process was about 1.5 hrs. What made a long wait was not knowing time frame. They should check in with you and give a status on timing. Oh and try to keep appointment times closer to the scheduled time.Overall nice job and I will return.

We were on the road and didn’t have a clue where to go. We found our saving grace. East Tennessee Ford. The service was amazing and far less money than we expected. Kudos to East Tennessee Fords Joel Smith, Service Manager and the technicians who made my day and came to my aid on October 4, 2017! On a road trip from PA to TX, I traveled past a construction area that was building a stone wall, which I think became the culprit for what happened next. My brand new Ford Edge had a sharp stone wedged in the right rear tire, which set off warning emergency signals on the dash indicating immediately loss of tire pressure. After waiting for AAA along I40W, that kind man changed my tire to the temporary donut tire and guided me to the nearest Ford dealer? Upon arriving to the service area of E TN Ford, Joel Smith determined the tear was too significant to patch, so I would need a new tire. He went above and beyond in finding the exact same make new tire for my 2017 Edge! It took several hours to replace but am so grateful for his willingness to provide such outstanding customer service and get me safely back on the road again. Even the friendly customers in the waiting area were willing to assist me in determining the best town about 2 hours further on I40W for new overnight accommodations because I needed to cancel the planned area. Friendly, reliable and outstanding service! Thank you all so very much!
