Love my car that I bought here. Service Shop is currently experiencing severe delays. Unfortunately I bought the car doc for oil changes. Ive had some issues last 2 times I took car in for maintenance. Last time they lost my appointment . This time, I tried to do a online appointment, it told me to call, so I did. Person on phone said they had a 230 or 330 appointment. I picked the 330 appointment. I arrived promptly at 330. Service guy said he didnt know reason for appointment? So I told him car doc, again, and went and sat down. I figured about a half hour to a hour wait, reasonable. Well into the hour mark, I noticed people coming in AFTER me for oil changes getting finished. At 1 1/2 hours, tornado warning, (fun huh), in a GLASS building. So 2 hours later I get car back. Only apologies was they were busy and paid for the additive that I use in my car. All I want is if you say theres a appointment, respect my time. If you cant do it, then let me know at beginning of appointment you are running behind so I can reschedule. Not service friends vehicles while I sit waiting. Gonna try to do the car doc at another dealer so I dont bother them with business THAT I PREPAID FOR. Definitely when we start looking for next truck wont be at East Tennessee Dodge. So frustrated.

This is the only place I go for car maintenance. Friendly staff. Honest and dependable.

Bought our 2019 Chrysler 300 new two years ago on 4/20/19 got it serviced today and tire rotation fast and excellent service, cant thank you enough.
