The bakery women are amazing!

This is a great location as an anchor store with other box brands. There is free parking with handicap accessibility.The store is well marked, clean and always stocked. Prices and reasonable, sales are frequent and there are plenty of organic, Hispanic and Asian options.Self service or standard check out options are available as well as an ATM machine. The staff is friendly, helpful and patient. Lines moved quickly and the handicap check out lines were not occupied by regular customers.

Whoever runs the self checkout needs to mind her own business, or else you guys are going to lose it with her breathing down your back 🙃

Ridiculously expensive! Like another reviewer mentioned, they are more expensive than Giant which is bad. I have shopped at Shoppers for years in other locations and I dont ever remember them being so expensive. I only go when I need to grab a quick item or two. The prices explains why this store is always empty as far as customers.

This place may not be the newest or shiniest around, but it is clean, reasonable prices and has everything I need. Love the staff!

I personally dont do grocery shopping there. I go there to pay bills for my daughter. The employees are very friendly and courteous.

An employee named xavier walper was very rude to me today at shoppers. he told me to kill myself because i couldnt get out of the motorized scooter. good shrimp.i came back the next day to be pummeled by potatoes in the produce section. worst day of my life.good shrimp.

I dont go to this shoppers very often. It is not well kept in my opinion. It looks like the whole store could use a deep cleaning. I live around the corner but I drive to the shoppers in crofton! So well kept!

Old lady’s in the front are extremely rude and unhelpful

They had the only tea I buy which is very difficult to find for some reason. Its Tradewind Green Tea with Honey. Better than other brands to my personal palate anyway. Dont like the set up of this store with the register gauntlet you have to pass to get to the goods, but the aisles are nicely marked with LARGE signs.

While looking for a soda product, an employee asked if he could help. When he couldnt find the product either, he told me the Coke guy would be in that afternoon, and if I left my name and phone number, he would ask the vendor about it and get back with me. If thats not superior customer service, Im not sure what is!

I am pretty upset the lady at the customers service took her sweet time and was on the phone with her girlfriend. I was 3rd person in line and waited 10 min for a simple return. 12.19.19 around 3pm.

Good place for a quick trip grocery store. They have a good selection of prepackaged fresh meals, salmon, pork, veggie and steak options for those on the go. Also this location has a large selection of Goya products. This store is moderate in price compare to other area grocers.

I’m fairly annoyed at the manager, Natalie I believe was her name. I purchased $140 worth of groceries and cashed in on a $10 coupon which I often do. Somehow the cashier, Allison, didn’t pack a 2 lb bag of shrimp.I realized when I was unpacking about an hour later that the shrimp were missing, so I called. The young lady that answered had me on hold for a while and then told me that Allison was gone and no one remembers finding any shrimp. She told me they would review the camera tomorrow to see if someone took them and would call me back. I told her for $20 I find that absurd, so she reluctantly searched for a manager.After a few more minutes on hold Natalie answered. I asked if the previous person explained the situation and she stated that they would have to review the camera in the morning to see if someone took the shrimp. I told her that for $20 that seemed like a lot of research. She restated her position and I told her not to bother. She abruptly hung up the phone.....rude!While I find the practice of researching a $20 claim somewhat offensive, given the time and payroll spent trying to figure out what happened. I found Natalie’s poor attitude and lack of customer service skills much more so. If she had seemed to care and offered any kind of apology I would probably just let the matter go. Or perhaps I should have called her bluff and when no one called me and I became the “angry customer” I’m sure they would have gladly replaced the shrimp...I digress.I literally have to pass 2 grocery stores to get there and more often than not shop at Wegmans just down the road. I don’t usually buy seafood from Shoppers but today the shrimp looked good and fit perfectly with a menu I am preparing for tomorrow.I’m considering getting rid of my Shoppers card, but I’ll sleep on that.Lesson learned.

Shoppers is always my go to grocery store. They have everything I need, but not too much to make it overwhelming. Is small enough that I know where everything is and how to find it. The fresh food is fresh and the people are always kind and helpful.

This store has always been one of my favorite stores to shop. Fresh produce and reasonable price items.

Seems like this store is taking a turn for the worst. Im thinking that some of the ole gals need to just make room for some young people who want to work. Except for Ms. Emily the ladies get offended if you ask them questions, they are no helpful or polite anymore. I sure miss, the lady who use to always laugh real loud and was helpful. I hear that this Shoppers is going to close. If so, not good. This has been a great and convenient place to shop all the years Ive live in Crofton.

All the groceries you need. Selection is decent. Deli is good. Lacking in some of the organic choices but still a solid go-to.

Shoppers is a regular stop for me. However, some of the staff are not very friendly or helpful. Those that are make up for the others. I wish I knew the names of the regulars who provide quality customer care so that I could give them a shout out. For without them, Shoppers would be closed. They do keep a good supply and variety of food products: but, the milk freezer does not work properly and never has. Always feels cool versus cold and twice I have had to get a refund. Its convenient for me which is its biggest draw.

The customer service was terrible. Once I called the store for assistance, whomever was on the phone used an attitude that made me want to disregard going to the store in general. Nonetheless i’m Sure that the store itself is decent.

This was my grocery store for 21 years before I moved from the area. Dollar for dollar, item from item this store is awesome!

Some workers at this store are rude ... the lady Cynthia. Was giving me hard time over a Penny I was short Penny off my food .. the lady was not going to let me go without a penny lucky the guy behind me gave me a penny... Cynthia was Rude an act like she didnt wont to deal with me personally smh...My Shopping experience here wasnt GREAT...

Bad customer service at customer service desk treat you like you are in police station just left there this lady is always like that. Rude behaviour is her style.call once long time ago no change.

I pop in here from time to time after the gym and the store while a bit poorly organized is clean and the staff is friendly. They usually have what I want even if I have to look around a bit. It isnt often very busy probably due to its proximity to many other grocery stores and not being close to many other convenienes.
