Delivery driver is wreckless and rude! Laughed at me when I asked him not to speed down a street in a residential neighborhood where there were children playing outside!

Selected this store to deliver a birthday arrangement for a friend that lives near by. They never delivered on the requested delivery date, delivered late the day after and never even replied back to an official complaint message I sent through the website. First and last time ordering from Edible Arrangements.

Timing is everything!! This team came through for me in a clutch! Will make it a point to order items in advance, as everything leaving this location looked top notch. Will be back again.

I live in the community where this business is located,5 minutes tops, driving.Placed a day before Valentine’s Day delivery order a week in advanced . Called 11AM, store rep named Carey, says “ oh yeah we do other neighboring towns first, like Bowie, and that I should get my order around 6PM that evening. This is why when I hear people say support local businesses, I laugh, my experience with the businesses in Crofton is that they don’t value or appreciate the residents that live here, so they don’t mind giving horrible customer service and overpricing residents here compared to other communities.So, this will be another business, I won’t buy from. “WOKE!

If I could put 10 stars I would!!! Rick and staff are incredible!! We had a mix up with our order and Rick and his staff went out of their way to make it right!!! So sweet, so kind and soooo ordering from this location again and again!! We love edible arrangements and it nice to know, especially during this time, there is someone out there that is taking the time and care to deliver a great and delicious product!
