I dont know always seems like a not fair service charges. A small dent costs you a grand..God bless em.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Dont go here for the poor quality and poor customer service experience!My car was involved in a small accident in November with some body damage done to the front driver side of my car. It took weeks for my car to get done, with no notice or updates from the staff. I had to call them 3-4 times to get an update on when the service would be done and was given the wrong timelines. First time I called, they said the car would be done by Friday. It wasnt. I called Monday and they said theyll call me when the work is done. Two weeks later, I had to call them to find out my car was done. Where was my phone call??The rental they provided (which my insurance paid for and was not free) locked me out with the key inside and they didnt take responsibility on paying for the lock out. They said they provide this warranty for the work they do, but when I contact them about the bumper that was done not more than 4-5 months ago popping out, they said they wouldnt cover it because theres a scratch, which obviously I bumped it somewhere. Save yourself some trouble and do NOT take your car in for any body repairs here.

Staff friendly and competent. Excellent work on my car. Had to wait for parts to come in but that is true for everyone today.

Lou Fusz Collision Center did a fantastic job repairing the damage from my 2019 Crosstrek that a friendly deer decided to provide me. The personnel from every aspect of their Service Dept. were great to work with during the process. Id recommend anyone to use Lou Fusz Collison Center.

Brought in my 2012 Mazda with a lot of wear and tear. When I picked it up it looked brand new. Really pleased with the outcome. Great value!

They got our vehicle repaired after an accident. We had our vehicle towed there and the repairs were completed within a week. They also worked directly with our insurance. It was a very smooth process.

I dont know why theres no reviews of this collision center. I really had a good experience with them to get my Mazda repaired by them. Instead of enterprise I had rented a nice Kia from them which was directly billed to Geico, ... made things very easy, also Dave is very knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns and questions correctly.. my car was repaired perfectly... their co-ordination with Geico adjuster was seamless. Really an uneventful experience, which is considered good when it comes to car repair:)
