Everyone was very professional, helpful and courteous. Everything was explained in detail and I was told exactly what to expect. My car was ready a day or two before expected and I cannot tell it was ever damaged. I was very pleased with my overall experience.

Nice job on the repair work. Would have received 5 stars but poor job on keeping me informed on the when the work was going to be be completed. Received a voicemail on 1st day after I left my vehicle for the repair with an update. Received two emails on the 2nd day that only stated I would receive an update. I called on the third day and was informed the vehicle should be ready for pickup and would receive a call back that day. Never did. I called back on the fourth day and was told by my advisor that it, “slipped my mind to call you back” the day prior and the car was ready for pickup.

They did a very good job on the repairs for my vehicle. Ron was extremely helpful with providing information about my repairs and timing. Only problem was that it took a while for my new bumper to come in, but expected this due to current supply chain issues. Would highly recommend this place and working with Ron.

Had hail damage from a recent STL storm. Schaefer was able to get me in quickly and made the whole process easy. The insurance estimate from Allstate was virtual so a lot was overlooked. Chris at Schaefer of Creve Coeur was able to quickly and easily update the claim with the insurance company and get the services performed with no additional hassle to me. I got really lucky in that no paint was required. Modern PDR is really cool, plus they were able to fix the chips in the windshield on-site. It truly was a one-stop shop. I was kept in the loop the entire time and despite there being more damage than the original estimate, the car was returned to me on time. This is my second experience with Schaefer and they continue to be top-notch. Only place I will take future autobody work!

My car was backed into in a parking lot, and unfortunately caused quite a bit of damage to the driver side doors and quarter panel. Schaefer quickly got me in for an inspection and worked with the insurance company to handle all of the payment details. They originally quoted me for a 7-day repair but were able to complete the repair in 5 days. They kept me informed throughout the process, and even returned my car with a wash and vacuumed out the interior. My car looks just like when I drove it home from the dealership! Great customer service, friendly and efficient. They got the part I needed in a couple days (side mirror--swiped by a bus) and installed it in less than an hour. The lobby is set up for social distancing, and everyone wore their masks properly (mouth and nose, people, mouth AND nose!) They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. I would use them again should the need arise.

My experience with Schaefer Auto Body was top notch. They fixed a problem caused by another auto body shop that messed up an easy fix. The customer service and the quality of workmanship was perfection! Highly recommended.

Was just having a driver side rear door replaced. Both insurance bid & Schaefer bid called out 9.5 man hours to complete. Scheduled an appointment to minimize downtime, so we dropped it off last Monday. They promised to complete no later than that Friday...Still 5 days to complete less than 10 hours???? Communicated with Ryan throughout the week...still on track. Got a call on Friday, not going to be done as they received a bad door?? Long story short, 12 phone calls, finally picked up yesterday....Thursday that is....9 DAYS to complete 9 HOURS of work....very disappointed.

The initial estimate process was very quick (15-20 minutes) and I was given a few options for repair. I was quoted for repairs between $100-600 and a 2-4 hour service. However, they managed to get it done in 1.5 hours under $100! The employees were very nice. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

Schaefer Autobody took care of my Honda Civic 2019. They gave me a 5 star service starting from them estimating the cost and repairing my vehicle. Result was amazing and they really did the repair my car as if the accident never happened. Paint match is on point. Alignment, screws and of course they used brandnew parts. They also gave my car a free carwash. Communication is also outstanding. They have a clean office and the customer service was superb. Overall, Im very satisfied. Hopefully nobody will ever scratch my car again but if it happens, I will surely bring it back to them.

Schaefer saved the day again! Our poor 08 Fit was smashed again, this time driven off the road by an absent minded danger to society without insurance. It was totaled by any sensible measure. But this isnt a great time to be out shopping for the next used car for my sons to drive. Schaefer was very respectful of our decision to resuscitate this old car. They were very cost-conscious and did an unbelievably good job on the repair. You cannot tell that there was any damage! They kept us up to date every step of the way, and the final charge came in lower than the estimate! They had fixed this car just last year, and it was the same that time: highly skillful, very professional, comprehensive service, and a great result. I recommend them very highly.
