They had the parts I wanted for a better price than the place I usually use and I didnt have to wait for the parts to ship. They let me use a cart to get the parts to my car and caught the door for me on way out. I may start using them more.

I have been having a rollercoaster ride of issues including my vehicle. We just replaced the battery and alternator and my battery light suddenly came on driving from Ft. Walton to Crestview. Benjamin was the 3rd person to look at my vehicle and noticed my serpentine belt wasnt on. It was snapped in half. I broke down and was emotional. Rick is a wonderful guy. He helped me out with the last belt in stock. He was kind, empathetic and genuinely cared about the issues I was having. If you have any issues in Crestview come see these guys. They want to help and get you back on the road. Thanks so much to this store team❤

Theyre meh!! They are ok still overcharge for items you can get at half the cost if you can wait on shipping from online orders. Charge you double proce for something you can order online.

They were awesome!!! They made a joke about the part I was trying to get as soon as I walked in.. Then they found it in no time at all and had many different selections and prices based upon the quality of the item. Plus they helped me out with putting the part on as well and I was out the store and back on the road in about 5minutes!!!

I was in need of some help regarding a problem with my trailer hitch and along came Jeremy. Jeremy had a positive attitude and wasnt going to let me leave without a solution to my problem. He figured out what needed to be done, grabbed a really heavy hitch and resolved my problem. What an awesome display of customer service. We complain so much about how bad people are that I had to recognize someone going above and beyond. Thanks Jeremy and I will be back next time I need something for my vehicle.

Great service, helpful staff clean and well stocked. Do most of my auto shopping here when i need something right away. The employees will go out of there way to help solve your problems. They will come out to your car to help diagnose some problems and will change out your battery as well.

I had stop by there because my check engine light came on and wanted to see why it came on the Guy was very nice and check it for me after I got home i unplug the Battery and wait for a few minutes before putting the cable back on the battery to reset the computer and check it to make sure the check engine light went off

Never had a problem here. Usually have most parts I need, they can special order hard to get items. Staff friendly and helpful. Will read check engine codes if needed. Not the easiest location to get out of concerning traffic.

Okay, so my check engine light came on at 11 p.m. when I was about to get on the interstate last night, couldnt do much about it. So I went up this morning to the store to put my car on the machine so they can tell me what codes are being thrown. So I find out what code is causing the check engine light to come on, he explains it to me and what it means, and average pricing and things like that. I go to leave, and my car wont start. At this point I am about to have a nervous breakdown!! I am about to start flipping out and start crying!! I call my hubby to come up there because Im about to just loose it... I cant afford my car to be broke and not working!!So the same employee comes back out and asks me if everything is okay because he noticed that I was still sitting in front of the store where he had left me. So I tell him my car wont start now and I am almost in tears. So he asks me if I want him to chexk my battery? Sure, why not, wont hurt at this point I guess... he goes inside gets the machine to test my car battery, the machine says my battery is unstable and it wont even test it!! At this point I am actually crying ... so hes trying to call me down and hes telling me that they do have batteries for my car he knows for a fact he already knows how much they are that they have them in stock that he can put one in for me yada yada ... he was so dang sweet!!! So I tell him that Im waiting for my husband to come up there were going to figure it out find out what we can do and I appreciate him trying to help me. He said hes going to go check and make sure that he has a battery 100% for sure for my car. So if my husband gets there and we end up buy the battery. The same guy comes out and changes my battery for me and the car starts right up no issues!!!The receipt says the employee that helped me was Benjamin, I dont know if that was his name and I feel horrible for not knowing because I was so wrapped up in my own freak out about my car not working that I did not even bother to ask what his name was. But, this guy handled my mini emotional breakdown and panic attack like a champ, and I thank him so much for not just blowing me off and just treating me like some emotional female! I had been so bogged down with so many bad things happening back to back to back that my car not starting in the parking lot that was the last straw, like the straw that broke the camels back, so the fact that he was so calm about it calmed me down and I really appreciate that so much!!

Vast improvement over the past two years. I remember when this place used to be absolutely terrible to the point where they wouldnt even install your windshield wipers. Had that done just now by a really kind man. Not sure what changed but keep it up.

The first time I went into this location to purchase spark plugs , the kid with the beard, Benjamin spent 3 minutes texting on his phone before acknowledging me and the older guy had to be like what the heck before he did acknowledge me. Then he was not professional and was rude and unattentive and disregarded my military discount. Today I went into the store to purchase bulbs for my turn signals and he was playing on Snapchat and following the girl around the store for his Snapchat story before he acknowledged me. So, I will never visit this location again nor will I purchase anything from them. Worst customer service from Benjamin . Thats his name per the previous receipt.

I stopped here to get windshield wipers for my 2005 ford freestyle. I had been to OReilly s a few days before and the girl went out and looked at the odd clip on my wipers, came back in and suggested I go to Wal-Mart because they (RainX) were cheaper. I guess she didnt want to be bothered. At Advance Auto, the cashier was very friendly and didnt hesitate to put them on for me. Just because Im driving an older vehicle doesnt mean Im poor. Or cheap.

The person that waited on us was rude and talked down to us. We had asked to speak with Gene and he was in the back of the store but not willing to come out to speak with us. We had been referred by our mechanic, who told us to ask for Gene. We use Advance Auto parts for all our automotive needs and were very disappointed with the service we received today.
