I was called the day before and asked if I wanted my annual eye exam. I said sure I’m off tomorrow can I come in? He said 4:30 so I said sure. The doc was awesome accurate and fast and uses the latest electronic equipment to test my eyes. No Puff of air this time. They took pics instead of the back of my eyes and the pressure test was a res to green light on a handle like a magnifying glass and no puff no tears. Love it. I get new glasses every year with Home Depot so their awesome way of getting me in and out fast was great!

I love the service and the kindness shown to me while getting my eye exam, plus the employees were extremely patient and helpful with me on finding frames for my next pair of glasses and answering all my questions.I highly recommend this place! Dr. Clemmons is a great doctor and his team of people are wonderful with patients.

Thank you Rob Summers at Pearle Vision for all of your help. I would highly recommend Pearle Vision in Crawfordsville, Indiana for your glasses AND sunglasses. The staff was extremely courteous. Rob was incredibly helpful when it came to picking out the best frames for me as an individual. I will definitely be back and my family will be joining me.

Dr Clemens saved my vision. A year ago I went to see him for vision loss that would come and go and after he did the vision exam he saw that my optic nerves were swollen and sent me to the emergency room. Come to find out my brain was acting like I had a brain tumor and was making me go blind. For a whole year almost of dealing with neurologists and ophthalmologists dr clemens stayed by side constantly checking on me and me keeping him updated. If he felt the drs werent doing what needed to be done he called and spoke with them personally. With his help I was finally able to get the help I needed and got my surgery to place the shunt to relieve the excess blood and fluid, headaches and save my vision. Im so thankful I chose dr clemens as my eye care dr and I will recommend him to anyone without a doubt in my mind. Hands down the best experience I have ever had with any dr.

I live in Zionsville and came in for my appointment 30 minutes early to accommodate the office staff in the case they were ahead or behind schedule. The front desk staff couldn’t find my file and the appointment was scheduled 2+ weeks in advance. I’ve been a patient for a few years with this company. When they did find my file, the appointment itself was fine and was fairly quick. The doctor gave professional service and took care of everything I needed. Afterwards the wrap up service and payment was fine.I received my glasses and had them adjusted at a partner store to make sure they fit and everything was lined up. The staff at that store informed me that the lenses was loose and needed reset. Nobody inspected them before they gave them to me. The frames were extremely tight and very uncomfortable because the other store staff couldn’t adjust them because they weren’t their frames. Also we found out they did not get the right type of lenses because I requested to have transitions and she confirmed with me at the appointment she put it on there but they were not transition lenses. We had to pay an additional charge for them to fix the problem.It took 3 weeks before I finally called to get information of the replacements coming in. I was told they just came in. Would be checked in and ready for me Saturday morning. I arrived between 9&10am to pick up my new lenses because I needed to be somewhere by 11. The front office staff was not professional about the pick up. She blamed the other office staff member I spoke with for why the lenses weren’t ready and proceeded to give excuses why it may take longer for her to help me because of the other girl’s mistake. While assisting me she kept stopping to take care of non pressing tasks prolonging the pick up process. It took over 30 minutes just to get my new glasses.Extremely disappointed with the service on the front end of everything. The unprofessionalism of the front staff put a bad taste in my mouth. Even though the offer to make it right caused additional trips it was the least they could do after all I paid good money for the product.
