My visit was probably the best eye doctor visit experience that Ive ever had. The staff was helpful and polite. There was no pressure to buy anything I didnt need, and the overall price was very low, even with a contact lens exam. Ill definitely be taking the rest of my family here.

Went there as a new patient and will be going back! The staff was excellent and took the time to help me and had great suggestions on my glasses, they took their time and didnt rush me through the process like I have gotten at other offices. The doctor was great as well and answered my questions. I liked it so much that my wife and I have brought out 2 sons here ages 5 and 3. I would highly recommend them to anyone with kids, they were super patient and great with the boys. We will definitely be using them for our eye care from here on out.

Was very impressed with the Dr., he was great with my Granddaughters. The selection of glasses for their insurance was very poor, and very cheap looking. The one got her glasses with in the 10 days. The other it was well over three weeks, and we had to call them to find out anything. Then Im positive they are different than the ones we ordered, they are huge on her face. WILL NOT be going back!

I had the best experience at Norman and Miller eyecare their staff team where extremely helpful and kind and really listened to the kind of style of glasses i had in mind and Dr. Andrew was very helpful with all my questions and very encouraging while taking eye exam. Would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Gilman is great! Unfortunately his staff are not as pleasant. Kathy, in particular, is very unprofessional and rude. She bumped the air machine, accidentally shooting 2 extra shots of air into my young childs eye,and didnt apologize. He was afraid to begin with! Then, when she began the exam, she was telling my child the letters on the screen. How can they determine what he can read if she is telling him the answers? She didnt listen to anything he said to her, when he tried to explain the problems with his vision. And to top it off, we ended up with a crappy pair of glasses, that have an improper fit, even after coming back a second time to get them adjusted. I was hoping this would be the place for the whole family, but we will not be back.

Ive been going here ever since I started going to school at Wabash College. The service is great and the new doctors and staff are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I would recommend Norman and Miller Eyecare to all of my friends and family!

I found the office staff very rude and pushy with upgrading lens and frames. Im sure they make a commission on this and it was very obvious. I was only able to afford what my insurance covered and was treated poorly because of that. I will not return.

I took my 5yr old son here because he said he was having trouble seeing and they are a covered provider under our insurance. Dr. Gilman made the experience so pleasant and made my son and I very comfortable. They have updated equipment and methods that made an exam for a child so much easier than I had imagined. The whole process was wonderful, so much so that my husband and I switched to them the following week. We were in and out in a timely manner and for a busy mom of 3 boys that is what I need. We ordered glasses on a Friday and they were ready to be picked up the following Tuesday, they called and let us know they were in and worked with our schedules to get us in to pick them up and made sure the fit was perfect before they left. They did a great job letting us know what our options were with our insurance and made great suggestions. They didnt try to upsell us to things we werent interested in or didnt need. Bottom line, we have found a new eye doctor for our entire family!

Was very thankful. Doctor was very kind & patient & took the extra time to help get the rite strength for me to see even just a little better. Was very please With my Eyecare at Norman & Miller eyecare crawfordsville and will continue to use them for my Eyecare needs.

My husband and I went in for eye exams and we were both very pleased with not only the staff and the dr but the experience as a whole! We are excited to find our new eye dr.

Dr Gilman and his staff were very professional and polite. My appointment was right on time. Dr Gilman did not push glasses on me and actually advised me to wait. Saved me money. Refreshing to see a Dr and not feel pressured to buy glasses each visit.

Dr. Gilman and his staff was great! They took their time with us, help us with insurance questions and explained what was going on with my sons eyes - definitely recommend this doctor!

I went there. Anything I said he didnt listen to. I dont know is all he ever said. He charged me for what Medicaid didnt pay which is illegal.
