Every employee is very helpful, always greeted upon entry. Also if you need help with installing a headlight bulb or anything for that matter someone is always willing to help you. Prices are also very good, I do a lot of curbside pickup which is very convenient!

THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I DONT KNOW IF I AM WRONG,BUT THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT THERE IS NO RETURN ON BATTERIES. LIKE I TOLD THE GUY WHAT IF IT DOESNT FIT ON TO WHAT I NEED FOR. HE SAID YOU TAKE YOU BUY IT AND NO RETURNS. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE HERE. THESE NEW WORKERS NEED A LITTLE BIT MORE TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Gave me the best deal I could get. Needed a sensor and an alternator they gave me the cheapest alternator witch was $198 auto-zone wanted $300 I normally go to autozone but their items have been failing me started going to advanced and I’m glad I did cheaper prices and the products actually work!

A little lengthy but Autozone did a great job of taking care of my car. Very professional and helpful. My car wouldnt start without a jump. So knew it was either battery or alternator. Brought it in and the guys hooked up their machine and tested my battery. Dead. Go figure, $50 Walmart battery. So (I forget the guys name now) helped me with finding a better battery. A little pricy at a $153 after taxes, but at least I wont be buying a battery any time soon. He removed my old battery and noticed my negative terminal was broken. Thanks Walmart. Anyways he gladly replaced the terminal. After getting everything in place and hooked up, my car started right up! So if youre having problems with getting your car to start, run it to Autozone!
