Great place! they were so friendly on the phone and helped with all my questions. they have great prices compared to many places around. showed up a half hour early and was great at setting everything up! would recommend again to anyone!!!!!

The bounce house was clean, in great condition and well cared for. Because it was partially rainy and I opted to still get the house they were generous enough to allow us to keep it longer than expected so my daughter could enjoy it the next day. It was hard to find a paw patrol bounce house and when they didnt have it they reached me and said they would happily order it. Delivery was on time. I would highly recommend this company.

Let me just start off by saying that I was hesitant to rent from a different company than I usually do, (Ours closed down) BUT I am so happy that we went through Playful Party Rentals this weekend, they were hours early, they let me pick where I wanted the bounce house, and were very patient with me when I wanted them to move it to another spot! I rented the Module bounce house with the Shopkins banner and it seemed brand new. Their prices are awesome, and they even came a little later to pick up when I asked for extra time!! My daughter had a blast with all of her friends!! I will definitely be renting from them again in the future!! Thank you, Playful Party Rentals!!!

Top notch company!! I ordered the Frozen bounce house. It was brand new, and very clean!! They were on time, very professional. The bounce house was set up 2 hours before our party. Very pleased!! Everyone enjoyed it!! Will definitely be renting again in the future!

If anyone is looking to rent Bouncy Houses etc I highly recommend Playful Party Rentals as the place to rent from....they have excellent products, prices, service, and communication...in the past several years we had someone we rented from 2x during the summer and they closed down causing us to look for a new company and i must admit Playful Party Rentals not only has excellent prices but has great quality...(we had several friends comment on how big the bouncy house was and the kids including my oldest daughter said they had more room to bounce and jump)..cant say enough about how accomdating and great they were with us this when we needed to change the date we had booked a bouncy house from them in addition being accomdating this weekend....they made it affordable enough for us to be able to rent it from Friday @ 10:30 a.m. to Sunday @ 8:00 p.m. by running a special and not charging me full price each additional day something which i was never able to do in the past since the prices were always to high for a second day rental....I will definetly be renting from them for my 2ND event this Summer and making them my go to Company for Bouncy Houses, etc...Thank you Playful Party Rentals for such a wonderful and smooth 1st transaction/experience...

Please DO NOT rent from Playful Party Rentals! I found the company on Craigslist and booked them for my sons 6th birthday party. The owner came to our house this morning and questioned a few branches that were over the area that we always have our bounce houses set up. I told him that those branches never interfere with our rentals and weve been renting bounce houses twice a year for 6 years now, but he insisted we take care of them. I asked if he had a saw. He did not. I then had my husband get a ladder from the garage and start breaking the branches. As he was standing at the very top of a 10 ladder breaking branches that were probably an additional 5 above the ladder I said (in a very calm voice without any attitude at all) this is so silly. Weve never had a problem in 6yrs of renting bounce houses. The owner of the company then yelled you know what, forget this! Were all done here! And started rolling up the tarp. His two workers looked at him in disbelief and asked if he was serious. His response was Im serious, I dont need this sh**! This is my part time job! Im a fireman! Were done here! Both of my boys were watching this man take his fit while packing up the bouncy house that they were so excited to play in. I followed him to the front of the house and asked him what his problem was, and if he was really going to ruin a 6yr olds birthday party. The entire time that this man was yelling at me, calling me a b**ch, and saying I gave him an attitude, his two helpers were continuously saying are you serious? Dont do this, man! Come on, please dont do this! The response of his helpers is proof that he was overreacting and that I did not give him any reason to take the bounce house and leave. I can not express enough how unprofessional this man was. I have no idea how this company is in business after treating customers like that. Luckily, I was able to find another company who was willing to bring a bouncy house within the hour. The owners name is Tom and the company is Kidz Celebration Inflatables. Tom was extremely friendly right from the beginning. He felt terrible about what this company had done to us and went above and beyond to help make sure my sons party was a success. As promised, he arrived with a bounce house within an hour of me calling him. The bounce house was in perfect condition and very clean. He saw absolutely no issues with where the bounce house was being placed (and this bounce house was bigger than the first one we were supposed to get) and told me that if he ever has concerns with low branches, he just cuts them down himself. He was kind to my boys and wished my son a happy birthday. He was flexible with pickup time and very reasonably priced. Our morning definitely started out a bit rough but this man saved the day. From now on, Kidz Celebration Inflatables will be the only company we rent from. I am so very thankful to have found him and will refer everyone I know to his company. Thank you, Tom! And to the owner of Playful Party Rentals, you should be ashamed of yourself. To behave in that manner to a customer, with their two young children watching... You disgust me and I will make it a point to let every single person I come across know what kind of a person you are.
