Party city has stepped up their game! All the stores are nice and neatly organized. Staff are always helpful and ready to answer questions.

The girls were a great help when I went in, however my balloon order deflated within 4 hours of being kept in a dark room before the party even started.

Needed Cream table cloths for an event my college is hosting. Originally I thought I was going to be paying about $11 for 4 tablecloths, but it was so last minute I was like fine lets get it. When I went to checkout, the sweet cashier said that theyre actually $1.59 a piece and if you get 5 table cloths theyll only be a dollar. Ended up getting 5 for $5, less than half of what I initially thought I was going to have to spend.Definitely recommend this place if you want a large set of plastic cutlery for $10 and real cloth tablecloths that are inexpensive.

I didnt find what I wanted and I had to Flagg down and employee for so help. I also had to wait like 20 minutes in line to pay for a last resort.

Nice Clean Place. Sometimes they run out of the popular items kids want. When we ask when they will be getting a shipment, They say they might not be. Thought that was weird, But who knows!

Always clean and always have enough inventory. Wide selection of products to choose from. A little on the pricey side, but its expected for the quality of product you get.

Customer service is the worst. The cashiers are fantastic. The store had a great idea with a wall of pictures of all costumes with coordinating numbers. An associate even ordered them on here device. The People in the back room never to be found. Had to ask several other people as well. There is more thats why the low rating.

Good people but tried to get costume did not have most that was on wall then located one that I liked went to get it no mask grab a second one no mask then with that asked me if I want it with 20% off well no missing the main piece to costume.

The associate taking care of me was highly efficient and professionally friendly. I would like to see another associate there to help. Maybe the other person was on break? Fortunately, the person there was fantastic. Minimal wait time.

Barely any workers on the floor to assist

Lot of varieties and that too economical. We purchased party supplies for a one year old and found that many things that we got confused. Finally got Mickey mouse theme items and they were great except the individual Mickey paper cap, too small, exchanged with normal ones. Quality is good and everyone appreciated it. We bought back the items after party was over and stick them in our home. Our son still plays with them.

Great prices and staff is everywhere and very helpful. Picked up some nice Halloween decor for my home last night. The reason for my 3 stars is they only had 4 registers open. The majority of the staff was on the floor stocking shelves and organizing. It took us 20 minutes to cash out. Ya think on a busy Friday night just days before Halloween the management would have more staff checking ppl out rather than on the floor.

Great place. Great employees. Sweet and helpful.. its a 4.5 for me but still no .5 stars allowed. (Hmmm for the future Google) The reason for the .5 point hit is price. I feel like their prices are much higher then the other local box stores. But their supply and variety is second to none. And wonderful staff as stated already..close to a 5. Get those prices down a smidge PC. Thanks from all my kids :)

What in tarnation does this place have a lot of inventory.I had to walk in and find decorations for a birthday party of a specific age during the weekend. I needed balloons, table napkins, and some other items under a certain amount. What I found fit my budget and also focused around a theme I thought the birthday girl would like.Of the three or four themes they had for specific aged, one seemed the best. On my way to the cash register, I picked out some balloons. Note: Buying balloons is limited because the helium they use to inflate them is limited. Its not the stores fault, its just that there isnt any place to get more helium.Service was awesome, and Ill definitely go there again!

This was definitely a place to remember. Its as fun as you make it and who wouldnt have fun at a party store! Whati like most Ida there is virtually something there for every budget. It is a must visit for any part event or holiday prep mega store!!!

Good selection for sports themed parties but not a great selection of video game thened stuff. Awesome balloon collection though. Staff is very nice

They had everything that I was looking for, for Halloween. The line to the register was long, but moved very quickly! The staff and cashiers were very helpful and friendly despite the amount of customers!I will definitely return to this store!

They have a pretty good selection of products. My wife was looking for some bowls and matching place settings in certain colors for our party. They had all the items and in the colors she wanted (after she had checked out several other places). They are a life and sanity saver!

Nice staff

It has a big selection & the staff are friendly, however, the wait in line sometimes can be ridiculously long. They need to have more than one person ringing. ESPECIALLY when there is a long line!!! Last time I went I waited 15 minutes without the line moving at all. I finally had to end up leaving because it just took way too long. I was not happy.

My rating is actually no stars but you cant post a review without posting any stars. I will never spend another dime at any of their stores again. My curbside pickup order was canceled with no explanation & I still dont know why. I cant give you details about my very bad experience because they dont provide enough space on here.

Some decorations are bit pricey. But if you want more options to browse for party decorations, then give this place a try.

I dont know if Im reviewing Party City in general or this location but this one is a bit slower than the rest. Its also kind of a junk store in general. I mean its all garbage what they sell. They should take it right from the factory and put it right in the dump and not stop to pretend its valuable enough to sell lol. The one thing I like is metallic helium balloons for my daughter. And I am proud of a pooping unicorn I got there but I cant appreciate the store beyond that.

Organized and friendly staff

Not enough selection for the four major Boston Sports team. Hardly nothing for the Bruins, not enough of the Celtics, needed more variety on Red Sox and plenty of Patriots.

We got most of my sisters wedding supplies there with the help of the employees. Very friendly place. And very helpful!

Awful.... My boss allowed me to leave work for a few to get my daughter some balloons for her 21st birthday. They filled two mylar balloons for me. I asked if they could fill up 4 to 5 regular balloons too to fill it in and was told I could only get the 2 for now because they were running out of helium and wouldnt have more until November 6th. I was so disappointed but left with my 2 balloons and a pin that flashed 21 in lights.By the time I got back to work (12 minutes)one of my balloons was all but deflated and the other was on its way. I told my boss what happened and she told me to go back immediately and have them fix it. They did fix my balloons but I was so mad when I walked in to see them filling up multiple balloons with the helium they said they couldnt use for me earlier! When we got to dinner later that day and put the pin I had bought there on my daughter it did not work, no flashing lights at all!! I will NEVER GO BACK to party city they are a complete rip off.

One place to shop for any type of party decorations .Though prices of some items are high but worth a visit if looking for some new things to catch attention of party guests.
