Isaiah O’Brien and his crew consisting of Garyn, Dwayne and Malcolm were absolutely amazing to work with. Great communication through the process. Respectful, careful, professional and fast. There were a lot of heavy pieces and they worked so hard and were efficient. I would recommend this group anytime.

Would rate zero stars. Have been calling trying to reach a regional manager to file a complaint about the RI branch operator. We found out that our mover is our next door neighbor, who has been harassing us and is the reason we are moving in the first place. We asked for a different mover because we do not feel comfortable having this man who has screamed at us that he is a professional gun owner come into our home. Instead, he canceled the move completely, claiming to be the branch operator. His name is Jonathan and my next call will be to the Better Business Bureau. They still have our $100 deposit.NEW EDIT: Have secured other movers, all we said was that our movers canceled on us and they were able to GUESS that it was this company because this is not an isolated incident. That is the professional reputation that this RI branch has. TWO other moving companies could cite MULTIPLE poor experiences with this company. Do not waste your money or your time.

I gave them 3 stars because I thought their price was fair. However, when I called to book a time and date she told me they needed $100 deposit and someone would call on a exact time. When they called back he said he was all booked up and could not do it . So I asked for my money back and he says 3 to 5 business days. When you dont provide a service your money should be refunded immediately. Then he blames the bank😄. It has nothing to do with the bank! It has everything to do when YOU put the money back in my account. Banks just dont hold your money in limbo!

This was the worst moving experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve had several. John, the manager of the providence, RI branch was not as straightforward with the initial phone call, and quoted me a minimum price if about 900 and talked about how professional his employees were. They showed up to my apartment on time, but were half asleep, and one of them was wearing flip flops. How do you go up and down flights of stairs carrying valuable things in flip flops? Additionally they were extremely slow and would go down to their truck to grab something without taking anything from the apartment, wasting extra time. Why waste a trip down from the 5th floor without grabbing a box down with you? I also explicitly told them what not to move out of the apartment (my roommates things) and they didn’t listen, packed it up anyways, and then when I realized they took it, they had to unpack a bunch of stuff from the truck to put it back in the apartment. They were going so slow that I helped them bring a bunch of stuff down. They were also on their phones a few times, totally unprofessional. When I tried to talk to John and mike the managers about my issues, they were very rude and dismissive probably because I’m a female and thought they could just walk all over me and mansplain. They would not work with me on reimbursing me for the time lost, and said I should have watched them the whole time. How do you possibly watch all three workers constantly. He told me they were professionals so I trusted that I can also pack and not have to watch over them 24/7. He also never provided me with a break down of what he charged me for specifically per hour, even after I asked him several times to please email me the cost breakdown.when I signed the electronic form upon delivery, the bill said 1,811. My bill ended up being over $1,900 which I also question and he said that was not possible. They are the worst company I’ve ever worked with in my life. Do yourself a favor and don’t work with them. There a plenty of other companies that do a much better job and have great employees. I’ve worked with gentle giant before, super professional I should have gone with them again. This was overpriced and totally not worth the employees work at all.

I was very pleased with my overall experience moving with All My Sons. Before my move even started I had been in communication with the manager who was professional and kind. We went over the expectations and confirmed the details of my move. The men who were moving us offered me the materials needed to keep my belongings safe and handled everything with care. The group of workers were working hard to ensure my move could be done as quickly and proficiently as possible. I found myself continuously thanking them. I already referred a friend of mine to schedule her move with All My Sons.

Worse company ever. If I could give negative stars I would. Didnt use moving blankets, scratch the floor, broke glasses. My poor grandmother was in tears on how they handled her belongings. It was honestly a complete nightmare for her. They even scratched up all her furniture and didnt care to apologize or pay for it. Oh and the best part is they over charged us... please do not go here, you will regret it.

The crew we had was outstanding they handled my items with such care, while still working incredibly efficiently. They made my move so effortless. They were very responsive over the phone. The two gentleman carried my large items up narrow and oddly shaped staircases with no problem, they made it look too easy. I highly recommend this company!

I cannot rave enough about All My Sons. I had a horrible home buying experience which resulted in extreme delays of when I could move into my house. Basically every week had a new move date for a month and a half. Despite it being the busy season for them, All My Sons were so kind, accommodating, and incredibly easy to work with. I joke that they all know my name now for how many times I call.Moving is stressful, I even called them crying, and they truly do an incredible, and professional job making it as simple and easy as possible. I hope to never move again after this haha, but would recommend EVERYONE to them in a heartbeat. Don’t hesitate, they make the act of moving the least of your worries.

Most unprofessional moving company Ive ever experienced. We had three people come and one of the guys forgot his tools to dissassemble my couch feet. He claimed he slept late and forgot. I had to look for tools for over 30 minutes while they were smoking cigarettes on my property doing nothing. When they got to my new location to unpack, The manager called my husband and said if you dont pay me more money Im going to have my guys drive away with your belongings. It was the most tyrant situation! He tried to hostage us into paying more. How disgusting it is for a moving company to threaten more money or else they will steal all your belongings.. we had to take my car and block off the driveway so they wouldnt move. Eventually spoke to a manager from headquarters who was rude himself and they unpacked our stuff. Left our bed soaking wet when it wasnt raining and didnt assemble anything. Please save your money and look elsewhere!! They are thieves!

So they started off great then about half way through moving me out they started going slower and slower as if on purpose, one guy was on his phone more then he was moving anything and I understand checking your phone every now and then but when someone is paying you by the hour that is extremely unprofessional to say the least. These guys broke items I have not been reimbursed for charged me for things not in the original quote and then we were charged almost twice what we were quoted for the move. Absolutely horrible customer service, extremely unprofessional and apparently they rob customers while holding their belongings hostage. Do yourself a favor and do not hire these people.

I was fortunate enough to have had Jon help me on a big move. After my latest experience with this company, I will be using them on all future moves. Genuinely caring and considerate professionals.

Overall , my review does not reflect the hard work of the movers.The 3 gentlemen were great and put in hard work towards my move . My extreme disappointment with the sales team at All My Sons . They misspoke about the product , the pricing and the service overall . I will start with the pricing , when I spoke to the representative months before my move, I was affirmed that my move would be under my budget of $700 overall. My Wife and I have a small one bed apartment and we live quite minimally , so I saw no point in spending any more than that . However, my move was $1100- yes that is right $1100 for a very small move . Next , I was never told about the packaging cost -I was told about this a week before my move but not on the initial call. Overall , I was charged $149 to bubble wrap two televisions and 3 pieces of furniture . All costing me probably &15-$20 to do on my own. Next, I was told that if I called early I could get the earliest move for the day, so I did. I was shocked when the guy told me I would be the last move because the size of my move . NOT IN FACT FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!Lastly, I was told that labor cost did not include transportation cost . This is in fact not accurate - you are charged both labor and transportation while the men are on the road . Overall- the sales women sold me on what were my budgeting criteria which were completely not obtainable by their cost . My jaw dropped when I heard the final price!!Nearly double my budget . I am often telling colleagues in my Military and civilian life products to use . Please shop around before considering this company . I did call to speak about my concerns and was told that I should have read the fine print.

We called and made an appointment to be the second move of the day, 3 guys. My husband moved everything ALONE the entire day in the rain and 2 guys finally showed up at 5pm. My husband asked them what happened and they said after our last job they asked us if we wanted to do another and we said yes but we had the option to say no. So basically not only were we not a priority but if these guys hadnt said yes NO ONE would have showed up for our move AT ALL. After reading the reviews about their customer service I wont waste my time calling. The guys who helped us for the last hour of the day were fine and we do not blame them but this is definitely the most absurd mover I have ever hired. They are not at all cheap to make up for the terrible quality service so definitely keep looking.

The team was great cam out and busted there but this weekend! The weather was horrible it was cold windy and pouring outside. I was concerned about my things getting wet but MJ Eli and Carlos did a great job wrapping everything. Could not have been more happy!

AVOID this moving company at ALL COSTS!!! This moving company is very unprofessional and damaged thousands of dollars worth of goods. Not to mention the men that moved my stuff kept swearing Infront of my toddler and complaining everytime they had to move an object. They broke my TV & furniture and only reimbursed 100$, for thousands of dollars worth of damage. && they charged me extra to wrap my TV with a filthy bedding blanket. Like really?! Not to mention they charged 1300$ for less than a mile move. That is unreasonable. This moving company has truly been a nightmare. I would not recommend this to anyone. Took care of my entire move for me with ease, Didnt damage a single thing and were punctual and professional.

I have moved four times with All my Sons  moving company and they are simply amazing. . Eric and Israel were prompt and on time, courteous and polite throughout my move. They took very good care of all of my stuff and wrapped it all nice and everything made it undamaged and unharmed. I am happy yet again they were able to help me out on such short notice thank you and thank you for all your hard work. Even during the corona pandemic they wore their masks and they were very careful with everything.O2

Awful moving service provided. Damaged all pieces to our bedroom set. Chunks of material broken of legs on dresser. Furniture was only wrapped in plastic and not wrapped in moving blankets. There warranty will barely cover for someone to get out to the house.Spoke with multiple people and kept on being transferred. Very careless workmanship. Don’t seem to care about the job just getting it done early.

Let me start by saying that these guys sent Moe, Larry, and Curly to move me from my apartment to my new home. One admitted he was very hung over from a hard night of drinking, but he still hustled. He was the good one of the bunch. One was a nervous dope and the 3rd one....oh boy.....was clearly coming down off of something other than marijuana. I suspect meth/heroine. He was polite and courteous though. They all were actually. Moving into that apartment was not easy at all and neither was moving out. So for what they had to deal with, they actually did a pretty good job. They wrapped all my furniture. Nothing (that I know of yet) is missingReasons for the 2 star rating:1. They broke a desk. I wasnt happy but there wasnt much I could do about it because it was moving day.2. One of the guys was very clearly on something other than marijuana and this is who they let into my home to move my belongings. As I said, he was very polite, courteous, respectful and friendly. But still......3. They took a pit stop somewhere that I was charged for.4. Getting the moving truck down the driveway was a very interesting show to watch. Especially when they took down the phone line that I now have to pay to have put back up.5. No one spotted the driver going in or out of the driveway.For all of this anxious frustration I was charged $834 for moving a small 2 bedroom apartment in Portsmouth, RI to Johnston, RI.You make the call on whether or not thats reasonable.

This was the worst mistake Ive ever made. First off all the movers were there for an hour and a half. But for some reason I was charged $733.13. I have tried to get the owner to rectify this situation, but he still hasnt called me back. Please do your research for other moving companies. Taking advantage of a 100% Totally Disabled Veteran is not Cool. I will not give anyone a good recommendation for this moving company. BEWARE OF OVER CHARGES AND CHARGES FOR ITEMS THEY NEVER USED. The movers themselves were very good except we noticed after unpacking for a week our artwork isnt here. They left early mid move to go to another account. If you have something broken they send you a pdf form that needs to be scanned and sent back. People dont have scanners or a printer. When they F up its going to be a hassle for you to recoup anything. Wouldnt use the company again.

So I contacted them and had such a good experience with set up they got my hopes up. Team got here, they looked around as I pointed out what I needed done- a single tiny 1 room of an appartments worth. They went down and they left. I understand that this place isnt clean, I got that they arent here to clean up trash and everyone had masks and gloves. But not even discussing a fee, not working with me at all to get me relocated no discussion of options. Im highly disappointed. I was left sobbing on the phone as the coordinator said that they couldnt do anything. Do you think I want to keep living here? Do you think I feel comfortable? Heartbroken physically disabled 28 year old women left crying. Wait till my bosses and coworkers at CVS Corporate hear about this experience.

I will start this review off by saying this is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. The manager of this company, Mike, is incredibly rude, unprofessional, abrasive, and difficult to work with and I honestly do not know how he still has a job here after looking into the other awful reviews about him, which says something about the company as a whole. We had originally set up a time with the corporate office and provided in detail how much stuff that we had and received a quote for $500-600. A few days before the move, I got a call from Mike from the field office to confirm the details of the move and was told between 8-9AM. The day before the move, I called the office to confirm the time with Mike and again, we confirmed between 8-9AM. By 10:30, nobody had showed up and my fiancé had called and mentioned that we were told between 8-9AM. Mike lied and told her that he never said that and what he had instead said was “around 11AM”. By 11:30 nobody had showed up, and I personally called and mentioned the original 8-9AM window, to which Mike then became combative, rude, and defensive before finally admitting he had indeed said 8-9AM in the first place but attributed that to “human error” and the movers would not be there until around 1PM. The movers did not end up coming until well after 3PM. This was inconvenient for us because the building we were moving into did not allow moves after 4PM. I understand the nature of a “human error”, but to provide 2 other false times only for the movers to show up 6 hours late is simply unacceptable. On top of that, the movers told us that the move would cost well over $1500, which is an incredible jump from the original $500-600 quote. We ended up cancelling because we wouldn’t have been able to move into our new building after 4PM anyways, to which we were then told by the mover that we would get our $100 deposit back. One week later, we still did not see that refund, so we called customer service at the corporate office who then transferred us to Mike. When we mentioned that the movers told us we would get our deposit back, he said that the movers didn’t have any authority over that and that he himself would “certainly never refund the deposit”, even after the incredible inconvenience this company has caused us. I then hung up and called the corporate customer service office again and was told that they had no authority over our refund either and we would ultimately have to go through Mike. It’s ridiculous that the corporate office has no authority over something like this, which truly says something about the company itself if someone as unprofessional as Mike is still allowed to work here. I am highly disappointed and will be highly recommending anybody that is considering this company to AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You’re better off finding literally any other company.

While the two movers were very nice, and worked quickly and efficiently once they arrived, they did not come until 5pm when we had an 11am move time. In addition, I was not told ahead of time there was an additional 1 hour of travel time tacked onto every bill, so the 2 hour minimum is actually 2 hours + 1 hour of travel time. Youre only told this when they have your things on their truck, so you pay or you cant have your possessions. In addition, two items are missing that I believe were left on the truck, I saw one of the movers carry them out, but no one from the office will call me back. In summary, your appointment time means nothing, they bait and switch you on the prices, and then dont communicate if an issue arises after they leave.

They make you pay before unloading the truck. They damaged the house I left and items they moved. Still waiting for customer service to contact me. Ripped me off bad! WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER! Don’t fall for their LIES!Arrived 11 hours LATE, only to take a look at my things and tell me they could not complete the move that day because I had too much stuff (of course I had already described in detail the items to be moved). At that point I was going to switch to another company, but they persuaded me to give them another chance by offering me a discounted hourly rate. When they came back a few weeks later and I mentioned the promised discount they not only denied having offered it but were very OFFENSIVE and threatened to drive off with my furniture and auction it off! On top of that, the guys on the crew were clumsy, careless, and as a result several pieces of furniture were DAMAGED as well as my walls and banisters. I also had to ask them to wear MASKS (showed up without them) and constantly remind them to keep them on. Overall, a TERRIBLE experience, be smart and stay away from All My Sons Moving.

These guys called in the early am saying they would give me a discount on my rate if we moved up the moving time and that was a lie. They charged for packing when we packed everything ourselves. All our furniture was was damaged and things were missing. Then when you call about it they dont want to honor anything. Reporting these guys to the BBB. They have horrible business practices. Youre better off asking your grandparents for help moving than these guys. Complete rip off.

I should of checked the reviews before booking with them and giving them a deposit!I booked 2 weeks in advance, they called me to confirm 2 days before and at 4pm on the moving they said they could not make the move!!!! We have used All My Sons moving for our last few moves, and although we have been satisfied each time, this last move was the best! JEFFERSON and AMAURYS were so nice and so professional and worked extremely well together. They took all the stress of moving away from us. They are both really good at what they do. We will definitely continue to use this company in the future and will specifically request these two young men...they were wonderful! Our thanks again to both of them!!!

Absolute nightmare of a business!!! I was scheduled to move at 11 AM. Movers never arrived, all day every time I called Mike told me they would get to me eventually and to just wait for a call. They never called me. Finally when I called back at 8 PM, they told me they could not move me on that day but would arrive at 8 AM the next morning. Again, they never arrived. They stopped picking up the phone and did not return any of my calls. I had placed a deposit on the move which they clearly intended to pocket without showing up. DO NOT hire these people under any circumstances, YOU WILL get screwed!!!!!

Manager was rude when setting up moving service. Once I got to the new location they wanted payment before unloading and price was different from what they originally quoted. Never use this company you will be disappointed and upset.

Waited all day and was told at 4pm that they could reschedule...3 days later.Got another moving company to do the job one day later and I gladly paid them.Will never use this company ever again.

Don’t hire the providence team to do your move ! They aren’t professional . They swear the whole time ! Can care less about your furniture and all they do is complain about how heavy your furniture is the entire time . They quote you a low price over the phone to get you to book and then the bill comes out to double and you have no choice but to pay or they won’t unload ! They operations manager is no use and shouldn’t even be in management ! Save yourself the aggravation and hire professionals !

I would have given no stars if possible. The company showed up 1.5 hrs late claiming they had mirror issues on the truck. After we called the office and were told they were on the way, they still took over an hour to arrive. Upon arrival the movers gathered my belongings I had approx. 20 bags that were not heavy, 4 pieces of furniture and a mattress. Upon inspection after the move both of my mirrors were shattered, my dresser was broken, my trunk lugs were almost fallen off and what’s worse is they put the mirrors facing toward the wall so we wouldn’t notice. They damaged more than the 700$ it cost to hire them. DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS IN PROVIDENCE OR RI!!! The quote may be less, but you will be sorry after. We tried to call and the manager and he was extremely rude and attempted to shame my mom. Complexity sexist and unacceptable behavior from a business.

Dishonest, overcharging, and unprofessional. The movers showed up two hours early and then proceeded to load everything into the truck as we brought it out from the house, rather than according to size or best fit. They rushed us and were rude as well. Then they claimed there wasnt space for the rest of our belongings, because of the way theyd filled the truck! Worst of all was they did NOT honor the quoted price wed gotten verbally by phone and in writing by email, and instead charged us almost double while holding our belongings in the truck so we had no choice. Never. Again. Go elsewhere!

They never showed up.Im so baffled that a company could be this bad. They literally never showed up or gave me any indication that they were not able to make the scheduled time.10 minutes past the scheduled time, I called and they said that the movers are held up in their first move but would be here in 30 minutes. 2 hours later, I called and he reiterated that they got held up but wouldnt give an updated time or confirmation. It is now 6.5 hours later and any call goes to voicemail.This was scheduled a month in advance, and I called a second time to confirm that the scheduled time would work. Im unable to return the moving truck I rented on time and am trying to call in favors to get the bulky item into my apartment.Never, ever use this company

Bad place to work at they screw you over on your pays

This is not a business, it is a scam. Do not even consider doing business with them. Scheduled a local move a month in advance, a few days prior to our apartment lease ending. Day one, they never came, nor did they notify us. Weak excuses when we called.....promised to be at our place the next day at 10am. No show. No call. When we called they promised to be there at 1. No show. Nor at 3. We cancelled and called Uhaul. I repeat...do not use them It would be a public service if they went out of business and let reliable movers do the job.

Literally just called to get pricing and I was hung up on. I guess they didnt want my business. Very unprofessional and obviously poor customer service.

This is not a high end moving company. You cannot blame the staff, it was clear they had not been trained properly, in regards to packing/wrapping and moving and organizing. They didnt even have proper supplies such as basic rug bags or large mirror boxes (as oppose to one size large bag for all items and one size mirror boxes). Leaving the staff to make shift as they went along. I have had a dozen properties bought and sold, and moved. Make your life easier - use a professional. Again the young adults couldnt have been nicer, it was just clear they had not been trained properly. There is clear, correct way to pack/wrap and move things. There are great packing supplies out there. It appeared to me they trying to salvage materials used, which I can appreciate no being wasteful, but for the company not to supple proper rug bags (as oppose to large over sized bags) and proper larger mirror boxes (as opposed to one size). I would send photos but the way it was packed into storage was horrifying. I cannot even pull one item out without the chance of thighs coning crashing down.

I would rate this 0 stars if it let me. I used this company to move me from one house to another. I had an absolutely horrific experience. These two men tried to overcharge me and had me pay before they were done moving me into my home! NOT to mention after I paid and complained to them about the amount they stopped moving me didn’t finish moving me and said they are done and went into the truck. It was absolutely disgusting they took advantage of a college girl. They were also 4 and a half hours late to move me! I am appalled that I had to experience such disrespect and had to feel so uncomfortable. Don’t use this company.

They are horrible. They were 2 hours late for my grandma and stole her stuff and broke furniture. They quit and somebody else had to finish the job. They overcharged my uncle.

Kevin and Eric unloaded our truck within an hour and got all of our belongings where we wanted them. They were so polite and attentive. I would recommend All My Sons to anyone moving.

Please seek a different Company. I had called asking for quote on pricing to lift a loveseat from downstairs to the second floor on the same apartment. I had told $125 an hour and won’t go any higher since it is only one item from downstairs to upstairs. I was told someone is on their way and waited 3 hours until someone arrive. The job took them 10-15 minutes and got charged $225. My loveseat is now scratch and ripped.

The guys that did the move were great but they charged for hours not spent working. No response from Dan in RI. Do not use use this company unless you want to get screwed.

After booking my move over 3 months in advance and confirming it twice, they called me at the time they were supposed to arrive at my house to tell me they couldn’t staff my move after all. This was a huge bummer because my lease ended that day. I feel as though this may have been a blessing in disguise, though, because I began calling around to other moving companies, all of whom were well aware of the scams and unreliable service of All My Sons. I used “Two Young Studs” instead and had a fantastic experience, even though my move reservation was extraordinarily last minute!

We had an extremely stressful move. Eli, Alex and Luis were thorough, patient and kind. They went above and beyond to assist our family!! The manager Dan also was very helpful and understanding. We cant thank them enough.

These movers moved in new neighbors two doors down last week into our Portsmouth community. One of the employees came over to borrow an Allen wrench set to assemble furniture. They never return the set. I asked the new neighbors a few days later if they had my wrenches. They didn’t know about the wrenches and kindly offered to replace. It’s not the cost but the principle. They suck.

Be careful. They canceled the day before my elderly mother was schedule to move out. How awful & stressful. Thankfully Hogans moving company did a huge favor & stepped up in a pinch! Also 2 Young Studs moving company felt awful & were ready to help as well. I don’t recommend All my Sons. They seem to overbook & leave elderly people stranded.

Booooooooo! This place is the worst. They left us hanging two days in row. We booked our move weeks ago and they never showed up. Lied to us for two days.We had to rent an U-Haul and do they move by ourselves. Do not hire these jokers.

Worst experience that I ever had. If I could-I’d give them zero stars. The movers damaged the piano and denied it. I contacted the company- the employee was condescending and didn’t care about the damage. avoid this company!!

Moving across the state to a new home, Eli and his crew showed up a few minutes early and immediately went to work. Very efficient and communicative, the whole move was finished on time and at the promised price. Highly recommended.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. BUYER BEWARE!! I hired all my sons moving to move from one residential home to another on a Saturday, everything left the old house without an issue, including a box containing expensive liquor & wine, the box was open as the bottles were too big for it to close. Sadly that box did not make it to my new home. We moved on a Saturday and when we went looking for this box on Sunday it was no where to be found. We reviewed the security camera footage from the unloading of the truck and they never made it off, all I can assume at this point is that the two men who moved us, stole it. I called the office on Monday morning at 9am to be told that they were going to look in all the trucks and call me right back. No call back. I called again at 1pm, this time stating that I was sure it was stolen by the movers. I was told that they were going to take 10 minutes to look in the trucks and call me right back. Its 4:10 pm as I write this review and no call back from the company, when I called back again no one has picked up. I am now forced to take matters up with my credit card company to get this resolved. I am completely dissatisfied at the way they have handled this situation and the appalling customer service. All My Sons is not trustworthy at all. Absolutely horrible!!!!!!

They didn’t even show up the first day ,, they said they would be here at 11 am and continued to lie to us through the day. next they said they would be here 9am the next morning. we call at 10 and they say they “refuse” to complete our service , after the deposit was already down... extremly dissapointed. terrible service , and not sure why this company is even still running

Dont hire this company. Manager is horrible. Hidden fees quoted $200 got bill for$700 . Was a day late on moving never called just didnt show up a Day Late. Called and the boss lied saying they are on the way and never came. 2hrs late the following day and charged three times the amount. Bosses response pay it or we take your furniture.Horrible Service

That movers did not come back after lunch and complete the move. Michael, the operations manager, was then totally unprofessional and unresponsive trying to fix the situation. DO NOT HIRE

All my sons is the standard in the industry. They are quick, efficient, responsible, and most importantly reasonable. I have used them twice for moves in the Boston area, and they have been nothing short of great. From mike in the office to the guys on the truck, all my sons is as professional and as first class as it gets in all aspects. Thanks again.

Giving one star because there’s not an option to give zero stars. My move was confirmed one week prior to the move date, and an inventory had been given to the sales manager. Two days before the move I received a call from Michael who said he was the owner. He asked me to re-inventory and when we did he said the price would go up. It went up by two times the original quote. He was not only arrogant, but also confrontational and downright rude. This is my experience, so read the reviews of others too. This company is terrible. I ended up going with Correira brothers who did an excellent job for half the price. Spend your money well with a company that is reputable.

Warning! Do not hire this company. They did not show up for my scheduled move, the rep on the phone could not care less about the predicament they left me in, and then did not return my $100 deposit. Please heed my warning, do not trust this company to actually show up for you.

I hired them and a lot of my very Fragile items were destroyed items that I can’t ever replace again. There customer service is terrible and deserve no stars at all. I tried calling multiple times and was hanged up on I will be taking them to court for my items damaged so guys please becareful this is not the company you wanna rely on when it come to you precious items.

Were told they would be here by 11, the same day we were told it was now going to be between 11-2, we got to the house started getting ready and then we’re told it wouldn’t be until 6 at the latest, I don’t know how a company can manage to make money with such a bad business plan. How can a moving company give someone who lives 3.5 hours away a 7 f*ucking hour window of when they might, MIGHT be there. Hands down one of the worst and most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever seen let alone had to deal with. I would 1000% not recommend this company to anyone friend or foe this is one of the worst things I’ve had to deal with. Ended up having to cancel and move it ourselves so thanks for the for the help moving. 0/10 would never recommend, stay away at all costs.

I used them the other day. The movers were on time, They called to let me know they were 15 minutes away. Mike let me know how much I was going to pay, he was spot on. The movers explained everything to me BEFORE they even lifted a finger. Also before leaving my house they asked “are you sure those are the only items? Because we can’t come back.” I would definitely use them again.

Sneaky business practices. I thought I had done my research when I hired them. Rates seemed reasonable, $149 per hour 2 hour minimum. I didn’t have a lot to move. I thought the movers were super efficient when they shrink wrapped my couch and used bubble wrap on a table. WRONG. they CHARGED me for all of these “supplies” mind you they never asked Me if I wanted mattress bags or any of these other “supplies” once they got the furniture to my new house they told me they wouldn’t let my things off of the truck until I paid the extra fees ! Complete scam artists. Make sure you read the fine print. They even charged an astronomical charge for TAPE. Oh and by the way they damaged one of my walls. Where’s my compensation for that. These companies should realize that trying to make that extra money( in my case hundreds) is going to get you bad reviews!

Great customer service

I was scheduled to move from a one bedroom apartment to another one bedroom apartment. I was given a four hour window from 12:00 until 4:00 pm. I never received a single call from the movers regarding the status of my move. At 3:30 I contacted the moving company and was informed they were on the way. I waited another hour and called back to find out if they were still coming. The customer service representative was rude and stated he would contact the moving team and get back with me. Finally at 5:30 pm, I received a call from customer service stating they would not be able to make it. If they would have kept me updated, the delay would not have bothered me as much. After this miserable experience, I decided to move myself. If you are searching for a reliable mover, avoid All My Sons Moving.

Movers were professional and accommodating. Took great care in handling furniture. Never complained with temp near 100! Worked quickly and efficiently. Michael was great with follow up and availability. Will recommend them and would definitely use them again!

If I could give this company a minus review, I WOULD! The crew was the best part...hard working...showed up on time and even called to let us know what time they would be arriving. Its the management and the people that run the company that are dishonest and have poor customer service. Its also the estimator that should be let go! I was told that he was one of their best and had been there for awhile and my response was that if he was an employee of mine, then hed be fired! His estimate was way off and the hidden fees are over the top. They tried to double bill us for the fuel charge as well! They told us that the overnight charge was $250 per night BUT they neglected to tell us that it was $250 per night PER TRUCK! And we had 2 trucks. I will NEVER use this company again and hope that potential clients will read their reviews.

This company is both dishonest and unreliable. Was scheduled for a morning office move and confirmed with multiple employees at the company. After waiting until 2:30pm the day of the move we were told the truck was still outside of Boston and didnt have an estimated time of arrival but would be before 9pm!! Was never given this information in advance. Gentlemen on the phone continued to make up different stories when the crew would arrive. Ended up canceling the job and office wasnt moved. DO NOT USE!!

The best

They were terrible. They showed up late and charged us because they couldn’t deliver the same day as planned. Their truck had a hole in the roof and it was raining so all our boxes in that area were soaked through and many things were damaged. Our furniture was banged up too. They may have been cheaper than others but there’s a reason! Don’t hire these people if you care about your belongings.

The Best Move Ever. I have moved 3 times in the last 12 years (and many times before that). This was the best move ever. The customer contact people were knowledgeable and friendly. The movers were the best part, though. They were very quick, but also very careful. They were experienced and treated even some of my junky furniture with care. They treated my antiques with extremely special care. They were smart about corners and didnt nick or ding anything. And they were funny, friendly and personable. They made a stressful day actually fun. I wish I had known about All My Sons 15 years ago!!

They quoted me to expect the 3 hour minimum at $119 an hour. Final cost was $660...I asked for an itemized bill twice, once to the movers and once to customer service. It was never received. They charged me $100 for bubble wrap for a 3x4 foot mirror. $100 dollars?!?!Do not use these people for a small move at the very least.Screw this predatory company.See below for longer review of experience.Both the local and the initial screener for my call both claimed the move should take well under 2 hours. The move ended up taking 4.25 hours for a final cost of around $660 (and $40 to tip them both...) - the drive was 19 minutes. 2 hours to load a single bedroom of furniture (2 dressers, a desk, a nightstand, a small 4x3 rug, and a queen mattress), as well as 8 boxes, a shelf, a coffee table, and a simple wire bedframe??? Then 2 hours to move the stuff into a single-story home with 2 items going in the basement. Local branch said it should cost $360 just to hit the minimums driving time and loading because the move shouldnt take long it being the smallest state. Said it should be 20 minute drive, 30 minutes to load, 30 minutes to unload. I would have bought new furniture for the cost of the move if I had been quoted correctly.The movers showed up moving extremely slow getting out of the truck and getting to starting moving - it took 1.5 hours for them to just pack the truck. They both smelled of weed. They said I would be sent an itemized bill, which never came. Nor did a copy of the quote + forms I signed, even though he promised they would be sent.

The crew was friendly, hard working and professional. They were very accommodating and got the move done with ease. We lived on the third floor as well with no elevators. I will be using this company again on my next move! Highly recommended!

Would give less stars if I could. Like other reviews stated- they gave us a window of time and then proceeded to never show up or let us know they were not coming. On our third time calling them at 5:30 pm we were informed they would not be coming.Could not say enough bad things about how awful they were, do NOT use them

I had the worst experience with this moving company! I had contacted the company on November 21st to ask for a move- in date of December 21st in the morning, they immediately took my deposit. The day before the move i was contacted and given a time window of 12-4 on December 21st (not the time i requested, but i know i am not their only customer so i understood and didnt question the time window provided). On 12/21 i was also reassured that the move would be completed within that time window. Fast forward to 3:45ish on 12/21 no call and no one arrived, I called the number provided and Daniel advised me that they were still on the first move and that the movers would arrive shortly after he also promised me he would do whatever he could to make sure this move would be completed ( he sounded extremely sincere). Daniels excuse was that the movers scheduled to move my things called out and he had no one to complete my move (im assuming my move wasnt costly enough for them to prioritize). Now its 4:15 no call and no one has arrived, Daniel tells me that he is sorry, but that the move would not be completed today (its friday on a weekend before christmas there is no way i could get another moving company or even rent a truck at this time). I cried, i screamed and begged for them to at least come out the next day (i like to be 100% honest about my part in the matter as well). After saying no a few times he finally agreed to place me on the morning schedule for the next day. I called back to ask for a time window and Mike answered advised me that they were making the schedule and would return the call in 2 minutes, I did not receive call back. I called again at 7am on the morning of the rescheduled date to ask for a time and was not given one because it was too early and they just got in, I called back at 7:30 am and was finally given a time window of 8:30am to 9:30am. Thankfully they arrived, no one apologized, no one ever contacted me after the review and no discounts provided for the inconvenience and stress caused by this company. (I used them previously around this same time last year and they were great) I will never again use this company or recommend them to anyone. I will tell this story every time im asked about a moving company. The movers were great and it was not their fault that management is incompetent and unprofessional so i tipped them accordingly for their service.

This company was hired by my tenant Spring 2018 to move into my rental home. Upon leaving the property, the moving van hit our fence and knocked it over. At first, the company denied the hitting the fence, even when we saw them do it. Its been over 4 months of dealing with them and my fence is still not fixed. My phone calls emails go unanswered. The person we are dealing with told me to get him a quote to repair the fence. I got him a quote 2 months ago, and he still hasnt fixed the fence. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. My next step is to call the Better Business Bureau. Dont waste your time on this company. They will take your money, ruin your property, and then take no responsibility for it. My tenant even paid for extra insurance in the event anything was broken!

Pros - staff was great. Three friendly, super hard working movers. They didn’t drag out the move at all and went as quickly and carefully as possible to get me the best price. Furniture was in good condition after we moved. They took care of wrapping furniture for us and reassembling anything they needed to take apart.Cons - they showed up later than expected. That wasn’t their fault (previous job went much longer than expected) and no one picked up when I called after 3:45 pm. The price was right for us (we were minimum since our move was under two hours) but I could see why some people would say it’s expensive (but it really is worth it).Overall, I’d use them again without question as long as they are easier to get in touch with on moving day.

Really liked using this service. Their customer service from the time I requested their help through the truck pulling away was great. The price is fair as well. The movers were on time, efficient, and friendly. Hard workers!

They sounded very nice on the phone but cancelled our move less than 24 hours before it was scheduled, because their piano mover was suddenly out of the country. They said in no uncertain terms that they would not sub-contract a piano mover and that wed have to find one and pay them ourselves. Dont waste your time with this company if youre looking for a stress-free move.

I filled out their online information and someone immediately called me. We walked through what size home I was moving from, the address I was moving from and to, how many beds I had, if there was anything heavier than usual, what kind of place I was moving to (home vs apt). I was given a verbal quote, in detail, for the number of people they recommended and roughly how long they thought it would take...because the man on the phone said my home was only a few miles from their office in RI, which luckily for me would save me a little bit on the time rate. I was fairly pleased with the rate and they said they would email me the written estimate. Great! Only, I didnt get the email. So, I called later the next day and a woman answered and confirmed that the man I spoke with the day before didnt write down my email address correctly. She corrected it and said she would send me the estimate. Ok! Great, thank you. Only...I didnt get the email again. So, for the third time I called and asked if they could email the estimate. The man I spoke with was pretty rude right from the start. He wanted to start the process all over again. Asking me what size house I have, how many rooms. I told him I could give him my customer # and that Id already received the estimate the other day over the phone I just wanted the confirmation in writing. He said - Well who came to your house to give you the estimate? I told him no one, someone had walked through their rates with me over the phone. He said - Oh, well then you talked to someone in our main office in TX. They cant email you anything. I told him I didnt know what he was talking about but the person I spoke with originally informed me that I lived near the office, and either way, I WAS given an estimate over the phone and they DID tell me, twice, that they would email it to me. Then he got snippy. He told me...Im sorry youre confused, but Ive been doing this for X years and I can assure you no one would give you an estimate and you did talk to someone in Texas. Wow. Really? Ok...at that point, I just said I guessed it was probably best if I didnt use their service because this was a lot of hassle just to get what they told me they were going to send me. He agreed and said I should probably look elsewhere since I was confused. I think he was the original person I spoke with too! Very condescending and rude for no reason. I was set to book them. All I wanted was the estimate they offered to send to me! Ill be sure to tell anyone who asks they should use this service. They dont seem to know what they procedures are for booking. Not sure Id trust that theyd show up or not try and tell me I owe them more and I was confused about the estimate they never sent me. I agree with several other reviewers. The office people are deceitful and unprofessional.

Got off to a rocky start as they were two hours later than the confirmed time. However, I was in a last minute bind in a difficult situation. My Team of Eric, Jose and Pickles were absolutely wonderful. They completed the move quickly despite a few obstacles and helped me get to the end of a crappy situation! Thank You! Jeremy and Mike in the office were a great help too!
