My experience with Pool Source has honestly been the worst service experience of my life. We bought an above-ground pool, and after Pool Source took our deposit, they did nothing. They didnt even order the pool. The contractor they recommended stopped responding. I had to email them every week just to get them to order what I paid for. To top it off, when we got our pool 14 months later, they ripped the liner when delivering.Looking back at positive reviews, I see all of the 5-star reviews are from people who got in-ground pools, so I believe the only way to get good service from them is to spend a certain dollar threshold. If you dont have it, please go somewhere else.

Bought a hot tub in November 2020 from Pool Source. Staff was knowledgeable and worked with us through a tough time considering that stock was low and demand was high. They helped us through the whole process from selection, needed prep work, and delivery. Delivery team was on time and wasted no time. We return for supplies and questions and will keep with them. Definitely recommend.

We have been Pool Source customers ever since we moved to a house with a pool. We also bought a hot tub from them many years ago, and it is just now showing signs of its age. They test our water and tell us exactly what we need to do to keep the water sparkling and clear. Theyre always on target with their advice. Just today, we were there checking out hot tubs because we think ours, after almost two decades, will need replacing. Some people we know have said their prices are a bit high, but with all the help theyve given us and the quality of their products, we think the prices are worth it. As long-time customers, we recommend them.

Terrible! Have gone there the past 4 years to have our shark serviced. Didnt do a thorough job. I called this year about buying a new motor and was told that they werent servicing any new customers! Well, they certainly lost our business.

My pump didn’t work and they figure it out right away on time on schedule so my pool wouldn’t lose chlorine level or any chemicals great job guys keep the work up and thank you I will definitely be back

If I could give The Pool Source more stars I would. The team at The Pool Source (I dealt with T.J, Ken, and Dan) are so focused on building relationships and providing outstanding customer service. From start to finish of our in ground pool installation they were upfront, transparent, kind, and on-time with everything.Their recommendations for electrical, fence, and pavers have been great. In fact, they all communicate with one another, which made the process so much easier for us.We were on vacation for a few weeks and Dan and his team worked until 8pm the night before we returned to surprise us with a pool that was ready to swim in.My husband called yesterday afternoon to ask if we could have someone come out and get us started with chemicals. One hour later a technician was at our house and he (Mark) gave us such thorough instructions and tips.I have friends who started the same process and still haven’t broken ground!We recommend The Pool Source for all pool services!

Knowledgeable staff, but on the high side for prices.

We purchased a home and for 3 years had a rip in our liner. No one would service us and the price quotes for fixing the liner as well as our collapsed line were ridiculous. Finally we found out through research that our original liner was purchased through the Pool Source. The team not only quoted a price more than a grand less than the competition, they were also half the price for our collapsed line. Brandon and TJ were awesome. The team that did the work were professional and prompt. Not only that, when I struggled getting the line primed, Brandon stopped by on his way to work to help me and teach me some tricks. Thank you all. We are a customer for life.

How nice to find a pool and spa supplier that is open Thanksgiving week! Like a dope I let myself run out of chlorine for the hot tub. Every place I knew to get it was either out of stock or closed for the season. Amazon will take more than a week because of the nature of the material versus shipping in UPS trucks. Brian at Pool Source was able to hook me up! Happy soaker, here!

Ive needed little service on my Hot Springs tub, but The Pool Source service team was there when I needed them to move my tub or keep it running. Great service and products, I still use my hot tub nearly every day, year in and year out.Over all this time, The Pool Source remains one of my favorite businesses in Rhode Island.

My husband and I have been using The Pool Source since 2005 when the home we purchased here in Cranston came with a pool. Weve always found the staff pleasant and knowledgeable. They have gone out of their way to order parts that we needed for our pool that wasnt a normally stocked part. Their staff also gets an A++ from me for being patient with my husband who can talk an ear off while trying to get advice or information.As for the negative review left by Aj M (AKA as Aden Mott, owner of Legends Creek Farm in Foster RI). Id take anything that man says with a grain of salt. Hes a negative nelly who takes great satisfaction from berating small businesses online. Especially it seems, those owned by women. My own business has been subjected to one of his over-exaggerated tirades. All you have to do is look at the reviews he has left for other businesses here and on Yelp. You can see what nice guy he is. If you own a business and see this guy coming...do yourself a favor and run the other direction and fast.

I can’t recommend pool source enough. We went in on a whim and with the helpOf the pool source over the course of the next month we will have a patio, hot tub and all of the electrical work to make everything run smooth. Both of the folks we worked with Brandon and David were professional and kind not to mention knowledge and understanding. I have two kids who were anything but quiet and they were both very understanding and didn’t mind the chaos that kids bring. I recently purchased a hot tub from The Pool Source and Andrew and his sales team were amazing. I was not home when they deliverd the tub, so Andrew came on his day off to teach me how it works. He didnt have to do that. We are considering a pool next year, and will utilize The Pool Source if possible.

THEIR EMPLOYEES CAME OUT AND MEASURED AND INSTALLED THE COVER. WHEN WE OPENED THE POOL THIS SPRING THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE COVER. THEY WERE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY. AFTER THEY CAME OUT AND TOOK PICTURES I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. IVE BEEN CALLING ALL SUMMER, THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE CAN NOT BE BOTHERED TO HELP. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I FINALLY EMAILED THE OWNER BRIAN REALL AND NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM. I CALLED AND GOT THE MANAGER BRANDON HE ACTED LIKE I WAS BOTHERING HIM AND TOLD ME THAT MY CLAIM WAS DENIED BUT I COULD DEAL WITH THE MANUFACTURER MYSELF.THESE PEOPLE COULDNT CARE LESS ABOUT YOU. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR POOL SERVICE/SUPPLIES!!!
