Paid in full for a hot tub months ago, no hot tub, nothing but excuses. Ive been given about five different dates. Now I dont even get a return call or my money back. Now Ill have to call an attorney. With so many other places to purchase, I definitely recommend going somewhere else

Bought new spa in July. Had a large crack in it. Its been 2 months and no one will call us back and replace it or fix it. None of the lights are the same color at once, jet fly out when on. I paid 8 grand for a cracked tub. Still havent received the filters I paid for either. Save yourself from being ripped off.....

It’s interesting to see so many ‘wonderful’ reviews regarding Carol.One has to wonder the validity of these reviews. She must have a lot of family members.The only time Carol was responsive was during the buying process.It is understandable that delays will happen during times like these. However, customer service is the make or break of a great company. And based on this companies customer service, it’s a miracle their doors are still open.The lack of communication and blatant disregard for the customer concern/inquiries is terrible.I would have more success with communication if I tied a note to a birds foot and hoped he’d find his way there.If being ignored and absent customer service is your thing. Make sure to head on down Aqua Living in RI and make sure to ask for Carol. While you are there, can you check to see if my homing pigeon named Carl is there too. Thanks.

Warning:do not buy accessories from this vendor..we would have loved to have given a 5 star rating because the whirlpool is great at a great price,however 2 of the 3 accessories(start up chemical kit and extra 3 pack filters )never arrived.and you need these to get going..5 phone calls and 2 months later with promise they will come and nothing arrived..very ,very,very,very,very frustrating...we finally gave up and contacted our bank for a partial refund on those items today(191$)..advice:get your chemicals,filters,etc.ahead of time from a local pool or hot tub company....

I LOVE MY SWIM SPA!!!!!! Taking into consideration the COVID-19 world we live in my experience with Carol was exceptional. She was very attentive to my needs which weren’t many. Her customer service skills were amazing, I had an issue with my music she immediately had someone out to my house and it was fixed immediately. Carol Benoit was very accommodating to our schedule and knowledgeable about the hot tubs. She responded immediately via phone and/or email when we had questions after our initial visit to the factory. She made this process extremely easy! After purchasing my hot tub it was delivered the next day on Christmas Eve....the two men (forgot names, sorry!) who delivered and took away my old hot tub did a fantastic job..In and out in about an hour and put new hub in place. A pleasure to do business with...and oh yeah, the quality of the hot tub is very good and the prices are unbeatable!

3 months now and no hot tub. Cant get a hold of anyone. No one returns our calls. It was supposed to be delivered in 4-6 weeks. We expected some delay due to COVID-19. The only return call we got was that it would be delivered on 7/5. That came and went and we have no returned calls and no returned emails. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Great hot tubs at an unbelievable price. We were so happy to find this place and get a beautiful hot tub with all the bells and whistles. It was a difficult delivery but the guys worked hard to get the hot tub exactly where we wanted it. Carol was superb and answered all of our questions.

Horrible place to buy a tub . I have purchased a tub around 5 k a year ago , with the tub I bought a cover and cleaning products such as filters , and others . A year later I still haven’t received my cover or my products. My tub is pretty much rotten ! I try to speak to them many times but they all seem not to know what is going on . I was never able to speak to a manager to solve my problem . By now I am fed up and ready to take my LEGAL actions . I would never buy anything from this place again ! Never .

We ordered a catalina Malibu swim spa we were told by the sales representative carol that it would come with everything 13,000.00 including a stero and speakers wifi steps railing we still waiting on steps to get into the swim spa , we received the swim spa in May wifi was not installed they sent us wifi no directions on how to install it. We also ordered separate nature 2 sticks and filters 150 for each pkg of these took till end of June to get after emailing constantly no one returned our calls we were told by LPI STERO WAS NEVER PART OF OUR ORDER SO WE WILL NOT BE RECEIVING IT BAIT AND SWITCH WE WERE TOLD THIS WAS PART OF IT BUT NOW THEY ARE SAY NOMake sure you get everything in writing they promise a lot that you don’t receive we are contacting bbb and attorney general also 2 months in an no stairs or railing my 4 year old grandson already fell off the ladder that we set up near the tub to get in and out these people are not a reputable company once they cash your check they don’t even answer the phone anymore this is not the end of this

We received our tub as ordered correct color and style, delivery also came when promised. Biggest issue and 3 star rating is due to lack of customer contact. The tub cover was delivered damaged we now are on our 4th month still waiting for the replacement. Our initial calls went unanswered even emails went unanswered for several weeks. I have since talked to Carol and Jeff they said the cover is on the way?? Its been 4 months still nothing, not looking forward to ever having to use the warranty probably wont ever get the service.

During our research and assessment of buying a hot tub, we called several times and Carol answered 90% of the time. She answered even the weirdest of questions without making us feel silly for asking. She didnt hard sell us at all and when we decided to buy from aqua living she explained all the corporate Bs so I could follow the time line. The tub .came in and delivery day was approaching so I called Carol. She instructed the delivery people to contact me for the delivery. This never happened. We were rescheduled and the delivery people never responded to Carol. Carol was professional throughout this part of the ordeal. We did have to pick up the tub in cranston RI, and we live 2 hours away. Carol made this work for us and we have no negative feedback about her handling of our particular situation. We set the tub up this weekend and are truly amazed with the power provided by the Jets. The interior and exterior of the tub are flawless. We got everything we bargained for.
