Called today to check availability of a product before placing a pick up order(because I’ve placed orders before and they always cancel them because their inventory is never accurate) and even though the app said they’ll item was in stock the employee on the phone told me that they didn’t have it. A bit after I walked in the store(same one I called) and guess what??? The item was right there very available and easy to find. Walgreens should hire people that really wants to help and enjoy customer service please!

Worst pharmacy I ever been too. Needed my medication they wouldnt fill it even though it was ready on that day. I wasnt able to pick it up the next day due to me working. Called my insurance company they said I was allowed to pick it up even 2 days early. Was a non narcotic prescription there are very unprofessional and wasnt trained for customer service. Alot of former customers have switched to cvs. Thinking about doing the same.. The only one that works there that has any compassion is Kristen. My mom is also thinking of doing the same switching to cvs

The manager and the lady working at the store today had no clue what either of them was doing, they got backed up and we’re going back and forth register to register the manager then gave her the drawer numbers to a mangers drawer..the lady kept running up a lady in back of us..they were also giving there cards to my husband to give to one another so unprofessional and literally this went on for ten minutes while line starts to build..literally seven times they were going back and forth, and the lady wouldn’t log out so the manager could ring us up..ridiculous.

Do NOT waste your time trying to schedule a COVID test here. I had 2 appointments cancelled on me last minute in the last week just to find out they don’t even do testing at this location. I don’t understand why I was able to even make these appointments here but, honestly, just update your website. This is inexcusable and ridiculous. Do better Walgreens.

Very rude lady at the pharmacy, she need training on customer service and if she is miserable and does not like there job she should not be there. Dropped off my prescription 3 hrs. Ago for them to tell me I had to wait for them to fill it because they did not know what doctor it was. So wait till I come in to pick up my prescription for you to ask me that when you guys have my phone number and simply could have called me. I will never go back to this location.

Im a visually disabled man with a heart condition. I take meds every day. While on an extended visit to Rhode Island, I came into this location to get a prescription filled prescribed by my Dr. in CA. The experience was like nothing Ive been through! If it were not for the location being near where Im staying, I would NEVER use this location!! I DO NOT reccomend this location to anyone!

Very rude whomever works at the pharmacy. Does it really take a couple hrs to fill 1 over the counter medication?! Conversation was just plain rude from this female staff. Im not even gonna bother going there.. will switch to another location.

The cashier was very friendly & helpful. I don’t usually shop at Walgreens but will try to because cvs is very annoying with their coupons and long sales slips. Their Coupons can’t be used if the item is on sale And practically the entire store is on sale

They have a lot of items at really great prices and the customer reps are always ready to help with a smile. The one cashier that I see all,the time is so nice!

I come here almost all the time & every worker Ive encountered including management are all so kind & very helpful. Make sure you sign up for a walgreens card if you havent already!

I always have a great experience with this store. Every person they hire is outgoing and available to help you. The store is neat, organized and affordable. There are a good variety of items. It may not have a drive thru or be open 24/7, but they always get orders/prescriptions right the first time. They even will fill K9 prescriptions. I love going here as they dont have the chaos and riff raff that CVS next door gets. They also have 2 working Redbox machines.
