This place sells the most top notch dxm. I go to this specific cvs for all of my dxm needs. Great staff, great service. They even have self checkout now!

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid for medication delivery. I got a notice that the delivery had been returned to the store because no one was home to receive it. My wife is a stay at home mom and I was working from home today. When I called the pharmacy to complain Katie told me to call the delivery company. I told her I paid CVS for the delivery not the other company and CVS should be the one to handle it. She told me she was not going to argue with me and hung up. I think its time to go with Walmart or Walgreens.

Went for a flu shot. Picked 10:40am and wasn’t seen until 11:20am. Wait is the reason for my 4 stars. Past that my experience was fantastic. I was helped by a gentleman and what seemed to me to be his helper or trainee. Both very nice and professional. I messed up my insurance on checkin, and they were able to fix it for me. I would go again for shots. Usually have slots available same day.

This is the worst customer service out of any store but lately they are all horrible. No one answers phones at all. Reservoir ave cvs the pharmacy has worst & miserable employees I have encountered. All the way to management & senior pharmacists. They r rude & treat people with no respect. Counter girls treat u like jerks & the wait for anything out of the pharmacy is ridiculous long wait.😡😡 Horrible

Do not go. try to stay away at all costs go to different CVS. Horrid.Half hour on hold so I hang up and call the store only for employees in Pharmacy to have NO IDEA about my Covid test questions. Unprofessional

Pharmacy and front ck out take way too long. Theres been times ive had to wait for hrs just for 1 script. Last time was 3.5 hrs in the heat. Also they are out of items very often and when you ask when theyll have it again they give you a laundry list of excuses and tell you to keep checking back

I just spent 33 minutes on hold, waiting to speak to a pharmacist because the voicemail/computer system is not programmed to help me, though it was in the past. I finally gave up. Now I have to ask my doctor to send in a new prescription, then wait days to get medication.

I visit the pharmacy frequently and I have to say Nicole who waited on me is a huge asset to your store. She is friendly always happy and totally made my day. Excellent outstanding customer service !!!!!!!!!

I always receive a good 👍 customer service at CVS but all products are way over priced , even with coupons still above average 🙄.

Stay away from the drive through pharmacy. Always a line and seems to never move. Always end up leaving

The attitudes of the pharmacy employees in person AND on the phone leaves little to be desired. The Covid situation has me a lil stuck here, and this place is close to my location. If it were not for that, Id go to a Walmart pharmacy. My meds are the only reason I got to this place.

This is by far the best Cvs!! The employees ( Pharmacy, cashier, managers..) are absolutely great people!! They always, always have a smile and very respectful!If for some reason theres an issue with coupons the cashier or the manager thats working takes the time to explain why the coupon isnt going through.Ive been going to this store for years and Im there pretty much every week and I never had an issue.Cvs in Reservoir ave have without a doubt the best employees!!

Do not bother to book a flu shot online because when you get there, even with an appointment paper, they will not honor it. They will blame it on their website. To top it, do not expect an apology. I am switching all my scripts to another pharmacy. I would put no stars if that was available.

I work retail and its hard to deal with thick headed people . Ive read some reviews people. Leave .. Some have there nose up there @$$... Love the staff and always have a smile ... Always clean and well stocked ... Keep up the great service... Love this location

This review is strictly limited to the experience I had tonight at the minute clinic. The function to make an appointment online was unavailable, but as the wait time said zero and it is a two minute drive I wasn’t worried. When I arrived, the kiosk was no longer accepting registrations as apparently in that two minutes they’d filled up. I thought I’d at least ask the doctor if he’d take us IF he had any extra time before closing. In that time, another two people joined me in waiting. One of these people went to the pharmacy and got a tech to interrupt while the doctor was with a patient, to ask for a work physical for this woman. When the doctor came out from that appointment, he took the interruptor in - ahead of another person who had registered properly. He asked me why I was there, and I asked if he’d be able to see my sick 4-year-old and he declined. I would NOT be making this complaint had he also declined to see the perfectly healthy woman who just needed a work physical and interrupted another patient. I understand that places close and doctors have lives they want to get home to and don’t begrudge them that. But it is ridiculous that any medical professional would prioritize a healthy (though disrespectful) adult over a sick child.

Best, most knowledgeable, up to date, caring pharmacists ever. Always helpful.

This store has the worst pharmacy Ive ever experienced. I had to get two separate prescriptions filed in the last month. In both cases, I waited for them to be filled. They never called my name. You will sit there waiting and waiting. In both visits, I waited about 45 minutes!! Today, I didnt even wait for someone to notice me standing there and went up to window to ask. That was at 12:40pm and the prescriptions says they were finished at 12:15pm. I was in pain and even minute was brutal!! I will not be going back to this pharmacy! I recommend finding some where else so you can actually get customer service.

Love this location, complete opposite of Webster Ave location. Staff very friendly, store is clean, well lit, products in stock. However, theres Always a very long wait in Pharmacy line (both in & out)

This is my review for pharmacy experiences only.I call my prescription in every time and every time I go there it is NEVER done . Not once have I had a good experience there with my prescription.You wait in a very long line to be told they didn’t even start filling it yet so you have to wait longet. You don’t even get an apology you get an attitude instead .Retrain your staff

This is the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. came in to get my flu shot and the woman at the counter told me to come back in an hour because they were very busy. I come back an hour later and am told they have been out of stock all day so they weren’t sure why I was told to come back. He told me to come back around 9pm the following day so I can avoid a long wait time, so I did, just to be told they were “the busiest 24hr pharmacy in RI” and was unable to do it AGAIN. Not to mention the attitude I received from all 3 people I spoke to was unbelievable. I am switching my pharmacy and I will never step foot in this store again. I came to oaklawn Ave and the pharmacy techs here were so nice and polite and I walked out with my flu shot less than 20 minutes later.

Pleasant cashiers..always helpful..The prices have sky rocketed! Great pharmacy techs.., best to go early morn or late night to pick up meds afternoons very busy..however would not go anywhere else ..

Minorities beware. They will literally wait until everyone is taken care of before helping you(3rd time its happened). They are rude and dishonest when they are caught not knowing their own policies. They really operate like DRUG dealers...and not friendly kind.

This store is by far one of the busiest CVS Ive ever been too. I have had nothing but positive interactions with the pharmacy staff. They took time too go back and forth with another pharmacy to get a prescription transferred despite being incredibly busy. They also were kind enough to give me an emergency supply of medicine because I was going on vacation. I think people are dissatisfied with this store because they are constantly busy and do have long wait times

They were really nice at first and you will find a few but NEVER EVER EVER GO THERE WITH COUPONS unless you want trouble. Their registers cannot handle it and thats when they get mean with you. Their computer has crashed multiple times on me having to leave my stuff there to have my husband go back in the morning to fix whatever they did wrong. I just left there i paid for half of my stuff got my receipt then proceeded to next order. I only had to pay sale tax i paid it and then the sale guy big D we will call him said you have to leave all your stuff and come back another time when a manager is on. Imagine that almost 200 dollars worth of stuff and he was mean i cant walk good granbed my coupon box out of my carriage put it on the floor and i asked him not to because i needed to lean on it and he said I NEED IT FOR THE STUFF YOU PUT ALL ON THE COUNTER. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS TREATMENT I LEFT CRYING MY EYES OUT AND ALREADY HAD CRIED WHEN HE FIRST STARTED RINGING ME UP BECAUSE HE WAS BEING REALLY REALLY MEAN. . I am so upset right now i took my ice cream because i was going to buy it AGAIN and he yelled at me and said i couldnt buy anything until he realized either what he said or there was another customer in line. Im R.I biggest savor at all the cvss saved over 2000 last year but i will never ever go there again and am going to see if all our stuff can be transferred im scared of him i thought he was noce and polite but i caused him work and confusion they are not used to on 3rd shift very very mean

The worst customer service that I have ever encountered in 38 years on this planet. First they called me a liar. Then, they called my doctor a liar. The pharmacy tech was condescending, she yelled at me and spoke over me. I spoke to the store manager, no apology. I spoke to the pharmacy manager, no apology. My doctor had to call twice. She had to get the second pharmacists name and id number the second time so that she could report them. I have a seizure condition. THANKS CVS. My doctor told me to switch to Walgreens, and you should too.

Horrible service. We waited around 20min for passport photos. She just stared taking care to the people in the line(around 10 persons) and didn’t take care of us until no one were in the line.

I had a horrible experience today June 16, with an employee named Michelle. She refused to ring my items because she mistakenly believed I was not waiting in line. When the other customers waiting in line agreed and let her know I was, she still refused to help me because she was stubborn and embarrassed. I believe she is very immature rude and disrespectful to customers. She wanted to me to wait in the back of the line in order to help me when I had been waiting around 8 mins infront of everyone else. A different employee had to assist me because she began to raise her voice at me when I asked her why she didnt believe us that I was clearly the next person in line. I believe she should not be allowed to treat customers as she is evidently incapable of showing a positive customer service experience.

MinuteClinic a joke. Went in at 630. Went to check in, and the attendant, who was on his cell phone texting away, came running out of his office and began interrogating me like I just stole a bunch of oxycontin. I was trying to get a physical for my kid so he can play basketball. The attendant starts with why now? Basketball already started. Why not go to your doctor? We cant accept insurance for physicals. Garbage like that. So I said we would just leave, God forbid I make you work 30 minutes before you guys close, and he had the balls to get offended at that. CVS just laid off a bunch of people to bring the bottom line up and please their stock holders, so I should have expected to be treated like that.

Staff is rude, and almost take pleasure in not helping at the pharmacy. Any chance I get, I go somewhere else.Would give zero stars if I could.

Very disorganized and unprofessional pharmacy. I waited for over an hour for my prescription to be filled while I had my daughter who was sick waiting with me. Meanwhile, there’s another customer that was taken care of in 5 minutes. Run the other way if you can.

Rude Night staff at the Pharmacy and Ive been waiting in a line for almost an hour for a prescription. The line has moved twice this whole time.

Pharmacy line is always ridiculously long and one the pharmisists is absolutely rude and miserable.

This pharmacy is trash if they tell you your prescription will be only a couple minutes, yeah ok expect to wait over an hour.

This store looks so impressive when you pull in, but I had a terrible experience. Everything that could go wrong with my checkout, did. I was treated as if the problems were my fault, when they were in fact technical errors. There was no apology given to me. Overall, it was very embarrassing and irritating.

The Pharmacy staff are rude and non approachable, and the Pharmacy never answers the phone. You will be on hold waiting to talk to someone for at least 10-15mins.

Very unprofessional. As a pharmacy technician you should uphold a certain standard when it comes to your customers… that includes being respectful and courteous regardless of the day you’re having. I had the opposite of that experience when I went in to pick up my prescription…I am 9 months pregnant and needed to pick up a prescription in which I called ahead of time to pick up. She was explaining to me that there was two prescriptions for the same medication but different dosages. She told me they were to be taken every other day although I then informed her that my doctor recently changed it for me to be taking them daily since the dosage wasn’t working correctly. She then got very hostile and rude with me when I told her my doctor told me this (for whatever reason that was) and continued to argue with me over this… not sure what her issue was but not at all a good experience for me. You could tell she either hated her job or was having a bad day and she took it out on me…She was an older lady with blondish frizzy hair that was held up in a ponytail. Definitely won’t be back after that uncomfortable transaction.

I got all the medications I was looking for.
