In the past I had a good experience with Ethan Allen. This time has not been the same. First, the person in charge of accounting ran my credit card without my authorization. Now, my table has only been in my house after one month and is already peeling.

Joanne was so pleasant and very helpful. So far my experience has been great.

We recently worked with JoAnne at Ethan Allens Cranston location to completely update our living room. My husband and I had been trying for the last 4 years to configure the space to maximize the seating and create an efficient traffic flow, with little success. When JoAnne came to consult with us, it took her all of about 1.5 minutes to devise a furniture arrangement that made perfect sense. She offered really wonderful ideas in terms of fabrics and specific pieces, as well. Weve had our new living room for about a month now, and absolutely love it! It was a pleasure to work with JoAnne, and the quality of Ethan Allens furniture is top-notch. We highly recommend Ethan Allen and JoAnne for any interior design project!

Joanne was fantastic! She came out to the house twice to measure and ensure the sectional would fit. She was careful not to push something on me that wouldnt work in the space.

Lisa from the very beginning was so helpful. Thank We met at the store and told her what we were looking for. She came out to our condo with some great ideas...fabrics, colors. After delivery, Lisa came over and helped rearrange our new furniture! We were so pleased with everything. Hope to see you in the Spring!!

He went out of his way to ensure that we were satisfied, and he made several key suggestions as to styles, fabrics and color choices that made our buying experience very positive.We have shopped at other Ethan Allen locations before. The company sells wonderful furniture that is a joy to own. Their staff are uniformly knowledgeable and helpful, as RJ demonstrated again today. Nice to window shop and the staff was super nice. Everything is way out of my price range though. Maybe someday ☺

Lisa was very easy to work with providing great advice on colors and design without pressuring us to buy. The quality of furniture is excellent and fits perfectly in our new home.

Excellent experience with Ari. I went in to purchase a couch and he helped me to understand types and colors of fabrics, size of room and size of couch etc. I have ended up relying on him to decorate my entire condo
