Called the day before to see if they would fix my John Deere, guy on the phone said yeah no problem, you’ll just need to buy the parts cause they can’t get them. I told him that’s no problem. Next day, I load up my mower, took it all the way across town for them to say they won’t do it. When I explained I was told to just get the parts by the other guy, they said yeah that you must’ve talked to someone else. So if you have a John Deere, even if they tell you they’ll work on it, don’t waste your time. They won’t.

I needed hard to locate bearings for my 42 mower on its variable speed pulley. Needed 2, they had 3. A few days prior to finding this issue I was doing a blade swap. NUTS WERE RUSTED ON, to say the least. Brought the mower deck with me to buy new blades, just in case they could hit them with their impact driver. Bought blades and an extremely helpful employee came outside with his impact and removed them. No charge. I WILL KEEP SHOPPING HERE!

I bought a trade in Husqvarna zero turn here a few weeks ago, and it has been an excellent buy. The mower had been completely serviced, and works like new. It only had 64 hours on it when purchased, and the price couldnt be beaten. I will always go to Snapper Pro Lawn before I go anywhere else.

They offer quality products. I give them that, they had the part I needed when no other place did,, what Im concerned about is what they say about me when I leave...because after witnessing the behavior of the employees as they make fun and laughed at a customer; that just spent thousands of dollars im guessing,, a new 0turn isnt cheap,,anyways he had bought this brand new lawn mower, and here they are laughing at this Older gentleman because he was having trouble putting it on his trailer?! Everybody has got to start somewhere. Plus new technology and the older generation arent the best of friends,, idk the situation just ribbed me all kinds of wrong Just because you offer top of the line product doesnt make you better. As a business major ive learned our customers are the center of your business without them you have no business. So take good care of them.

Great customer service, and very knowledgeable staff. They told me it was a week turn around time for my Craftsman Lawn tractor, 5 days for the 2 push mowers, and 3 days for the trimmer. So far my experience was wonderful. I will rate again once all services are completed.

Have an Ariens riding lawn mower. It had a broken link for gear shift (which I had the replacement) and rod for clutch/brake had come off. Asked them to install parts. Mower was stuck in gear. Mike who works there, reached under to shift to neutral and said I see why your link keeps breaking. The bolts that connect the levers which hold the transmission in place have back out. We unloaded the mower.They called me that same afternoon to tell me my mower was repaired and I could come pick it up.WOW. Impressed.

Terrible service. Took our zero turn in April of 2015 to have they hydraulic hoses replaced and tuned up. Took them until September of 2015 for them to call and say it was ready. Went to load on trailer and the hoses fail before leaving the lot. Come to find out they put used hoses on. Which I did not request. Paid $130 told them to fix it right and call when it was ready. Get a call around December 23 2015 said the mower was ready again. The whole year was gone and couldnt use the mower. I had to wait 9 months so I made them wait a few. Go to pick up the mower in May of 2016. Had a $1900 bill. After a heated exchange. They loaded it on my trailer. Get to my house the mower will not crank. Charge the battery. Find out they didnt service the mower at all. Water was in the fuel and wouldnt run more that 15 mins without cutting off. Complete disaster! Will never set foot in that store again. Stay away!

This company took a brand new Mower and replaced a deck under warranty because it had a broken piece on it. It took them five months to replace that deck and the mower hasnt ran since. After 3 months of them telling me they were going to come back and get it, they decided to laugh at me when I became frustrated and then hung up and I refused to fix the brand new mower I paid $2,000 for that has 7 hours of use. Sorry excuse for a company Ive ever seen and I will make sure everyone knows about it. Their manager tracy is incompetent

These people will rip you off with prices of their service had two lawn mowers service and they did not fix them right. They still are not running right. One of my lawnmower even was smoking once we got it home. The other one wouldnt even start up after we got it home and getting ready to cut grass. Thanks for nothing. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!!!! You been warn!!!!

I called for part number on belt after giving him model number and serial number for mower. Refused to give part number. Explained that I live 2 hours away. He told me to look it up on the internet. What a jerk! He was rude and inconsiderate.

I wish my mower worked. It was running average before Snapper Pro worked on it.Now it is inoperable. So.... the bright side is I don’t have to cut the grass. This excuse to the wife is legitamate and it only cost me a couple of hundred dollars.Good job Snapper Pro.Too all those who want an excuse, take your stuff to Snapper Pro.......

My company dropped off a Trail Wagon (a motorized cart) to be fixed. They had it for the better part of 2 months and never called us to update the status of the repair. After a month and a half I started calling to see what the status was. I called every other day for a week and a half only to be told that it would be a couple more days or that there were parts on order or the mechanic was out etc. Today, I pressed them a bit for an accurate time frame to do this repair and the service tech was extremely rude and told me that we could come pick it up if I was unhappy with their service. He did at least say have a nice day before hanging up on me....Now I dont mind that they did not want to work on it, which is what I suspect ultimately happened...but at least give customers the common courtesy of being honest. Why be in the customer service business if you hate servicing customers?

Called about a belt for my lawn mower. The lady on the phone was short and rude. Told her what kind of mower I had for a belt but she could not tell me she said I need a model number. WAS IT TO HARD FOR HER TO LOOK UP A MODEL NUMBER FOR Craftsman lawn mower it was a DLT 3000 craftsman at the same time I written this review I look up the model number was not hard. Now my money will go to EBAY internet sales instead of a home front store no wonder why so many mom and pop stores close up due to the internet sales

I went there to order a belt for my mower, gave them a manufacturer and a model number. They didnt call for 2 weeks to say if the belt came in, then when I called they said the belt had been there. I picked up the belt, and brought it home. It was the WRONG BELT. I called and told them about the issue, they said bring it back, so I did. When I arrived they said they dont do returns on special orders. I explained the mistake was theirs not mine, and that didnt matter, NO RETURNS. When I got upset they threatened to call the Police on me.THEY ARE CROOKS AND THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN.
