The buying experience went smoothly we bought with cash we had to go out of town for a funeral and had to move the delivery date I called while out of town to verify when delivery would be and they said Monday are Tuesday when I called Monday to find out if they would be delivering I talked to someone who was very rude and told me they would call when it would be delivered and that they said it would be Monday are Tuesday and there delivery guys were unavailable later that night I was called by someone a lot nicer and arranged a time for 10 am Tuesday to deliver well 2:12pm and I get a call saying they will deliver at 2:30 pm when they pull up they are in a pick up truck a small pick up truck which I could have done my self with my dads but I talked to the guy we bought the mattresss from and he didnt seem all to concerned with the rude worker and didnt apologize but all in all I guess it an ok place to buy from we got a good price on the king size mattresss and he gave us a deal on delivery but like I said I could have picked up the mattresss with my dads pickup if I had known thats how they were to deliver

Bought some furniture from this place. Within a week my couch feel apart. Now I moving my bed around and lift my mattress up and it had black mold underneath it. Since I paid it off they said theres nothing they can do about it! The financial company said they would look into it and I havent heard anything else from them. So I wouldnt recommend buying anything from this company or there financial company.

I had the worst experience with the Owner Arsal and the salesman EJ. I placed an order with them with good intent, I faithfully paid the finance company their money, up until they stopped me from making the last two payments, when they found out my product wasn’t delivered as was promised( yes I was being naive). Fast forward Covid 19 hit, and everything went hay wire, because of the lockdown, the store was closed, when things started to open up I went by the store, only to find the store empty, by this time I became frantic, because no one was answering any of the numbers on file. The finance company wouldn’t refund my money until they can prove I did not get my items, it took two months before these people answered, and that was because I involved the police. The finance company finally refunded my money. As soon as they found out I was refunded they block my number and the bad thing is the still have my deposit which they promised they would gave to me, the fact that they block my number clearly shows that they are evil and they will definitely lose more than they owe me. I work hard for mine, and I deserve mine. But they can run, but they wouldn’t be able to hide. EJ and Arsal. Wolves in Sheep’s clothing 👀

I purchase furniture for these guys never received my furniture and never got my deposit back. I call EJ he said because of Covid-19 the warehouse was close he didnt know when I would receive my items. Long story short after calling him and Arsal multiple times and no answer. The finance company finally after investigation stop my payments. Went by Mattress queen and the store and the sign was gone. Still to this day I didnt hear from them. Beds were ok. Super pushy salesmen. We left because we felt so pressured into buying something on spot when we just wanted to look and come up with a decision together while looking into our finances. I literally left and walked down to Big Lots because the salesman was making me that uncomfortable. Don’t plan on going back unfortunately.

About two weeks ago I posted a good review about EJ, the salesman at Mattress queen in Covington, Georgia. However, since I received the sofa and loveseat it was not the color I pick out from the catalog in the store. I have requested to terminate my contract. Ive reached out numerous times for Mattress queen to send out their delivery person to pick up the merchandise and I have been unsuccessful. Unbeknownst to me at the of having a sofa and loveseat Finance I had no idea how terrible this company is when you want to terminate a contract. I never experienced such bad behavior from any company such as this one. To all the current and future customers beware of Mattress queen in Covington, Georgia they are not who they appear to be.
