My wife and I had a great experience today. It’s been tough trying to find a sectional that we liked and could get same day. E-Z had multiple sectionals to choose from and the staff was awesome to work with. Staff wasn’t pushy and didn’t hover over us like other places. They were quick to answer questions when we asked.

These guys are awesome they have furniture in stock when in all other stores you are going to have a 9 month delay due to the national shortages going on. I got a great deal and suggest anyone to them. Delivery?? Not a problem they have their own trucks to deliver it for you!

Important for truckers delivering freight to this place:dont go there unless you dont want to spend a whole day unloading your truck and loosing your next load. They even dont bother to come earlier then 11 AM for unloading. I am so frustrated

The salesman was extremely unprofessional. I told him that I was just looking around but he was consistently following me around. I walked out of the store and he even followed me out. The salesman told me we will not find another sale like this and I explained that I wanted to keep looking. When I explained, he gave the dirtiest look and walked away.

I looked at other places to get a new mattress and bed frame and then remembered E-Z Furniture. Why I didnt just go there first is beyond me. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I even got a new mattress and box springs, which if you have back problems you will want this set. Ive never slept so well. I will be coming back to purchase more pieces. Lets talk about their delivery. They were great about calling ahead when they were on their way. Arrived on schedule and set everything up. They had to go up three flights of stairs but they did it without scratching the walls in the hallways. Thanks again for making the experience a great one. Ill be back to purchase from you again.

We purchased two couches and two ottomans. We werent sure about purchasing these items due to their, All sales are final_No refunds policy and not knowing how long it would take to receive the furniture. In an effort to get our money, the salesman repeatedly told us, I wouldnt lie to you and you have my word in regards to being able to cancel the order despite their store policy. He even wrote, has word next to the policy on the invoice statement. After asking to cancel just one of the ottomans 3 months later it turns out that they would lie to you and that their word doesnt mean a thing. We were instead given excuses about why we couldnt get our money back and they couldnt understand why lying to their customers to make a sale was bad for business. They dont deserve anyones business.

Seller lied about what would be coming but failed to have a invoice to show. They sell discontinued products purposely. Horrible at customer service and communication.

Completely unprofessional. Salesmen are incredibly rude and lack communication skills. Their financing (preferred lease) is available at many other local stores. Go elsewhere and get the warranty.

Be sure to get all the details of your purchase in writing. If their is a issue with your order they will change up on you.

If youre looking to utilize the company Preferred Lease where no credit is needed I suggest you check out Cincinnati Overstock in Florence KY. Much more inventory, and they will treat you a lot better. We wont be back to EZ Furniture.

Purchased sectional from store is was delivered with a section that was broke.They promised me it would be repaired within a couple weeks I purchased in August its currently February & its still not repaired.

This place is HORRIBLE! We went here for furniture and received the most UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! The guy that gave us a package deal acted like he was doing US a favor by selling us this furniture that we could have gotten WAY CHEAPER any where else. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! If you like being belittled and talked down to and receiving bad customer service and a cocky attitude I would avoid this place!

If you haven’t stopped by , you would be doing your pockets a disservice. I have shopped every store Ashley, furniture fair morris, and no matter what i have found, i got better quality furniture for 30-40% cheaper.Just walk in the door and be amazed.I have bought all my funiture here ,,, im done shopping anywhere else.

These two guys shipped furniture but were frustrated and scratch so many places in my new build house. Not only scratch of wall but sofa as well which I bought from here. I highly recommend go for american shop not this shop where you will have to repent. No more dealing with this shop. My worst experience ever.

They were ok. Prices were good. I felt like they were pushing for a sale. Kept repeating himself on how we wouldnt find beds for that price anywhere... But e found a better deal the American freight.

I went in just to browse as I am planning to buy a new sofa in the future. I found the two men in the store to be very, very pushy. I described what I was looking for and that I wasnt in a hurry to buy, but they just kept pointing to this couch and that sofa. We make a deal today. We make a deal today! When I declined every suggestion, they just started grumbling and I left immediately. I wont go there again.

Very very bad business they tell you you have a warranty and they don’t actually do the warranty bought 4 sets of couches between my house and parents and my aunt house and all of there sets not even a year now and all of them are down and not comfortable to set on anymore I do have proof and pictures and still no response and the last response I got is that I have to pay 100$ to change one cushion really take my advise and stay away from this location
