I had a very pleasant experience, it was busy when i got there and only one person working. But she is amazing and possibly the sweetest person alive. Being a transgendered female it means the world when people are kind and treat you like any other lady. Daisy your the best boo thank you for being you and a real genuine young lady

Needed to activate an eBay purchase phone. Phone would not recognize SIM card. Had to break down and buy a phone and was out of there in 15 minutes.

Absolutely terrible experience. The lady working there does not help properly and Ive had to make millions of phone calls to customer care. Im switching lines after I get this problem fixed.

Service was ok.They sold me a refurbished phone when they were supposed to be selling me a brand new one.Henceforth I had problems with it from the very first day that I purchased it.Later, I was able to determine that it was a refurbished one but there is no exchanging it even though they purposefully sold refurbished instead of New.Now the other 2 phones that I got that day worked perfectly.

Female working with glasses seemed as if customer service is not for her, her tone & body language was rude, she showed that she had no patients for the elderly guy she was assisting, there was even a moment when she helped him resolve his 1st issues and when he was asking for help with something else her faces showed how she really felt and that was very rude, while on the phone taking a personal call at the front register along with a friend visiting her in the store with a young baby running behind register! Customer service sucked!!!

Store owner/manager (male) is partaking in illegal practices. He tried to force me to buy something for $10 in exchange for a FREE coupon for the Monster Jam at State Farm Arena.

Very rude employee had to call me fat as i walk out the store.
