These ladies always have my back.... Hard to find genuine folks now days

Usually I don’t have a problem with Family Dollar. But tonight was a different story. They have a sign up that specifically says “FACE COVERING REQUIRED”. When I went in with my face covering, the manager told me “NO IT NEEDS TO BE A SURGICAL MASK.” She was very rude and refused service until I wore a surgical mask. I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing certain masks. Therefore if I wear a surgical mask, I could easily pass out and they would be calling 911 because I wouldn’t be breathing. But even still she could have been better at explaining the mask thing instead of being impolite about it to say the least. I’m a manager at the place I work at and if my employees were to treat any of my customers the way this manager did, they would be immediately terminated. The only reason I rated 2 stars instead of one was because the other employees were polite and calmly explained the reasoning about the mask thing. Obviously this manager could learn a thing or two from their example.

Employees are rude & they follow you around as if you are going to steal something I believe they judge people on the way they may look (like me) but follow me all you want because I dont steal & if I did it wouldnt be from a dollar store
