Great place to have meat cut

Well I had two hogs processed and I know factually the farmer I sent a cut sheet in and has an FDA licence. My farmer was told he didnt send in a cut sheet, also they tossed my hogs feet, tail and ears away. I dont do that when I hunt wild hog. Now he was told he could not use their FDA inspector.I can only speak about how I was treated.

Wonderful organic grass-fed meat and bones at a reasonable price. Don’t be deterred by the outward appearance of the place. It doesn’t look like much, but it’s my number one go-to place for my meat.

Customer service was great. Perfect cuts of my processed pig. Will use them again as well as highly recommend them to anyone in need of animal processing.

They raised the price from 250 to 400 and service was extremely slow. I got a number at ten a.m and had to wait until five p.m before I could make my purchase

Just dropped a pig off for first time. Nice and knowledgeable people. Clean organization.

They also have great steaks..a great mom and pops ole fashion butcher shop.worth the drive.
