Originally I was just window shopping at this store last week, but then decided to walk in. Despite the store closing in 30 mins, the consultants were still very polite and asked what type of dress for which I was looking. They were able to find EXACTLY what I described! I was amazed by their professionalism in knowing which questions to ask, which dresses to show me, and their honesty. Make sure this shop is at the top of your list to help you find the perfect dress!! I highly recommend Carly and Anne as they are both so fantastic in their customer service. 10/10 would recommend!

The ladies were wonderful. We were looking for a wedding gown for my daughter who had her mind set on a princess moment. Kylie was amazing, she ask my daughter a few questions and went on a hunt. The first dress my daughter put on brought her to tears. This place is awesome!! Oh AND SHE SAID YES TO THE DRESS!!

I can’t even begin to recognize everyone at Fabulous Bridal that helped me find the perfect dress! I was very nervous going into my appointment because I don’t always love my body and was worried that nothing would look good on me, but the ladies at Fabulous Bridal made me feel so comfortable and really made sure my concerns were heard. I was in love with 2 completely different styles and their methods helped me pick, which I knew I couldn’t do on my own. They also dealt with my crazy family!! Lol highly recommend!

I found my wedding dress at Donna Salyers and also had quite a few alterations done there. The dress shopping experience was wonderful - I knew that there were a lot of styles that I did NOT want, and had a very specific kind of dress in mind, and was able to find The One. I also got a gorgeous veil there. Kathy in the Alterations Department was a dream to work with - very professional and reassuring, and the alterations turned out PERFECT. I highly recommend them - not only to find your perfect dress, but also to ensure that it fits you like a glove for your special day!

Really nice experience with Fabulous Bridal. I have the misfortune of having my heart set on a gown that may not exist, so I havent found the right one yet. The stylist we worked with found a lot of options similar to what I was looking for though. My mom and I were welcomed with a glass of champagne and we talked about my vision before she pulled some dresses for me to try on. We discussed customization options on each of the dresses to get me closer to my ideal gown. When I left, my top two picks were recorded and I even received a follow up text a week later to see how I was doing and if I wanted to come back in to try the dresses on again. Everyone was very professional and helpful.

Lovely selection and friendly staff. Went back today to try on dresses for the 1st time and was able to find the dress! My sales consulate was wonderful. Didnt rush me or try to make me buy a dress over my budget. Even when I wanted to make sure I didnt want another style she kept looking for other ones for me to try on before I made my decision. I am so happy I came here!

Carly was AMAZING! I tried on 82 dresses within the Cincinnati area, and Fabulous Bridal was where I found my dream gown! Carly and Anne worked with me and my budget to be able to find the dress of my dreams! I just picked up my dress Sunday and it fits like a DREAM! They sized me perfectly! I cannot say enough amazing things about them!

Jenna was absolutely amazing! She listened, made great suggestions, and every dress she pulled fit not just my ideas but my budget! Never did I feel like i was being sold to. I felt like Jenna took what I was picturing in my head and brought it to life!Cat, the alterations queen that made my dress MINE! She adjusted everything I asked for, and even added the personal designs I didnt think possible! I have been asked non-stop about my dress and I proudly tell them I found my dream at Donnas!

I found my perfect wedding dress at the prior store location, and did all the alterations at the new location. Every visit was perfect, and every question and alternation need was addressed. All safety precautions were in place each time I visited. I was also able to pick the dress up before the shop opened after one final steam. Thanks for everything - and would absolutely recommend!

Haven’t bought my wedding dress (yet) but I went here and had a GREAT experience. Pretty decent selection of dresses, and Donna Molenda made my experience wonderful. I was so nervous as it was my first appointment and my mom couldn’t be there, but she made me feel very comfortable and helped me find dresses I liked. I am very hopeful to return and hopefully buy my dress there.

Everyone at fabulous bridal was kind, experienced, and professional while also making us feel welcome and comfortable during our entire appointment. Donna was the best. She listened, and picked some of the most wonderful gowns. As someone who is not accustomed to dressing up and getting fancy she sure helped me feel comfortable and beautiful while I tried on dress after dress. I never felt preasured or pushed to make a purchase at any time. I will certainly be sending everyone her way in the future. Thank you Donna and Fabulous Bridal for a wonderful experience.

I went to Fabulous Bridal based on rave reviews from friends. They were not wrong. I had a lot of worries about finding a dress that I would get the the feeling in. Im a curvy girl and shopping for anything causes anxiety especially for my own wedding dress. I was able to try on several dresses in a size range for my body type which felt amazing and helpful. The last dress I found was a smaller size and they got me in it and never once made me feel weird or unwelcome. I came out and had my moment, tears and all. Mary was working with me and she must be a bridal angel. Im so so thankful for humor and ease. She made sure I was taken care of and felt appreciated. I will never forget that day and how pretty I felt after worrying for so long I wouldnt ever feel like a bride. Thank you thank you. I cant wait for my big day.

I bought my dress at Fabulous Bridal in September and just got married this past weekend. From September until the day I picked up my dress the week of, they took care of everything. Even when I had a little freak out about a fitting they were there to fit me into the alterations schedule quickly so we could get it figured out. Fabulous Bridal is really the only place that makes you feel like a queen when youre trying on dresses, and that is how I wanted to feel and how I want everyone I know to feel when theyre finding their wedding dress.

Personal Shopper Assistant Kate was excellent! She was friendly and knowledge. Found that many personal wedding assistants aim for a quick sell and steer you to what they prefer...not the case here...it is your day - they are here for you!Having multiple floors they do have an elevator too. Prices are average. A must stop for your wedding dress shopping.

When I got engaged, the thought of settling on ONE wedding dress was very overwhelming to me! I did not know what I wanted, but I did know what I DID NOT want. My first bridal appointment was with Jenna at Fabulous Bridal. She was wonderful in helping me narrow down styles but also try on different types of dresses to get the full experience. After that, we went to a number of different bridal boutiques in Cincinnati and every time I would find a dress that I liked, I would email it to Jenna! When we finally went back to Fabulous Bridal to try on some dresses for a second time, she pulled the PERFECT dress for me! I tried it on and immediately knew it was my dress!!!! The entire staff at Fabulous Bridal made our entire attire process unbelievable! They were great with my bridesmaids too!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Fabulous Bridal! My best friend is getting married next year and we went to Fabulous Bridal for her wedding gown. We requested to work with Jenna and I am so happy, she was so great with the Bride and her entourage. She was extremely patient, offered suggestions and helped create the perfect combination for dress, belt and veil. This was beyond amazing and Im not even the Bride! I cannot wait to go back and find our bridesmaids dresses.

Today my best friend said yes to the dress. She flew in from DC , her mother drove in from Lexington, and I flew in from TX. In my experience in dress finding, I have never felt the way I did at Donnas. This establishment created a lifetime memorable experience for my best friend. The personal touch, the attention, the atmosphere, the layout. The entire experience was so beautifully done. It was effortless. Mary was phenomenal. She was so patient and excited. All the employees were so wonderful and fun. Monica was so professional and caring. She made the day so special for us. Everyone was just so organized and on it. I highly recommend this place. I am not from the area, but I can say we did not experience anything like this in DC or TX. GREAT PEOPLE :)

Bought my wedding gown off the rack from Fabulous Bridal and I love it. Because of my good experience with them buying my wedding dress I also went there to purchase my maids dresses and had a much different experience. My maids appointment was wonderful, but the ordering process was incredibly stressful with lots of miscommunications about when the dresses needed to be ordered and when they would come in. I did receive them today, about a month before my wedding (which is fine) but clearer communication could have led to a LOT less stress for me throughout this entire process. The dresses are beautiful! My advice is to get everything in writing and repeat everything back to the reps there to ensure all parties are on the same page.

I scheduled appointments for 2 other places to visit after my appointment at Fabulous Bridal, and I canceled both of them because Fabulous Bridal was AMAZING. I brought pictures and a very clear idea of what I wanted, and my consultant brought me a handful of the most perfect dresses. I ended up picking the first dress I tried on, a dress that they recommended and it was PERFECT. I also bought my bridesmaid dresses here, and every step of the process has been smooth and enjoyable. I definitely recommend them.

Wonderful wonderful experience at Fabulous Bridal! Donna was super attentive and helpful. She ensured that my family and I felt welcomed, and made sure I felt beautiful the whole time. They give you the whole experience, from the dress, to putting a veil in your hair, to putting jewelry on you. I came from having a terrible experience at Davids Bridal, to feeling nothing short of a princess at Fabulous Bridal. After shopping for me, we looked at Bridesmaid dresses, and Theresa was fabulous and so kind! i highly recommend this place to everyone!

This is such a great place to shop for a wedding dress and mother’s of the bride and groom dresses. Such a great display of beautiful dresses. Monica is so helpful in making sure you have the right selection. They have good prices and are so accomadating.

Had a great time. My consultant was friendly and attentive. Compared to other shops it really made me feel like I was shopping for my wedding dress and not just any other formal. I didnt feel like they were pressuring me to get a dress but helping me find mine.

I had an appointment to view dresses here in 2016 that Ive tried to forget, but always seem to be bothered about when I walk by. One of items this store requests when you reserve a time online is your budget. I was conservative with the number I listed, but didnt really have a set budget. If I had known the number would have been used as an excuse to Pretty Woman me, Id have put something different. The lady assisting me would frequently steer me away from sections of the store or dresses I wanted to see because it was out of my price range. It made what should have been a special experience for me very hurtful. I never got excited about dress shopping after that. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had an excellent experience at Fabulous Bridal, purchasing an Essence of Australia gown. The shopping experience was personal and attentive, and the gown came in much sooner than expected, which was nice. Overall great service and boutique.

This was the 2nd place Ive been to looking for my dream wedding dress and once I tried on dresses there the dresses at the first store became completely irrelevant to me. I tried on 5-6 dresses and narrowed it down to 3. I thought about those 3 dresses and came back 3 weeks later to try them on again and made my final decision. Not only did I get my dream dress I also found my perfect veil to go with it. Mary was my consultant and she did an amazing job knowing what style of dresses I was looking for and she made sure my family, friends and I had a great time. We plan on going back for bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride and mother of the groom dresses.

Horrible experience!! I waited 40 minutes in the lobby and they were still not ready for my appointment. It was absolutely ridiculous! There prices are higher because they are a small boutique, you would think they would have better service because of this and that was not the case at all. Being 40 minutes late for a 90 minute appointment is completely unacceptable. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone shopping for a dress, dont waste you or your bridal partys time.

Gynnine Schiano was my sales consultant. She was very nice as I was looking for dresses. My appointment was at 2pm in the afternoon and they give you a two hour window to look for dresses. About 3:50pm she told me I was out of time and I couldn’t try on anymore dresses and I would have to schedule another appointment to try on more later. She said the next client had been waiting an hour for her. Even if this were true, I have a 2 hour time frame. Basically I felt as if she was turning me away. I found it very rude. My mother is older and had a hard time going up the stairs. Half way up the stairs she says they have an elevator. She was already limping, maybe ask ahead of time if someone needs the elevator? I was told at a wedding expo at the manor house in mason Ohio that they give you and your wedding party champagne while you try on dresses. I asked her if we could have some. She said it’s only for the celebration but if we really wanted some then she would get some. It never came. We weren’t even offered any water. They only had one bridesmaids dress in the color I wanted. This place is very disappointing and not very accommodating.

I hate to say but I was very disappointed. The person who greeted us was extremely rude. The sales person was nice and I found a dress I loved but my first experience trying on dresses was ruined as soon as I walked in the door. I went for a trunk show and she did not have a clue that an event was planned. I thought we mixed up the days until I went online and verified the event. I called and left a message for the manager to return my call and never received a call back. I hope they see this and reach out. The manager or owner should be aware of how this person acted.

I am a bride who bought my dress in Chicago. I found my bridesmaid dresses at the same boutique. Since I was buying my dress from this boutique I would also be doing my bridesmaid dresses there. 2 out of my 7 bridesmaids live in Chicago. Everyone else is out of town including myself. In order to determine which style we preferred and get measurements we went to Donnas. The moment they found out they were not getting a sale, we were snubbed. 0 customer service. I will never refer or purchase from Donnas again. Absolutely terrible.

Great staff. Expensive dresses but very beautiful. If you have a low budget go somewhere else. But it is a great place. Wish the plus size choices​ had more variety.

We had a fabulous experience purchasing the bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses too. We came back later for the veil the day we picked up the gown. Unfortunately, we did not realize the veil did not match the gown until the day of the wedding, after most of the professional photographs were taken. The dress was ivory and the color of the veil ordered was called white. In the store, we did not see how brilliant the white veil was compared to the dress and we expected that Fabulous would have guided us to matching colors. After viewing the photograph we sent them, they said they would order it exactly the same again. We were disappointed in this response and both the bride and mother have this one regret from the wedding. So my advice to you would be to double check your colors, especially in a variety of light and be aware that colors may not match. You have to be your own advocate for this as Fabulous will not take responsibility for making sure the colors match.

My experience here was a nightmare. I made an appointment and me and my mom showed up on time. The first thing the girl at the desk asked was what my budget was. We had to wait several minutes for our consultant Genine to come down to meet us which was no big deal. She also asked what my budget was and to see some pictures of wedding dress styles that I had in mind so I showed her. We went upstairs to the wedding dress department and she let me browse through some of the dresses. I chose two dresses, but when I walked into the dressing room there was at least five other dresses I didnt choose hanging up. She said she chose these based on the pictures I showed her which was fine and she said lets try those on first. I was wearing a bra with straps and for each dress she had me take my arms out of the sleeves and tuck the straps into the sides of the dresses which didnt look right. I wouldve thought they would have had some kind of strapless bra or something for me to wear while trying them on, but that wasnt too big a deal either. She was nice and talked to me while we put on dresses so Ill give her that. Twice I said that I liked one thing about a dress so she said oh, then youd like this dress and leave the dressing room and come back with yet another of her choosing. I only kind of liked one of the dresses she picked and after trying on a few after that one, she said lets try on the one you liked again and I said that I would try that one on again last to which she responded well, we only have time for one more dress before my next person comes. I was like but I didnt get to try on the two that I picked! So I ended up only getting to try on one of the two that I picked. Not only that, but we wasted so much time trying on the dresses she chose that I didnt get to look at the rest of their wedding dress selection. And there were a few dresses that I tried on, looked in the mirror, and immediately said that I didnt like them and she said well lets go out and show your mom anyway. I didnt mind at the time, but looking back on it, that was a total waste of time! Of course I didnt find a dress there because all the dresses I tried on but one were chosen for me. Just an awful experience, sorry to say.

I was so happy with my experience. I was getting married in NKY (hometown) and struggling to find the perfect gown. I visited multiple boutiques in NYC and was coming up short on design and fit. A friend recommended coming to town and try DS. I wrote an email explaining how panicked I was and could they help. I was scheduled immediately and worked with Jenna. She was knowledgeable and efficient. We browsed gowns, she made four recommendations and from those, I found my perfect gown! I was also very happy with my alterations by Cathy on the 4th floor. The fit was amazing and they were very flexible with scheduling. Thank you for a lovely experience!

This was the first place I shoppd at to look for wedding gowns. After shopping a couple other places, no one treated me the way Donna did. I went back to her and we found an off the rack dress a little over my budget, but they worked out a payment plan (interest free). I am so happy with the personal customer service proovided by everyone. Go here for your gown and ask for Donna! Shes the best!

Dont go here for bridesmaid dresses if you have a smaller bridal party. My two bridesmaids and I were hoping to do the maids party,try on dresses with champagne and make a fun day out of it. They suddenly had no availability once I stated that I had a smaller wedding party and the girl was offended when I explained that this was the only day we could all do. Such a shame, we were really looking forward to it.
