Gigi saved our wedding! TWO BRIDE ALERT!! We got our gowns back from a local alterations place in our town 7 days before walking down the aisle. While trying them on, we noticed that we paid for just about nothing... Our gowns did not fit in the slightest (way too big) and were in immediate need of some serious attention. I called Gigi, who was recommended by a friend. Gigi worked tirelessly for days on our gowns in order to get them ready for our wedding. It was very affordable and we feel like we owe her forever for the hard work she put in. If you would like a genuine, hard working, dedicated to perfection person to alter your things, 10/10 would recommend Gigi for all of your alteration needs.

Mrs. Gigi is absolutely wonderful, her work is beyond amazing. She has an amazing talent, her eye and skills on Rebecca’s wedding dress is to die for!! I am so happy with her service and her kind gentle heart. I felt like a princess standing there getting dress altered. I will never go anywhere else. Ms. Gigi was kind, thoughtful and quick. She was able to squeeze in my sons two groomsmen to alter suits for my sons wedding. She laughed with them and made sure they felt comfortable. She did a phenomenal job altering their suits in a very quick manner allowing them to look amazing on a special day. Thanks for helping make it happen in a timeframe that others werent with great quality!

I am so thankful that I came to GiGi’s bridal shop ! First of all… it is such a nice shop and set up so beautifully for people to look at & try on dresses. But best of all, I enjoyed meeting with & talking with Miss GiGi… She is very patient and great to get to know and she surely knows her stuff ! I found the perfect gown but will need alterations & GiGi knew exactly what we could do to make THAT dress work for me. I’m so grateful for the time she took to show me a few dresses & give suggestions or recommendations and she helped me, along with my Mom…to try them on. I found the one I chose for my wedding…a beautiful gown that I can hardly wait to wear on our wedding day ! Wonderful little hometown bridal boutique. My sons wedding is in January, so this was very short notice! Gigi was so helpful and kind! Even tho my soon to be daughter in law doesnt live down here, Gigi stayed overnight to let out the seams for a proper fitting the very next day! The dress fit beautifully! She even made a gorgeous veil to go with it. The whole design is super simple and extremely elegant. Thank you Gigi for everything! Highly recommend!

Brought my wedding gown to GiGi to have the sleeves removed and a few alterations and she made it perfect. It was done quickly and she was professional and friendly through the process.

Omg, this lady has truly saved my life!!!!! I ordered my bridesmaids dress a size too small hoping I’d loose weight. Unfortunately, it was two weeks before the wedding and I still couldn’t zip it. I went too several alterations shops and no one could help me.I went to Gigi and without a question, she said “Thats easy, all I have to do is add a corset.” Yall she saved my life!! I have two wedding dresses that I would like to be merged into a one of a kind wedding gown. Gigi is so sweet. Not only did she find a veil that matched, she gave me a great deal. The hospitality is so refreshing. I trust Miss Gigi completely. I cant wait to see the finished product.

Gigi is so great and this is the only place I trust to do any alterations on my dresses!! She did my prom dress back in high school and I just used her again for a bridesmaid dress. Im limited on time because of work so I brought my bridesmaid dress to her kind of last minute but she got it done for me! She also did my prom dress last minute too and it was perfect. If youve read a negative review for this location, remember that there are two sides to every story. I NEVER post google reviews but Id definitely recommend Gigis to absolutely anyone!!

I brought my wedding dress to Gigi for the alterations. She was so kind and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure my dress fit perfectly and was ready in time. She made this a great experience. I would highly recommend.

Gigi is a professional and absolutely the sweetest. I was so distraught when I came home from college, tried on my bridesmaid dress which had fit before and no longer fit anymore. I was SO upset but she reassured me and did an amazing job. I came in on Wednesday evening worried because I needed it for a wedding the following Saturday (yes. three days later!) and she was done and ready to give back to me by the same time the next day. She did an amazing job and set my anxiety at ease. She and her work is WORTH the price. She’s altered four formal dresses for me prior and has been an absolute sweetheart every time. I will ALWAYS go to her for my alterations!

I just took two wedding dresses to GiGi to see if she can combine the two to make my one of a kind wedding dress.Not only have I already had a great experience with her, she even showed me a beautiful Vail that will match my dress perfectly. I cant wait to officially get the alterations started.

DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN!!! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere . What kind of “professional seamstress” allows a wedding dress to leave the shop with PINS , RED INK, and PULLED FABRIC ?!?! A wedding is one of the most important days of your life and should be treated as such. What a disappointment!

Such a cute small town boutique with hundreds of unique dresses gowns. The owner Gigi is a master tailor and you cannot find a shop like this anymore for your alteration needs. And it is located in historic Covington where they film all these cool movies and shows.. I would recommend this store to anyone.! Plus they have the cutest little pageant dresses

AVOID THIS WOMAN AT ALL COSTS!!!! NEGATIVE STARS!! She ruined my wedding dress. Sewed the layers of the dress together underneath with RED THREAD. Weighed me in front of customers, told me I was “seeing things” and refused to alter my dress the way it was supposed to fit. SAY NO TO THIS HORRIFIC, UNPROFESSIONAL WOMAN and save yourself the absolute nightmare of having an expensive wedding gown not fit correctly on your wedding day.
