Being a younger guy, yesterday I made my first mattress purchase. Trey greeted me as soon as I walked in and got to know what exactly I’m looking for in a mattress and gave some really good suggestions. He is super knowledgeable, and I felt that he listened to everything I had to say. He was able to put together a bundle that fit my needs and included all available discounts in my price. Trey did an awesome job, I would recommend anyone to go see him.That said, at the end of the transaction one of his coworkers or manager came over to oversee the transaction. I did not get his name but I felt that he was rude/condescending to trey, and overall put a damper on the transaction. He had trey unwind a portion of the transaction to make sure it was done correctly, but the way he was speaking to him made things very uncomfortable for everyone involved. I hope that this was a one off experience for him.

Although Trey was new to the store he did an excellent job in going over all the benefits of each of the mattresses and was of great help in our picking out a mattress to purchase. His knowledge of each of the mattresses was excellent. He was very patient with us and gave us time to test some of the mattresses. Trey could use a little more training on the check-out process. Overall our experience at the Mattress Firm was very good.We received out bed last night and the installers were very good, quick and helpful. Buy a new mattress can be an ordeal for a couple, because now two back (hips, and shoulders too) are made alike. Kevin helped my wife and I through the process seamlessly today. Not only was he super friendly, but patient as well. He asked all of the right questions, making us feel that he was invested in helping us make the right selection, the first time.

I walked in and was meet by a gentleman named Paul. He was very friendly and helpful. Had me lay on several different mattresses to find the best one. I was also looking for a adjustable frame. He showed me how high they went up at the feet. He also showed me a frame that had massage. He was great, helpful and I walked out with a new mattress, frame, sheets, and pillows.

Lonnie was super helpful, listened well to what i needed and targeted the beds and accessories to fit my needs. I left feeling excited and confident about my purchase.

I am 71 and disabled with non-trivial mobility issues. It is difficult and painful for me to walk, hence I have been putting off shopping for the bed that we desperately need. I finally had a day of strength and I used it to visit Mattress Firm Covington.The store is not huge so I was able to let Konrad show me around one lap.Konrad helped me select a king mattress,/box spring/frame at an attractive price and a delivery was arranged.My bed has yet to arrive so I cannot know what my level of satisfaction will ultimately be, but if the bed is as satisfactory as the sales process then the 5-star rating will stand.

Konrad was amazing with helping us determine what mattress would be best for our needs while also keeping in mind what we had mentioned we wanted to try in the first place. We had a great experience with the sales rep, Konrad. My husband and I showed up right at 6 on Saturday not realizing they had changed their hours, they had just closed. Konrad said it was no big deal and we could still come in , not even knowing if he was going to make a sale or not. We ended up keeping him there about 40 min past close, but we did make a purchase. He provided excellent service and hopefully we will be just as satisfied when the bed arrives!

We went to Mattress Firm looking for a fix to my nightmare problems. We bought a generic mattress 6 month or so ago and it’s been hell. It is way to firm. It’s caused severe body pain and tension on pressure points. I’d wake up with lower neck pain, headaches & the worst hip pain imaginable. I was thinking maybe just a mattress topper would be a simple fix to our issues but I knew in the back of mind it wasn’t going to be. I guess I was looking for the cheapest way out of my troubles. He listened to my needs and concerns answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable regarding all my comparisons to other mattress brands. Mostly he was patient with me in my decision. On top of an adjustable base, 2 memory foam pillows a mattress protector & a sheet set all under $1000! Nick even made sure he had product in stock before even showing us something that we’d have to wait for. To top it off delivery was free and it’ll be here tomorrow...in less than 24 hours. This was such a wonderful experience! Dave and Morgan were both personable and flexible. The quality of salesmanship that stood out to me though, and I dont even want to say salesman because they were more like sleep doctors, were the various ways they helped me to determine what was best for my sleep needs. For example, I tend to sleep on my side, which results in various neck and shoulder pain when I wake. They helped to determine which types of mattresses they had that would alleviate these symptoms, WHILE helping correct the root issue and train my body to sleep on my back. They inquired about what my goals were toward the future, and then reflected with me the appropriate path to take that would still help me achieve these goals. I am amazed at their willingness to help me navigate these pathways across bridges to better sleep and financial wellness. I am a forever Mattress Firm loyal customer! I was nervous about mattress shopping. My husband and I were a little concerned that it was going to be like going to a used car lot. We were really just there to buy a box spring. Joe helped us out and was totally going to let us buy just a box spring for $120. We decided while we were there to see what the beds were like. We had a 10 year old spring mattress and had no idea how far mattress technology had come since we got married. Joe helped us find a great mattress (a king - upgraded from a queen). He was very knowledgeable and gave us an honest opinion on the different types, what they cost, and determined the qualities that were important to us. He showed us everything from the economy to the top of the line. We never felt pressured to spend more than what we wanted and feel completely great about our purchase. We ordered after 6 PM on a Saturday, so we werent able to get same day delivery but it was delivered the next day. The delivery men were amazing and let our 3 year old show off his muscles and all of his toys to them and I felt that was very kind. Set up took maybe 15 minutes max - they cleaned up after themselves and were totally professional. Overall, it was a better experience then I could have hoped for!
