I usually go there and find very nice staff. I went today to pick up few things. The staff who was on the cashier was very rude. I went twice to seek help and she/he was very rude and treated me unpolitely and there were no customers but they didnt bother to show the stuff I was searching for and couldnt find it myself. I was in rush to get hair dye for my daughter, otherwise Id never buy the stuff. Ill never go back there and hope the manager will see the comment and follow up.

The place is really nice and well stocked. I was able to quickly gran what I need and got help to my questions smoothly.

The black lady that works there is awsome ...always so helpful.....with a great attitude.She makes sure you are shown all your options when buying hair color.I want to personally thank her....she deserves a lot of praise.Management needs to know that She is valued by her customers...Thank You..

Certain employees are incredibly helpful. However, I had one recommend a straightener that turned out to be terrible. I was able to return it nearly two months after I bought it and the employee working helped me actually get a good one.

Jasmine was soo helpful! The color I achieved was exactly what I had wanted. I got the Hicolor true violet by loreal. This is a before and after of that color with no bleaching at all! This was dyed over virgin hair medium to light brown with a red tone.

Perfect place to get for everything for your hair ! You can ask them to help you find what you want. I will definitely go there again.

The woman who helped me was friendly and efficient got me on amd out of the store in less than 10 minutes and held a personal conversation.

Great location with easy access and plenty of parking. This is a smaller Sally location but their staff is courteous and helpful, Ive always found what I needed there.

Cashier was friendly and greeted me with a smile and offered to help with hair color brand for my dark hair.

I just left this store, with my 2 year old. And they were nothing but helpful and helped me keep her from getting bored in the store. I’ll be back for sure
